Thanks although a bit late, as I just caught a Female with it's HA in my FS using a Netball. =_= Guess I'll try to chain breed me a new Troll Vaporeon out of it later.
Also, a theory I was testing seems to be true, If you have a male Pokemon with Cute Charm at the head of your Party, chances of encountering a female Eevee go WAY up in the FS. I didn't know how much better the chances were for this, just that they were (although I was betting on a slight increase), but it is a significant increase.
