Are there only two prism scale in pokemon XY?
in coumarine town there is a place that prism scales continually spawn every week ( the place with many waterfalls and man that sells you water; it is on that small 'island')

According to Serebii they can also be gotten via Pickup.
Like Agonist and Pirakos said it can be obtained via pickup, however even with 6 level 100 pickup Pokemon with no held item, you still only have a 0.5985019985006% chance of getting one per battle
But you can also get Leftovers that you could trade. #SilverLinings

yep they respawn, no joke
if you want me too, I could breed you one, but it is going to take time cause I will also be breeding one for myself in the meanwhile, just list the 'requirements' (no transfer moves or shinies; only egg moves, nature, ivs, maybe gender, and nicknames)( I can try to do balls, but no unique ones like apricorn or dream or stuff like that)
Who wants to wait a week to get a prism scale when you have a 50% chance to get one after 115.4667582 battles? :P
