Does Keen Eye also ignore Sand Veil/Snow Cloak?

What's Chatot most useful ability? I know none of them are particularly good, but I'd say Keen Eye at least has some utility if it ignores Sand Veil/Snow Cloack. Not to mention evasion boosts are uncommon in random matches/Battle Maison. What do you think?

Keen Eye only prevents accurancy drops on yourself, not evasion increase on the enemy.

As for which ability to use, just choose whichever you feel like since their benefits are all so marginal it shouldn't make a difference most of the time.

That's true about the benefits, but if I'm not mistaken Keen Eye was boosted in generation 5 to ignore evasion boosts on the opponent, so I was wondering whether it includes Sand Veil/Snow Cloak.

You are absolutely correct, it does ignore enemy boosts in evasion and that should include Sand Veil/Snow Cloak.
