Can't buy them, you have a chance via Lottery every sunday. So unless you have an AR to hack hundreds of balls... not gonna get that. :/
Ultra maybe, closest thing you get to matching + obtainable.

I do have the ability to hack hundreds into the game but I feel like I would rather not... Ultra it is!

I believe so, but it can no longer pass it on to other Pokemon. I'll wait for somebody else to confirm.

I'm looking to unload some extra shinies all kalos born a all bred by me and tsv hatched and have 5 perfect ivs for their class and all have favorable egg moves and special balls and have never been cloned assume lvl 1 unless said im on my phone so pm me for more info

Also I need to decide the best pokeball for Weavile

How do you transfer it if it's Gen 4? I thought poke transporter didn't work with those games.

Transfer from Gen 4 to Gen 5 then Gen 5 - Poketransporter - Gen 6.

luxury ball fits better imo, but moon ball is all the rage on anything that can be caught in HGSS or whatever (this from someone who has a lot of moon ball shit in his thread)
