We'll if I do get rid of it I would want a clone first. I've been getting some beautiful pokes while breeding but sending them off to other people before I find someone to clone. Do you have a trade thread or anything?

I would say yes, depending on what you want it to be.
edit: check the battle institute.. yeah.
Take it to the Battle Institute and give us a better check of its IVs, we can't tell crap from that Speed :P
Go to the Battle Institute and calculate its stats at level 50 for more accuracy
EDIT:Damn those ninjas
12 speed is kind of pathetic in my opinion. I would say use it.. in a lower tier.
Id use it if you plan on using it as an eeveelution that doesnt use speed, (Jolteon for example) But if youre using it as a Vaporeon or the Faerie Evolution(Name escaped my mind xD)which are used for support, Id use it for 5W4G

If I'm going to be entirely honest; no, it's crap. It only has 3IVs matching the nature.
I just laughed at the last part. And Jolteon uses speed.. a lot. I would say that Glaceon, vaporeon, Flareon, Sylveon don't use speed quite as much.

Umm...Depends on your standards. Personally, I'd say no :[
SpAtk is too low for Flareon. Don't think this is usable unless you make it a support/status mon with no offensive presence. Does it have Wish? You can try Reflect/Wish/Will-O-Wisp/Protect to make an annoying pokemon.

What I meant was that Jolteon USES speed so that eevee would not be jolteon.

Actually no, it was gonna be a vaporeon, just had the two egg moves so I left them, but I was gonna use any other perfect one(s) I found to be a Sylveon
