I'm open to any Pokemon that can be found in XY, but I'm particularly interested in breeding something in a Nest Ball. Nothing with a crazy gender ratio though, I'm not ready to go back to that .-.

No, there is no method of catching Manaphy. It's only received through events or the Pokemon ranger code.

as for nest ball mons: both breloom and kecleon look good in them, are available in friend safaris, and have 50/50 gender ratios.
How is that even American? Serious question.
