Doesn't necessarily get "deleted", but it gets overwritten since it's a hatched egg now and becomes your OT/ID instead of the OT/ID of who bred and traded it to you. The same thing occurs when you get it hatched shiny by another user which is the reason why it takes their OT/ID and overwrites your own when it's out of egg form.

I know this is a stupid question, but should I Keep or Toss? I know that the nature is kinda garbage, but it looks interesting; I'd like a second opinion before I do anything though.

Personally I would toss unless I had a save file backup.
Nature > IVs always.

With a base 60 defense, ur not gonna be tanking anything

like you said the nature is bad. i mean, i guess like...calm mind or something? but I personally would (and have) tossed somethin like that. :/

Toss. Defensive Hoopa isn't that great, and you'd want Calm for defensive sets anyway. Hoopa takes physical hits about as well as a wet napkin regardless. :/
