The rules thread is located here: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21296. I need to make one update to the rules, which someone kindly pointed out to me. Vigoroth is considered UU. Vigoroth is a solid UU choice in the UU metagame, and should be treated as such.

Now, on to the pairings. I will merge geographical brackets when I need to--I'm trying to seperate everyone to make timing easy. After the first few rounds, I will ease up on the times, but the first rounds need to get done quickly or else the tournament stagnates.
