It wasn't that I didn't check the data; it was a mistake made due to your reffing mistake. I would encourage Dogfish44 to read through these past few posts and see if his opinion remains the same.

It would be kind of lame for me to be punished for your initial mistake.
 
I did look through the posts, which lead me to my conclusion. As I see it:

  • Jayy forgets to allow a Cleric Stage, immediately posts an RP Section (Post 21)
  • Birkal requests a cleric stage regardless, uses items, attempts to start the RP anyway (Post 22)
  • Jayy applies items as requested, removes the RP from the previous post, posts how the RP should have gone up in the event of those item usages. (Post 23)

The reason the targets have changed is because of your requested item usage. Given TLR Data is not exactly the pinnacle of secrecy, I'm ruling in Jayy's favour.
