As you continue walking up, the stream path and the forest path join again as there is only a little bit of stream to go. The brief walk takes you to what effectively is, the top of the waterfall. The water is choppy and acts like raging rapids before falling down the waterfall. You approach the edge and take in the majestic view. Down below, there is a patch of water which gets increasingly shallower as it gets further away from the waterfall, and grass lines the perimeter of the patch. You can also see the canopy of trees everywhere, even where the stream started, and the other dungeons of the Ruined Eden are visible. Looking at the water patch, you notice a little trinket in the patch that may be of some use, and there was a way to get down there safely. A trail to your right makes a gradual descent towards a safe arrival at the bottom. Feeling the need to get the trinket, you take this path down. A minute or two later, you make your way to the bottom and notice where you once were. The water cascading down from the top was a sight to behold, as you walk into the watery patch. It takes you a minute or two, but you eventually find the trinket floating on the shallow water.
You pick it up and obtain the Bell String
.
Storing the seemingly useless string into your backpack, you start to leave the water patch, when suddenly...
You turn around, and look up to the top of the waterfall, and standing there was a yellow, quadrupedal creature that strongly resembled a Sabre-Tooth Tiger in appearance. The creature had a purple, cloud-like mane on its back, and had a light blue tail. The creature let out another roar and the sky suddenly turned cloudy, and looked like it was going to let loose lightning. The creature then jumped down off the waterfall and onto the watery patch, preventing your escape, as an Electivire joined the creature. In your defence, you send out your Pokémon, as a wicked bolt of lightning struck the patch of water, where the ions in the water conducted the bolt and everything on the patch was zapped except the two adversaries! At this point, you notice the electricity across the floor being sustained, creating a floor of electricity that does not look like dissipating any time soon...
In the background, you notice an Elekid jump down from the waterfall and get ready to assist the two adversaries from the background. Looks like you need to put what you learned at the Guardians to the test. At this point, a voice similar to the guide from the Mysterious Cove emanated in your head.
"Well young soldier, it looks like you have spotted the legendary Raikou. Be careful and do not take too long to wear it down and catch it, or something might happen which will not be pleasant. Also, that Elekid seems to be doing the same thing as Helioptile back at the Guardians, helping out their leaders by powering them with their attacks. I bet taunting it will help you take it out, just like before..."
Restrictions: Arena is too shallow for Dive, No Sandstorm, Hail, Sun, Misty Terrain, or Grassy Terrain allowed.
Description: Amperage Waterfall is a place filled with shallow water, some grass around the sides, and a waterfall in the background. There can be a few thunderstorms here and there, as this is the place where you fight the legend. With an enhanced Electric Terrain, and a finite time before the Raikou becomes incredibly powerful, what can you do to capture the Raikou?
Mechanics:
-Arena Type: Water's Edge (Produces Bubble Beam).
-Constant, Unalterable Electric Terrain
-Electric Terrain triggers Lightningrod, Motor Drive, and Volt Absorb on grounded Pokémon every action. Pokémon with Volt Absorb recover 3 HP per action.
-If Electric Terrain is used, then the effects of Electric Terrain (BAP Increase, Lightningrod / Motor Drive / Volt Absorb increase) is doubled.
-Each time an electric type attack is used, the ions in the water conduct the attack, dealing a flat 2 Damage to all non-Electric-type Pokémon. Pokémon under the influence of Magnet Rise, Levitate, or Telekinesis immune, while Lightningrod, Motor Drive, and Volt Absorb are triggered, recovering 2 HP in the case of Volt Absorb.
-Item cannot be removed from boss, however it can be Embargoed or Magic Roomed.
-At the end of every sixth round (excluding Poké Balls thrown), an Elekid spawns as a Background Pokémon.
-After sixteen (16) rounds including Poké Balls thrown as one round per ball thrown, Raikou will be zapped by a massive bolt of lightning, enhancing its power and making it enter Overdrive mode. In Overdrive mode, Raikou...
--Gains the effects of Lightningrod, Motor Drive, and Mould Breaker.
--Has its Energy increased to infinity (Considered 100 EN for the purposes of capturing).
--Will be able to hit Ground-type Pokémon for neutral damage with its Electric-type attacks.
--Will never incur the Sluggish or Sleep Status.
--Overdrive mode cannot be removed through any means, not even through moves like Roar, Circle Throw, or Volt Switch
-Raikou has a special move in addition to its normal moves called "Surge Lift".
Surge Lift said:
Surge Lift: The Pokémon uses the ions in the electricity to overwhelm its opponents, forcing them into the air. For six (6) actions, the affected Pokémon gains the effects of Telekinesis. The affected Pokémon are low enough to be struck by Dig from any Pokémon, and cannot use Dig, Earthquake, Bulldoze, or Magnitude. This move ignores Lightningrod, Volt Absorb, and Motor Drive, and will cancel Lightningrod, Volt Absorb, and Motor Drive while in effect. This move targets up to three (3) adjacent opponents in a multi-battle. This move cannot be reflected back by Magic Coat or Snatched.

Oh boy.
The round starts with the Ludicolo firing off a tidal wave that heals the Chinchou but damages everything else bar the plucky Elekid (and critting Raikou) as the Floatzel also calls up a tidal wave in its sleep, damaging lots of things but the Chinchou. The Raikou then proceeds to manipulate the electricity to thrust Frosty's team into the air, negating the Chinchou's electrical powers. Now this is going to be fun, especially as the ions in the water conduct the attack. While the Elekid chuckles in the background, the Electivire fires off a powerful electrical charge which heals the Raikou and damages your team, even the Chinchou. The ions conduct again as the Chinchou calls a tidal wave, damaging his teammates and the two bosses. Then the Electric Terrain works its magic. Your team did some noticeable damage here!
But that was not going to last. The Elekid lends the Electivire a helping hand as the speedy Electivire let rip a powerful charge of electricity, healing the Raikou and dealing massive damage to your team and paralysing the Floatzel. After more ion magic, the Ludicolo fires a jet of water at the Electivire, dealing damage to it. The Raikou then joins in on the Discharge fun, letting rip a charge of its own! It deals some noticeable damage to your team as the Floatzel then collapses to his doom. Oh dear... After more ion magic which maxxed out the Electivire's Speed, the Chinchou fires a jet of water at the Electivire for more damage before the Electric Terrain and recovery worked.
Okay so the Electivire has lost a lot of health, the Raikou recovered a lot of health, you took a lot of damage and lost Floatzel, what will you send in now?

In a priority war, the Ludicolo uses up the last bit of his energy in a powerful strike to the Electivire to make it flinch. Oh boy. Then as the Raikou protects itself, the Necturna rushes the stricken Electivire to finish it off. Only the Raikou remains! The Elekid simply laughs at what is going on as the Chinchou tried in vain to submerge the Raikou into the pond below.
The Elekid then springs into action, helping out the Raikou as the Necturna recovers from her attack. The Chinchou fires a jet of water which hits the Raikou before the Raikou responds, taking out the Chinchou with a powerful beam of grassy energy! It is all up to the Necturna and an exhausted Tangrowth to bring this one home!
EDIT: I forgot Pressure the past two rounds lol but it matters little in the context of this battle; Ludicolo would have EN KOed anyway. Fixed anyway. :|

If Raikou goes on a rampage, does elekid move too? Or just Raikou? In that same regard, will elekid move during ball-throwing? Also does Raikou heal (electric terrain) for the turns of ball-throwing? And does it get damaged by toxic?
IAR EDIT: Just the Raikou. And nothing progresses when a Poké Ball is thrown except for the "enrage" timer since it is explicitly stated.
FROSTYEDIT: Thanks! Also, something else: Sluggish should be for 2a, or suspended during cooldown. Although you are probably aware of that. Just stating it clearly as I would like a reorder if that is not the case...
