Considering I really had little interest in getting Latios from this after I resigned Dragon Gym it hardly seems surprisingly how long this has taken. Little reason to keep it going in consideration of the lack of a ref and lack of a reffing a month later, I doubt this gets resolved before the two year mark and I have no desire to keep it going.

Frosty / Dogfish44 perhaps we could wrap this up? As a forfeit if necessary but preferably in some way that I get counters as I'm not the primary reason this has stalled.

FYI: according to what IAR told me at some point ago, a Forfeit results in you missing only the counters from the current encounter. The previous finished encounters award prizes normally.
