Lightsabre and i need a little guidance.

our battle DC'd when we were too far in to recreate it.

it was fairly even, even though i believe i was up 5-4 at the time.

Light suggested we flip a coin, but i am pretty against that idea (and he's not thrilled about it either).

is it possible for us to be reassigned to other contestants that haven't battled yet?

rebattling will not really have the same option since we both know the other's teams now.

another option is we could rebattle with different teams, but that's not a great option either.

any suggestions?

Since you both know each others' teams, just rebattle with the same teams. It could add a level of strategy to your battle.

Another option is to create all new teams and battle with those. I think it would be okay to have an exemption and allow you to use shoddy for this if you need to.

Most battlers have already PM'd their opponents and have possibly set up times to meet.

i've never used shoddy, don't have shoddy, and am really not willing to battle on shoddy.

battling when we both know each other's teams is really not a viable option in a mono tourney in my opinion.
