While Ninetales is a very threatening sweeper against slower, bulkier teams and has very few hard counters, I feel like it falls just short of S rank due to its speed. NP can normally get a kill, but wil be too slow to actually tear through an entire team due to the simis, kadabra, Tauros, sneasel, Raichu, Zebstrika, Jumpluff, Scyther, purugly, and every scarfer outspeeding it and most having no issue revenging it after rocks. S isn't unreasonable, but its inability to clean up versus faster teams lets it down imo
