I've edited this into the eligibility post, but just to be clear, your main eligibility is the strong eligibility, and you are allowed to state weak / weakest as eligibility, but this doesn't necessarily trump your strong eligibility.
Weak / weakest eligibility trumping strong eligibility is entirely up to host discretion, and if we feel people are "playing the system" by lying / jumping around, we'll have no problem stating you only qualify for your strong eligibility.
Also, just to be clear, you MUST actually post to say you are signing up. If you don't post, you won't get to play. If you don't post on your own account stating specifically that you are signing up to captain, you won't get to be captain. I am stating this now so you are all aware of it explicitly when I deny certain people captainship / spots on teams because they didn't sign up.
I know in the past we have allowed teams to sub in players who haven't signed up, but we aren't allowing that this year. You get 4 subs and it is the team's (captain's) responsibility to ensure those subs are active as well.
