Tornadus-T

I just faced a Tornadus-T that I am assuming was some sort of bulky set. It had lots of surprise value, but lost out on speed, which allowed my Specs Keldeo to outspeed and KO. But still, even that unconventional set put me from a winning position of 5-3 to a near fatal position of 3-3. And that wasnt even in rain, that was on a non-weather team facing my semi-hail team.
