Yee-haw and welcome, folks! A few months ago, Texas Cloverleaf and I were chatting on IRC how cool the previous team tournament was. It's heartwarming to see it come to fruition now. While I will not be your referee for this match (jayelt413 will be), I will provide my primary thoughts on the match-up.
Normal-type Gym Leader Maxim is facing down a hard opponent in Glacier Knight, as both contestants have brought some strong Pokemon. Maxim leans on some reliable favorites, including Gardevoir and Aerodactyl, with are both well-suited for triples. On the other hand, Pokemon that control hazards and match-ups, like Colossoil, may not fair as well in a Switch = KO match. It makes sense that he left Kitsunoh on the bench for that reason. On the opposition is Glacier Knight, who has brought some obscenely strong Pokemon to help her out. Mega Aggron is an absolute behemoth, and will require the full concentration of all three opponents to go down. Gallade and Mr. Mime aren't slouches either, and will surely give Maxim headaches this match.
In terms of the of the bigger picture, Glacier probably has the upper hand with a solid win streak and overall reliable battling technique. Maxim, however, has a stronger team and could plow through Glacier if she's forced to rush orders for DQ. Furthermore, Maxim has two great teammates in the form of YAS and Dogfish, meaning that a win here could mean huge payout for Glacier. Let's see how it all unfolds!

Type:
Water: Water STAB; Can breathe and have excellent mobility when underwater, are less capable on land unless they are entirely amphibious.
Abilities:
Suction Cups (Innate): This Pokemon has sticky suction cups that anchor down to prevent it from being moved or scared away by Roar or Whirlwind. It will hold its ground against Dragon Tail and Circle Throw and will not be forced out in a switch battle.
Sniper (Innate): This Pokemon has deadly accuracy and strikes sensitive points, increasing its critical hit bonus from +3 to +5 on single attacks, +2 to +3 on two-hit attacks, and +1 to +2 on multi-hit attacks.
Moody (Dream World/Innate): This Pokemon's feelings are always fluctuating, and its mood at any given time greatly influences how it can act from one round to the next. In addition to its general nature, this Pokemon displays a burst of emotional power each round that shares characteristics with other natures, affecting the Pokemon's Ranks directly. At the end of each round the Pokemon changes its Moody nature (roll out of 25 R1 and out of 24 in subsequent rounds), a nature that has the regular drawbacks of a nature but enhances that nature's strengths.
