Type Bridge is a metagame where Pokémon share their movepool with other Pokémon with the same type, i.e. Garchomp shares its movepool with Flygon and viceversa. It might appear obvious that Pokémon with common typing such as Water-Ground or Bug-Flying, and obviously monotyped Pokémon, are going to like this a lot, while Pokémon with an unique type are going to find an hard time dealing with all those new threats.

Rules
- In order to share moves Pokémon must have the exact same type combination. Sharing beetween Talonflame and Ho-oh is ok, but sharing beetween Talonflame and Tornadus is a no-go.
- Mega Evolutions, Castform formes and Darmanitan-Zen will work only as one-sided share, they can give moves, but not take new ones, they are going to rely of the type they have when they enter the field for the first time. This means, for example, that Gyarados can't take any move from Crawdaunt, but it can do from Mantine. However, Crawdaunt can take any move it wants from Gyarados. A Rotom-Appliance can't take the movepool from another Appliance, since this is also impossible in-game, as Hydro Pump etc. get deleted when turning back to normal Rotom. They can only take moves from normal Rotom other than their respective type, aka nothing since Electric-Ghost is an unique typing. Pokémon can't take the movepool of their pre-evolutions. Similarly Shaymin can't take the movepool of Grass-Flying, neither can Sky-Shaymin with pure Grass(lol it's banned).
- Smeargle is not taken into account. Otherwise we would be full of crazy shit such as Shell Smash+Sacred Fire Ursaring. Normal types still have access to almost everything the game has to offer though, including ExtremeSpeed thanks to that event Zigzagoon. Mew is fine, as is Arceus, but only for Normal types.
- Unreleased Pokémon can share their movepool. Only Diancie and Floette-Eternal are able to do so at time, though, as Volcanion and Hoopa have unique typing. Nothing will get Thousand Arrows and Waves, as they weren't found in the natural learnset of any Pokémon.
- If a move illegality can be fixed by a sharing, then it's no longer illegal. Absol can use now Knock Off+Play Rough, because Mightyena share Play Rough with it, but Raikou can't use Aura Sphere without shiny+Rash because no other Electric type gets the move.
- Standard OU Clauses and Banlist still applies.
Make sure to point out if you think that something is unbalanced, and have fun!
