Footnote brings up another good point about this. It can be used as an intimidate counter. I'm guessing that it would be best used in conjunction with something like Super Power. So you are protected from both intimidate and your own Super Power use.
Curse is also a very interesting point that I totally forgot about. Though, if you are sweeping anyway, it doesn't help too much more than a swords dance. Else, a counter can be switched in.
Footnote's note about double battle is also a good point. Perhaps white herbs will see more use in double battle inherently...
