I'm pretty sure it was Lum Berry. From battles in the past and another forum where I know him he uses Lum Berry on his Swampert a lot. From past battles with MMN, I believe it was Chesto/Lum berry.
They need to change that. =PLol hurrah for no self-KO clause.
Yup, good ol' Lum. ;)It seemed like you had the advantage and by the comments it seemed that you didn't know what was going on. I still liked it though. ;)

Ye ... I thought it'd KO too ... well hoped. =PA great battle against a very skilled and unorthodox ladder battler :)
Great to read =D
Still surprised that the Latias didn't KO heatran with a Specs Surf though -.- I would have trusted it to do that.
My guess would be that people don't want their teams to be revealed this much, as this also reveals your strategy and game plan. MMN said himself that everyone knows his plans now and is giving him a hard time in battles. Not wanting to derail the topic too much, but there really are very few warstories these days though-- what gives? I take almost half a year off from playing pokemon/coming on smogon, and a warstory I wrote is still in the top half of the first page of the archives. That's kind of disappointing. :/
Yeah... the warstories are not in sufficient supply. We need more! Oh, and the battle was decent, and I see now why switching out of the Focus Punch, despite being impervious to it, was a good ideaI'll take any half decent war story just because nobody posts any anymore
but the ending... bleh. taking advantage of a glitch (why hasn't it been fixed?) is just meh for me. It should have been a draw at best for you
Any particular reason why?Shoddy battle has no self-KO clause.
I agree with that. ^ That was a pretty cheap way to win.The ending ruined it, self KOing your last pokemon should be a loss.
I think I battled you a couple times on the ladder xD But...
