I watched the anime when it first came out but seeing your Maka banner makes me want to watch it again (or maybe read the manga since it's different and I've not read it yet).
 
The manga's better, especially towards the end. The anime's ending kinda feels half-assed once you read the manga, and I know that a lot of people dislike the anime because of the ending.

The Anime is called Soul Eater, Maka is the name of one of the main characters (the girl in Yellow's signature).
It's an anime in the same genre as Naruto, Fairy Tail, or Bleach, and deals with supernatural beings, death, and the like but in a somewhat stylistic/wacky manner.
There's alot more to it but if you liked the anime I mentioned then you'll probably like Soul Eater too.
 
Soul Eater(Japanese: ソウルイーター Hepburn: Sōru Ītā?) is a manga series written and illustrated by Atsushi Ōkubo. Set at the "Death Weapon Meister Academy", the series revolves around three teams, each consisting of a weapon meister and (at least one) weapon that can transform into a humanoid. Trying to make the latter a "death scythe" and thus fit for use by the academy's headmaster Shinigami, the personification of death, they must collect the souls of 99 evil humans and one witch, in that order; otherwise, they will have to start all over again.

That's kinda the gist of it. It's more humorous than anything, but yeah. I like it.
*EDIT: I haven't watched any of the anime that TSDR recommended, but he's probably right. Manga's way better tho.

Also, why make Murkrow Quiet tho? I would've thought a +Speed nature would be standard, but I've seen quite a few Quiet Honchkrows too...​
 
"Quiet is because Honchkrow is actually slower than Murkrow (by alot), slow enough in fact that +speed doesn't help as much. It does however have good mixed attacking stats and it wants the SpA boost to make its special coverage hurt more. If I wasn't going to evolve Murkrow to a Honchkrow though, yeah +speed would be a good option."

Would it make sense not to evolve Murkrow tho? I could see it being like a kinda Sableye with 90/2/3+ bulk and an Everstone with priority Taunt, TWave, Roost, FeatherDance, etc. Food for thought. Scratch that because apparently you can't give it an Everstone... Oh well
 
Honchkrow is worth having for its sheer power (it hits alot harder than Murkrow) and for its bulk.
Having a Murkrow in addition wouldn't be bad though (maybe when I have more of a team built I'll come back and start training a Murkrow too).
Heck I could make a dark little cup team to go with my normal dark team.
 
Thanks, you did well too given the match up.

Also Viraj, Sableye should not get EC or AC, it should instead get another MC. I'm sure Absol shouldn't get EC either. Just something you might want to look into.
