Anyway, despite those reasons being bad, you didn’t go into the benefits of idling the kill. Idling the kill isnt really something people do, especially this early (we’re not even in MYLO yet). Considering we’ve all agreed 4-person MYLO favours scum, why in your mind is killing none of these people better for me than 4-person MYLO?

I've never been scum so I can't speak to the benefits of idling, only the downsides of killing each person based on what we know about them. Even I won't talk out of my ass to that extent and that should say something shrug

Oh yeah I forgot you're not on board with my insistence that Tommy was your obvious N5 doc target in a Shaneless world, but I stand by that. If he dies, it points to the guy that was supposedly protecting him, especially when strongman wouldn't make sense as anything other than a spent x-shot in this setup

This does not read as an organic town response to a flipped read, and I think it's outside your usual town behavior.

There basically are no benefits to idling. You have to at least imagine some benefits if you’re accusing me of it.

The kill has been idled twice on Smogon in the past year. One was to secure 4-person LYLO, and the other was in a multi faction game to bring it to a tie / coinflip between the scum factions.

Tommy was one of the most obvious doc targets for me (one of) but you can’t actually blame the doc for whiffing. Every night is a 50/50 at best. Optimal doc play is to pick the most obvious target Just In Case but that usually results in whiffing lol.

Annoyance at you for voting me for really, really bad reasons is NAI

idk I got towny vibes from hydro but we also probably have to vote him before lylo anyways, we also probably have to vote flanders before lylo too just on policy no matter how towny he gets, and he has had towny ego moments for sure but he could be a liability in lylo atp

I dunno, my main reason for townreading him at this point is that joey voted him at a time when laurel is getting voted, and was like "I'm cool voting laurel and flanders"

I don't see him bussing two buddies on the platter like that
 
The main thing for me is like. If HH and Celever are town I'd have to tinfoil af/neon and its kinda hard for me to make a judgement there. By play af was slacking until D4 but by vote neon has been offwagon all the time so like. ????

I get it but also if he was willing to vote laurel he was willing to vote flanders, probably

I do think flanders has a lot of towny points just less so than a fairy neon and also he went into scum mvp type play several times this game

neon being off wagon is nai, he rarely actually tries to vote mafia if we are being real

I'm also inclined to think they're a decently likely member of the scum team. It feels like they didn't really make any progress after they claimed they were back in a more functional state, and their jumping between filling the thread up with standard behavior and complaining about wishywashy reads doesn't make sense to me compared to their trying to catch up efforts.
