Welcome to the first AAA Counterteaming tour! When signing up, you must include eight AAA-legal Pokemon, and those will be the only Pokemon you can use the entire tournament. This means that you will have a very informed guess of your opponent's team, and they will have a very informed guess of yours, and you can counterteam each other!
When signing up, you just need to include the forme-specific Pokemon names (eg "Zapdos" would mean only Electric / Flying version, "Zapdos-Galar" would mean only the Fighting / Flying version); the EVs / moves / items / abilities etc can be customized each round. You may change your mons around before the tour starts, but once round one is posted, you are locked in, so choose wisely!
Other signup-related questions:
“Zamazenta” just gives you hero forme. “Zamazenta-C” just gives you crowned forme.
“Ogerpon” just gives you the base Grass forme. If you want Heathflame, it has to explicitly be Ogerpon-H.
Your signups must abide by Species Clause; you cannot pick Deoxys-Speed and Deoxys-Defense and “just only bring one of them.”

- All games will be single elimination, best-of-1. All rounds will last for one week.

- If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
- Battles must be played on the Pokemon Showdown! main server or SmogTours server.
- Replays must be posted alongside the result; you may be disqualified if you fail to post replays.
- Do not make baseless activity posts; get in contact with your opponent and report missed times / scheduling issues only.
