Lifestyle Most physically painful thing you were ever put through?

A wisdom tooth got infected. That already hurt. When I went to the dentist, they told me they had to cut open the gum around the root of the tooth. That needed local anasthesia, so I was given a little infusion of some pain killer at the infected area

I don't know what happened then, but somehow, the pain killer multiplied the pain hundred times. Maybe the fluid didn't reach my nerves and just build up pressure in the gum, making the infected nerve endings even hurt even more

I was sat down in the waiting area, with the expectation that the anastesia will start working. But the pressure build and build and it hurt more and more. My eyes got wet from how much it hurt. My jaw and my hands were shaking. My sight was flickering and I felt extremely dizzy. I genuinenly felt like my conciousness was fading away from pain

I told the nurse, she was concerned, the dentist took me in immediately, did the cutting without working pain killers (I didn't feel it though because there was soooo much surrounding pain) and I needed around 6 hours to lose the pain and to feel normal again

I have a tooth BEHIND one of my wisdom teeth and it grew on a sharp angle pushing everything out of line.

Damn thing near drove me insane.

I really had to take a shit the other day but I was in a meeting so I was holding it in through brute force alone and it hurt so bad I could barely walk
This January, I was at a doctors appointment and at my way home, I got such an unbelievable pressure in my abdomen. I was in the train and I legit felt like holding back tears (and shit)

I got to a McDonald's and I spent a good half hour at the toilet there. The feeling of liberation after I was finished was without comparison

i snapped my femur as a lil one falling down the stairs.
still got the scar where they put the bolt through my leg as a kid to make the bone reset together (body cast up to my chest) --- they took it out but think that takes my "I went through that" cake lmao.
my mom didnt have a younger sibling till 4 years after cus it made her nervous me getting so hurt lol.

when the nurses twisted my hand after I broke my arm
screamed down the hospital and then some

i use to have like nightmares older i got off my femur injury (i mentioned earlier) as a tot,
i finally asked my mom and she said "yeah they tried to straighten you out (yeah shocked me with a broken leg)" and realized they weren't paying attention.
not fun. looking back i realize its a subconscious thing like "holy hell, that did suck" lol

Cracked two ribs getting out of the bath on the morning of my step grandfather’s funeral (slipped on soapy floor, bashed into the disabled handrail). Was absolute agony, and the worst thing about broken ribs compared to other bones, is you can’t put them in a cast or anything, since you move your ribs every time you breathe. My GP just gave me some painkillers, and told me to wait for them to heal.

Probably when I fell out of a bed onto my head and had a concussion. The puking and nausea was awful and I was bedridden for days.

Maybe also recovery from LASIK. The light sensitivity sucked really bad. I couldn't hold my eyes open for long at all.

Just to show how big of a wimp I am covid/flu probably makes the list. Whenever I get it and go through the chills phase I want to die.
