You press them both down then select to view the profile of that pokemon after you're in you may let go of those two buttons and head to your tm bag.

Nah, Scarf Me First is best because you need to be quicker to use it. Fun for bouncing CC's back at the standard, etc.
How come people don't use castform often? I mean sure its stats are a bit low, but it has such a unique weather ability, that I think it has the potential to be used even in OU. You could pack a castform into a team, with multiple weather type conditions, and just keep changing the weather to swap castform's attributes. Don't you guys think that'd be awesome?

Straight Base 70 stats is ungodly weak. Can't hit, can't tank, and it's slow.
Yeah I know it has 70 all base stats, but there are SO MANY different ways to use this thing, that it has potential.
With Choice Specs, there's no need for both Charge Beam and Thunderbolt. And in UU, Venomath uses a Specs a lot better because of Tinted Lens.
Choices are only good if they can actually do something well. As I said, Castform is weak. It can't hit hard, and it dies easily. It might do a lot of things, but it does them all poorly.
Roserade learns weather ball too and has an actually decent 125 spA, meaning that it's pretty much better than Castform in what castform does. If castform turned into a rock type in SS it might have a pseudoniche, but it doesn't.
