Snow with Cetitan is pretty problematic for stall, especially with Healing Wish Hattrem available; that is unless you run Crocalor (Or Avalugg), which helps the matchup a lot. Crocalor is Heavy-Duty Boots as opposed to Eviolite in order to compliment the Spikes stacking nature of the team. There's no hazard removal for Crocalor. Knock Off Sableye and entry hazard setter Whiscash are a big way for this team to wear down the opposition whilst staying healthy with its sheer bulkiness. Alomomola is Tera Fairy, which is critical for Flamigo. Wish from Alomomola can keep the recovery move-lacking Revavroom and Whiscash healthy. Calm Mind helps Blissey check setup sweepers like Oricorio and Rotom, and Shadow Ball lets it hit Ghost-types and even sometimes sweep teams with Tera Ghost. Tera Ghost is important for Blissey to handle Toxtricity, as Shift Gear can Drain Punch Blissey and Tera Normal +1 Boomburst is just too strong.
Hazard stacking in RU is fairly straightforward, particularly when considering the potency of breakers such as Toxtricity. The team should be used rather offensively in order to reliably deal with threats such as Rotom-Heat and Oricorios: Tatsugiri and Gardevoir particularly. Spin is very much so an afterthought option on the team, so only resort to it instead of clicking your very spammable STAB moves if extremely necessary. Fat MUs are more reliant on Gardevoir Trick as well as Toxtricity, but if these become particularly problematic Drain Punch could be considered on Toxt, but I don’t consider this to be the case in the current meta. You should have enough of a defensive backbone with Mudsdale and Klefki to withstand most unboosted threats, and Roar shall remain an invaluable asset in dealing with certain setup sweepers. Finally, figure out a plan with Toxtricity taking into consideration hazards, phasing, Rocky Helmet, pivoting, HW, etc. The amount of tools at your disposal should allow you to (hopefully) come out on top vs. every archetype. Hf!
Fairly basic proactive bulky offense build. Hera and Krook are the main ways of making progress, greatly aided by future sight Bro. Bro packs body press and tera fairy for the Weavile match up. Tera poison lets Krook beat Mowtom, Hera, Bonnet, Flamigo, Sylveon, and Gardevoir (if locked into Moonblast). Hera is tera normal to power up facade, but you could also use tera dark with Throat Chop to break Palossand and ohko Mismagius. Garde provides the team with speed control, healing wish support for Hera/Krook, and counterplay versus set up mons such as Pom-Pom, CM Bro, and to some degree Sensu and Frosmoth. The team also as a Pom-Pom itself, but its role is to function as a pivot and form of hazard control here, rather than sweeper. It is tera fire to deal with Cetitan, which unfortunately ohkos Slowbro with tera ground earthquake after a belly drum, hence that matchup needs to be played carefully. Vroom rounds out the team by providing a general defensive pivot, toxic spikes absorber, and additional insurance versus Sensu, Frosmoth, and Gardevoir. It was originally tspikes itself, but being walled by Klefki and opposing Vroom was not fun. The speed lets it outspeed max speed Frosmoth, such that you may haze and then outspeed it. Tera water lets it tank moves from Salazzle and Tatsugiri when in a pinch, while also shedding its ground weakness, but you generally do not want to tera it, much like with Pom-Pom.
The idea of this when making it was Bulk Up Krookodile + Slowbro, both are powerful setup sweepers that can be difficult to handle. These Pokemon also simply have good practical applications thanks to their good defensive typing, Slowbro can check stuff like Flamigo and Copperajah, and having the ability to block Volt Switch with Krookodile at all is valuable. Intimidate could also be useful for thwarting something like Shift Gear Revavroom. Gardevoir gives the team a very powerful wallbreaker and a Cetitan check. With Tera Fire, it can resist Ice Shard and revenge kill Cetitan. Altaria gives the team entry hazard removal, which is important given the pace of the team and numerous susceptible Pokemon, and a Brute Bonnet check. Indeedee provides a Choice Scarf user that resists Ghost, outpaces most opposing Choice Scarf users, and outpaces +1 Oricorio forms. Psyshock is chosen because it hits Mismagius a lot harder.
This team was made to try and deal with the highly offensive teams that were being spammed on ladder during RULT. It has Ditto with Tera Steel to try and check Hariyama, Blissey helps against Toxtricity and is the Stealth Rock user rather than Mudsdale, which lets Mudsdale run both Roar and Protect. Cryogonal combines phazer with Haze and entry hazard removal via Rapid Spin, helps keep Rocks off and checks Oricorio. Tera Steel can help it deal with like Gardevoir or Calm Mind Psyshock Slowbro. Zoroark is a Pokemon that I think is pretty good in this format, not many Knock Off users. Essentially, Zoroark is intended to be a big way for the team to make progress, by removing Heavy-Duty Boots and Leftovers and dealing damage. Whether or not Zoroark can do this may be hit or miss, if they have a Paldean Tauros. it might take a while. After Knock Off and U-turn there's good freedom in what moves to use. Low Kick and Sucker Punch aren't that important on this team. Consider options like Sludge Bomb for Fairy-types, Dark Pulse for Slowbro(Slowbro walls unless you Tera Dark), Psychic for Paldean Tauros and so on. Calm Mind Slowbro gives the team a great win condition. Mudsdale is the team's Ground-type, which is important for Bellibolt. Heavy Slam means Gardevoir is OHKOd and you hit Flamigo hard too.
Mudsdale, Slowbro, and Blissey is a great defensive core that can cover a lot of the metagame. Toxtricity, Flamigo, Tatsugiri and many more threats can be checked by them. Blissey is the Stealth Rock user, which frees Mudsdale to run both Roar and Protect. Heavy Slam prevents Mudsdale from being setup fodder to Mismagius and it hits Flying-types like Flamigo hard. Calm Mind Slowbro gives the team a very good setup sweeper win condition. Klefki is a good Weavile answer, Gardevoir answer, and provides Spikes. Salazzle and Choice Scarf Passimian both have Knock Off, which can help accentuate Spikes. They're also quite fast, complementing the slow bulky rest of the team. Salazzle is great at crippling Pokemon with its Toxic, which can also let it check Primeape. Passimian is Tera Steel here so that it can resist Bullet Punch and revenge kill Belly Drum Hariyama.

The designated lead of this team, Lycanroc's main role is to keep off hazards no matter what due to multiple members being weak to hazards. Stealth Rock and Taunt allow you to control the hazard game early on, Endeavour allows Lycan-D to bring opposing mons down to 1 HP after its sash has been broken and Accelerock allows you to finish off these 1 HP targets. Tera Ghost can stop rapid spin in a pinch, though it commonly isn't used in a match. The general gameplan when leading Lycan-D is taunting the opposing lead immediately if there lead has the possibility of having rocks, and then getting up your own/chipping down a mon.
The replacement mon for yanmega, oricorio pom pom can be a devestating sweeper if it gets enough boosts. This is a sitrus berry set, which allows pom pom to get multiple boosts before having to roost while still keeping it out of priority range. Quiver Dance allows pom pom to become stronger, bulkier and faster at the same time, while revelation dance and air slash are good stab moves. Air slash is chosen over Hurricane due to its consistency. Roost allows pom pom to keep itself healthy to attain more QD boosts. Finally, Tera Ground allows it to resist rock type moves like Accelerock and Stone Edge, while turning Revelation Dance into a Ground type move, which can hit steel types such as Jirachi and Hisuian Goodra. Pom Pom will be the main tera mon of this team.
The first anti cheese mon on this team, mimikyu is able to stop opponents sweeps if they get out of hand and revenge kill them. This is just a standard set, with SD to boost itself, Shadow Claw and Play Rough as good stab moves, and Shadow Sneak to pick off faster opponents. Tera Ghost boosts the power of Shadow Claw and Shadow Sneak to pick up more KO's.
The second anti cheese mon on this team, armarouge can be quite deadly if it gets a Weak Armour boost along with a Weakness Policy boost. Armour Cannon and Psyshock are two good stab options, which Psyshock hitting pokemon such as Cyclizar on there weaker physical defense side. Energy Ball hits the water types that may wall Armarouge and Endure allows it to get those procs by surviving a physical attack that might have KO'd it, such as Knock Off. Tera Fairy allows Armarouge to resist Dark type moves at low health in order to get a Weak Armour proc, while also becoming immune to Cyclizar's Draco Meteor or Dragon Tail.
The next setup sweeper of the team, Bisharp provdies valuable defensive utility with its dark/steel typing, while being a dangerous sweeper. This is just a standard set, SD to setup, iron head and throat chop as stab, and sucker punch to hit faster opponents. Tera Flying reverses its Fighting and Ground weaknesses, allowing it to get another SD boost or hit the opponent scot free.
Finally, we have an interesting mon here, Conkeldurr. Conkeldurr acts as the breaker of the team, as it can devestate bulkier teams while still having usefullness against faster teams due to priority and its bulk. Close Combat is a good stab option that deals massive damage to any targets that don't resist the move, Facade can do good damage against pokemon that resist its other moves such as Fezandipiti, Weezing Galar and Slither Wing, Knock Off deals big damage to Ghost and Psychic types that resist Conk's fighting moves, and Mach Punch can pick off faster opponents such as Scarf Krookodile, Terrakion and Lycanroc Dusk, while also OHKO'ing Bisharp. Tera Steel reverses its Fairy and Psychic weaknesses in order to hit them as hard as possible.
Bellibolt is the center of the stall team, utilising its good special bulk to take on pokemon such as volcanion decently well and get off toxics. It can also deal impressive damage with soak+parabolic charge, which can also allow toxic's on pokemon such as hoodra.
Chansey is the main special wall of this team, and utilises its massive special bulk in order to reliably get up rocks and heal status from teammates with heal bell.
Quagsire is the main physical wall of the team and utilises unaware in order to stop setup sweepers such as salamence and bisharp in there tracks. It is able to use these mons as opportunities to get off spikes.
A-muk is the secondary special wall of the team and takes on the ghost types that chansey cannot hit. Its able to spread knock off and poison with poison touch, while also absorbing future sight with protect.
Chesnaught is the secondary physical wall and helps against pokemon that may be too powerful for quagsire. It is able to spread lots of passive damage with super fang and rocky helmet, while also removing items from opponents with knock off.
Avalugg is another physical wall of the team and the main removal of the team, Its able to use its immense physical bulk to take on mamoswine while also deterring the main spinblockers of the tier with crunch.
