Voting is closed! We had a three-way tie for the last two spots, and as opposed to picking my least favorite of the three, I made the executive decision to let a sixth mon in on the first slate. The winners are:

Abilities: Shield Dust / Snow Warning / Ice Scales
Movepool: Aurora Beam, Blizzard, Dazzling Gleam, Giga Drain, Hidden Power, Ice Beam, Ice Spinner, Infestation, Leech Life, Light Screen, Mist, Play Rough, Reflect, Safeguard, Snowscape, Stun Spore, Swift, Water Pulse, Weather Ball
Custom Elements: N/A
Competitive Role: Adds weather in hopefully the least intrusive way possible, turning Snom into a strong Special breaker that can spam Blizzard to its heart's content, backed up by decent coverage in Giga Drain, your choice of Hidden Power, and STAB Bug Buzz. While its awful defensive typing cuts into it a bit and forces Snom into Boots, either Snow or Ice Scales can be used to make Snom a lot sturdier than it looks, giving it more opportunities to click Blizzard.

:sv/seedot:
Pokemon: Seedot
Eviolite-Compatible (Y/N): Y
Typing: Grass/Dark
Base Stats: 40 / 50 (+10) / 65 (+15) / 30 / 40 (+10) / 30 (BST: 255)
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Early Bird / Pickpocket
Movepool:
:plusle: Pursuit, Wood Hammer
:minun: Sucker Punch

Weight: unchanged
Custom Elements: n/a
Competitive Role: Adding the Dark typing plus additional bulk gives Seedot a very valuable niche as a Bramblin counter while also being an overall solid wall. Pursuit can be used to trap Bramblin and Litwick while Wood Hammer allows Swords Dance sets to serve as powerful wallbreakers. However, the Dark typing is a double-edged sword, giving Seedot a 4x weakness to Bug moves, such as Surskit's Bug Buzz or any of the U-turns in the tier. Sucker Punch is removed to prevent SD-Sucker shenanigans that the tier already has too much off, while allowing offensive variants to be much easier to revenge kill.

Abilities: Oblivious / Sturdy / Own Tempo
Movepool:
:plusle: Slack Off
:minun: Yawn

Weight: unchanged
Competitive Role: All tiers need good defensive Grounds, and this serves as an alternative to the Woopers in that role. Serves as a strong defensive option with an awkward defensive typing for the tier. Not super passive thanks to a usable Attack, great STAB moves, and access to Body Press. Also threatens to spread status with Lava Plume/Will-o-wisp. Can serve as a Curse sweeper. Struggles into the tier's Water- and Ground-types, or anything that can hit it with a strong neutral hit. Bulk is comparable to Cleffa's, not quite as specially bulky.

Slate 2: DNUBL Nerf Slate
Hello all! Apologies for the delay in getting this out, had a lot on my plate and needed to do some internal restructuring. DNU:TPM:TM will now be hosted on its own Discord server instead of being in the main DNU server as it used to be.

Slate 2 will be focusing on nerfing Pokemon that were deemed a little too strong for DNU proper. We'll be looking at Pokemon that were banned from Do Not Use to see if they can fit in the tier now! I'm going to withhold Wattrel as an option as frankly I think it could be re-added right now, so we can test it in the tier as-is during our first playtesting break. As such, please submit one of the following Pokemon:
:sv/dewpider: :sv/diglett-alola: :sv/flittle: :sv/nidoran-m: :sv/smeargle: :sv/wingull: :sv/wishiwashi: :sv/zigzagoon:

In addition, if you want to submit :diglett: or :wynaut: reworking Arena Trap or Shadow Tag respectively, you may do that. Be aware that trapping is strong in DNU and may require a pretty hefty rework in order to make balanced.

Same deal as last slate. You can submit up to 3 Pokemon, and you have about 5 days to do so. I'm excited to see what you come up with to drop some of our old enemies into the tier!

Competitive Role: Nidoran-M was probably the broken I had the most fun using. It was pretty objectively broken for its ability to break walls and deny revenge killing with Sucker Punch mindgames, but it was fun goddammit. Let's bring the magic back in a more balanced way. By taking the edge off its attack stat and changing Hustle to Tough Claws (makes all sets a little weaker but more consistent) it is still quite a fearsome breaker but no longer "2HKOs fully physdef Nacli with +1 Drill Run" fearsome. The loss of Sucker Punch also makes it much easier to revenge kill. This also differentiates it from the niche Nidoran-F has using Hustle-Hone Claws, which is similar to Nidoran-M's old niche but weaker and notably without Drill Run. 50 speed is still pretty solid but means that things like Taillow, Luvdisc, and even base 60s such as Bramblin and Rockruff can take it out safely.

Competitive Role: Weather and terrain infamously have to all be set manually in DNU. While last slate, Snom was added as a Snow Warning user to give us our first weather setter, when trying to come up with a new idea for Flittle, I came up with the idea to set Psychic Terrain. There are actually come potentially decent abusers of Psychic Terrain, such as Weak Armor Roggenrola combined with Expanding Force Hatenna. There's also Unburden Nickit if you really wanted to try something crazy. I do think the Expanding Force Psychic-types could be a threat, but it's something I'm open to trying considering the addition of a new Dark-type in Seedot last slate plus the addition of Steel-types in Meowth-Galar (added via last slate) and the impending addition of Beldum (via being unbanned in main DNU).

Flittle's special attack was nuked to prevent it from doing Specs Lele stuff and making it more of a dedicated support Pokemon. The Flying typing was added to help differentiate it more from the tier's other Psychic-types and add a helpful secondary STAB if you wanted to try Choiced sets still, while also making running Terrain Extender inherently more risky with your new Stealth Rock weakness.

Weight: unchanged
Custom Elements: N/A
Competitive Role:
Belly Drum + Extreme Speed is the reason why Ziggy's broken in DNU, so I decided to remove those moves. However, without those two moves, it's far worse than its Galarian cousin, so I also buffed its attack and speed and gave it some medium-low power coverage to better make use of its buffed attack stat. Also it now gets Quick Attack so it still has a priority move.

Weight: Same
Custom Elements: N/A
Competitive Role: Respectable stats, consolidates a bit of everything (Status, hazard removal, recovery access, setup sweeper, etc) along with speccable immunity to whatever specific status you find most bothersome, but has a pre-Tera Regieleki-esque movepool weakness in its ability to handle Ghosts, Rocks, & Steels, which most teams will have at least one of. Circumventing this weakness partially requires investment in both an item and moveslot to allow Judgement / Multi-Attack (or something more niche like Odor Sleuth), and not all can be dealt with at once, so pick wisely if you use them!

It can u-turn on fat psychics but that’s about all it can do without them being heavily weakened. The mon really struggles to hit psychics, like direly. But if you can deal with that issue, the mon can zip around through teams at a lightning fast pace and hit like a truck. A just a cool offensive speedy breaker with limited coverage that rewards good positioning, and wearing down checks.

Bro got fed up with the rest of the school and decided to manifest his destiny, of clicking the most vile water moves to ever exist. It’s a bit slower than the other ones but should be far stronger than them thanks to psea (I’ll have to calc). Still kept in check by the same shit that normally keeps these sorts of mons in check, and has to sacrifice coverage on either side when picking its set. It also functions as a way to reset snom's weather, incase snow ever becomes an issue.

Good bulk and incredibly high firepower, but physical sets are super succeptible to contact based abils, doesn’t have the best movepool for parental bond but it’ll make due with what it has, a 25% damage boost with some extra shots at secondary effects makes up for the lack of an item and vastly nerfed speed. I have no idea if this is allowed, but if it is that would be cool.

We had a similar Wishiwashi submission last slate and I vetoed it, and this one is a slightly better version via addition of the Dragon typing. It would be very strong as a choiced attacker on either side. Please reduce either its bulk or its offensive capabilities.

At least change the name of the ability to something real, but frankly I think this is a poor rework for Smeargle overall. Looking at the movepool, it looks to be leaning into Smeargle's setup abilities, but its stats say it's a support Pokemon--but you removed all of the utility moves it would want to use with a very arbitrary ability. Figure out what you want it to be doing. DM me if you want to talk through it

Flittle: This Pokemon is too good at breaking down defensive cores while also being annoying to revenge kill thanks to a fast speed and Speed Boost. You can lead this turn 1 vs. stall and probably win lol. Remove either Knock Off or Lumina Crash, and I'd prefer either replacing Speed Boost or reducing initial speed as well.

Wishiwashi: Definitely a creative take on Wishiwashi, but I still have concerns over its abilities as a strong pivot. If you run the calcs you'll see that not a lot is super comfortable switching in on this. Either reduce offensive capabilities or remove U-Turn and Flip Turn to make it more committal to hit the field.

Diglett-Alola: Only has 5 stats? Mon looks otherwise fine but please fix this

That's it for vetoes. I also considered OSP's Nidoran and anaconja's Smeargle, due to their damage output, but I am willing to try those should they be voted in.
