Given that Weavile is basically useless now, a Chien-Pao retest has its merits. Not like it won’t be getting outsped by Iron Valiant or outoffensed by Z*mazenta anyways, and another Gambit check would also be useful.

I wouldn’t go that far, weavile may be not the best right now but its actually kinda underrated even if its overshadowed
Ain't no way y'all want chien-pao back, have you forgotten about how in all the OU meats it was let in it was just dominating them all until its inevitable ban? (And before you try to use my support for palafin against me, palafin didn't get constantly retested after its ban. Chien-pao already proved that it's just Built Different)
Chien-Pao has dual priority for anything faster and chomps anything slower. Even Sacred Sword for Gambit.

Mons like kyogre and fin just hit hard and are hard to swap into, waterpon with water absorb not only can swap into them both but it's also faster than both actually and has super effective stab to scare them both out

While on paper palafin sounds really fucking strong, I have used it a lot in the People's OU tournament and I can say that it's not really as scary as it sounds on paper (but that might just be cuz I'm not that good of a player (tho I did get to semifinals in that tour))

but we're missing the real thing here just saying a solgaleo suspect would be better than all of these options. The fraud could potentially have a lot of tools that could help it thrive in OU and help the metagame out
