Pet Mod GlaceMons - Playtesting; OU is done! | Please read Post #540!

:sv/weavile:
Name: Weavile (RESUB)
Type:
1735086148974.png
/
1735086159812.png

Abilities: No Guard / Anticipation (Merciless)
New Moves: Switcheroo, Spikes
Removed Moves: Dynamic Punch
Justification: Weavile was always close to being viable but lacked the consistency and utility to make it properly to NDOU, these changes should hopefully fix that by increasing its reliability and potential roles for a team.

:sv/tentacruel::sv/Toedscruel:
Name: Tentacruel / Toedscruel
Type: :tentacruel:

, :toedscruel:

/
1735086131883.png

Abilities: :tentacruel:Evanesce / Clear Body (Liquid Body), :toedscruel:Mycelium Might / Wind Power (Mold Breaker)
New Moves: :tentacruel:Recover, Spikes / :toedscruel:Recover, Worry Seed, Quiver Dance, Moonblast, Alluring Voice, Misty Explosion, Draining Kiss
Removed Moves: :Tentacruel:None / :toedscruel:Spore
Justification: Gives us a physical wall that can spread utility between moves like Spikes, Rapid Spin, Flip Turn and Knock Off, as well as a potent wallbreaker that benefits from the trend of Dragon-types to easily get setup and utility opportunities as a nearly unresisted STAB combination frees up the moveslot usually dedicated for coverage for utility like Leech Seed or Knock Off.

:sv/zeraora:
Name: Zeraora
Type:
1735183608572.png
/
1735183624854.png

Abilities: Volt Absorb (Technician)
New Moves: Gravel Grater, Pursuit, Accelerock, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Ancient Power, Rock Tomb, Pebble Storm
Removed Moves: None
Justification: A wallbreaker and Pursuit trapper that makes the most of Gravel Grater, simple yet effective.

Name: :soul dew:Parallel Mega Orb
Effect: Enables the user to Mega Evolve while retaining the base forme's ability, self-announces when triggered. Charizard and Mewtwo pick forme depending on if their Hidden Power type would be physical (X) or special (Y) in Gen 3.
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): No
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): No
Fling Power & Effect: Fling fails if the user's species can Mega Evolve, otherwhise 80 BP and no extra effect
Justification: Enables stuff like Regenerator M-Audino and M-Slowbro, Sharpness M-Gallade, Levitate M-Latis, Speed Boost M-Sharpedo, Velocity M-Sceptile, and Sheer Force or Route Closed M-Steelix.

Name: :iron plate:Legend Plate
Effect: On switch-in, the user changes type to its Tera type, losing previous STABs (but triggers Tera Blast as if the user Terastallized). Moves of such new type are also boosted by x1.2. Only boosts the moves of the same type(s) as the user by x1.2 if its Tera type is Stellar.
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): No
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): No
Fling Power & Effect: Fling fails
Justification: Based on the Tera Shard item in Vaporemons, acting as a nerfed version of Terastallization that helps Pokemon on the defensive spectrum like Garganacl by granting them better types to handle the rest of the metagame, but with a slight extra oomph to avoid it being too situational, granting potential as a STAB enhancer for offensive Pokemon that need just a little extra help to get their KOs.

You see this? This guys little item now boosts Water Pulse by 1.2x instead of 2.0x. That's it.

:latias-mega: (:latiasite:)
This has Moody as well now.

:great-tusk:
Battle Armor seemed way too fat, which was on me as I honestly expected less. I changed its hidden ability to Dry Skin now, so in exchange for being fat you now have a neat Water-type immunity.
should have been 1.3x ... its not that strong at 78 BP

Ok...

"seemed way to fat" "so i changed its ability to dry skin"

water immune great tusk aka the urshifu-rs and samu-h counter..... yeah ok

Name: Baseball ⚾
Effect: users ball / bomb moves become physical and are 1.3x power and accuracy
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): Yes
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): Yes
Fling Power & Effect: 50 bp flinch
Justification: remember baseball bat? This is its cousin. use weird coverage to your advantage, mons (specifically ghosts and fightings) get good no drawbacks stabs in exchange for an item slot. These physical moves also avoid helmet !!

wow already beat to be first
Name: :nugget: Good Item
Effect: transforms into a random "Popular Item" every switchin
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): yes
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): yes
Fling Power & Effect: varies
Justification: silly gag idea i got after g luke posted a set, and named the item "Good Item" as a placeholder. "Popular Item" just means anything at the top of the item selection ui in the builder; tho its def up to interpretation as to what should count, like say the type or species specific stuff

Name:
devils deal.png
Devil's Deal (RESUB)
Effect: the holder has 1.5x the defense and special defense, but loses 1/16th of their hp at the end of the turn. (ignores magic guard's protection, regenerator does not work)
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): no
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): no
Fling Power & Effect: NA
Justification: interesting defensive item with a sharp trade off

clarfied the mguard interaction, and keeps regen users in line now

Name:
Bag_Bread_Sprite.png
Infinite Pizza
Bag_Moomoo_Cheese_Sprite.png

Effect: When the holder switches in, it consumes this item to heal 1/8th hp. regenerates on switching out, even if the item has been lost.
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): yes
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): yes
Fling Power & Effect: 10 bp
Justification: funni, also works as an interesting form of anti-knock tech

Effect: creates a swamp on the opponent's side of the field

Justification: i <3 perfect neutral coverage

Name: :porygon-z: Distortion Force
Effect: Any field effects created by this pokemon is or its allies will last for 3 more turns, doesnt stack with other effects that increase the length of one if it the user has this ability. this pokemon's attacks do 1.2x more damage while in field effects.
Permanent (Yes or No): yes
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): no
Potential Pokémon With This Ability: giratina, palkia, dialga, unown, hoopa, hoopa-u, jirachi (replaces serene grace), mew, porygon-z, anything that appears in a space time distortion (in PLA)
Justification: effect extension that perhaps can make stuff other than tr worthwhile, also changed to be more useful in doubles

Name: Chopping Axe
Power: 85
Accuracy: 85
PP: 20
Category: Physical
Type: Grass
Effect: If it is super effective against an opponent, then it will have a 100% chance to raise the user's attack by 1. If it is not very effective then it has a 100% chance to decreases the opponents defense by 1.
Priority: 0

Justification: This move is quite sweet, with it being something that is quite weak to start off with but it takes advantage of weak spots in the opponents type chart by raising your own attack while taking advantage of resistances by lowering their defense

Name: Dynamic Punch
Power: 105
Accuracy: 85
PP: 10
Category: Physical
Type: Fighting
Effect: On hit, Has a 100% Chance to active Focus Energy on the user that lasts until the user switches out.

Justification: Focus energy has always been an interesting mechanic, but its tied to kinda of a shit move in itself, and g-max chi strike which is just worse max knuckle. This allows it to be usable (also synergy with daredevil) as this gives the users the chance to abuse crit chance especially against mons who are vulnurable to intimidate like blaziken, gallade, scizor, zeraora, etc

Name: Work Up
Power: -
Accuracy: -
PP: 10
Category: Status
Type: Normal
Effect: Increases the user's Atk and Sp. Atk by 1. Whenever the user uses an attacking move it increases the attack and special attack by 1 stage. Fails if the user already has the effect. Can only work up to 3 times per switch in.

Note: I assume its implied that if Baton Pass can still pass stats then it can be used to transfer this effect to an ally.
Priority: 0
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound):
Potential Pokémon With This Move: :great tusk: :victini: :garchomp: :iron moth: :iron valiant: :kommo-o: :urshifu: :latias: :latios: :landorus: :tornadus: :thundurus: :aegislash: :blaziken: :arctozolt: :arctovish: :dracozolt: :dracovish: :absol: :pheromosa: :darmanitan-galar: :deoxys: :groudon: :zekrom: :reshiram: :melmetal: :moltres: :zapdos: :articuno: :raging bolt: :volcarona: :enamorus: :heracross:
Justification: Work up is an outclassed move.. esp since mixed attackers are rare these days. This works to help them, while you set this up you can continue to attack and rack up boosts up to +3, this allows you to use your mixed potential while attacking from both sides opening an opponent up
Name: Polkadot Bow
Effect: Announces itself with "The power of the polkadot bow will transform the moves into things you have never seen before" Normal Moves transform into the primary type of the user if they are in the first moveslot, or the secondary type if they are in the second moveslot
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): Yes
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): Yes
Fling Power & Effect: 108
Justification: This gives this item some good uses, some pokemon have weak stabs like shadow claw, iron head, flash cannon, dark pulse, or rely on something like fly, outrage, solar beam. This item allows these moves to be used viably as most pokemon can learn stuff like return, body slam, double edge, hyper voice, tri attack, tera blast, etc.

Name: The Just Flame
Effect: If held by a fire type, if this pokemon is successfully hit by a move, it increases in rage causing its next successful attack to be powered up by 25% up to a maximum of 150%. If held by not a fire type, it will burn everything causing the user and the target if its not a fire type to take 1/12th of its maximum health after a successful attack.
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): Yes
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): Yes
Fling Power & Effect: 65
Justification: Smth that takes advantage of fire types generally being bullied, this takes advantage of the fact most fire types only wear boots. This item benefits bulkier fire types like heatran, skeledirge, tauros-paldea-blaze, roost volcarona, etc. On non fire types this allows a pseudo life orb to tack on more damage regardless of how much damage you dealt
Name: Chilling Presence
Effect: On switch-in, this Pokemon is alerted if any opposing Pokemon will take super effective damage against their Pokemon it will lower their Sp. Def by 1. It will lower their defense if users Atk > Sp. Atk

Justification: These abilities often suffer. Why? The user is often taking way to much chip damage from the status, with this they should not be taking so much chip damage. With these changes it allows the user to apply pressure and punish status' against these users

Name: Dragon's Soul
Effect: By attacking opponents you gain stacks of the Dragon Soul which allows you to do 1.1x more damage for each time a move is successful hits (capping at 3 hits). Resets on switch out.
Permanent (Yes or No): Yes
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No
Potential Pokémon With This Ability: :iron moth: :victini: :skeledirge: :hydreigon: :haxorus: :dragonite: :salamence: :appletun: :charizard: :hydrapple: :flapple: :druddigon: :giratina-origin: :rayquaza: :garchomp: :necrozma: :gyarados: :goodra-hisui: :goodra: :tyranitar::regidrago: :tatsugiri: :dondozo: :palkia: :dialga: :zygarde-10%::zekrom: :reshiram: :naganadel:
Justification: Allows you to ramp up damage by using this ability on opponents, this ability sees usage on pokemon who may want to hit opponents many times, this ability benefits mons like victini, iron moth, necrozma, and more potentially as they like to stay in to attack and attack which would lead to a lot of damage ramp up
:pmd/heracross: :pmd/heracross-mega:
Name: Heracross (Mega)
Type: Bug / Fighting, Bug / Ground
Abilities: Guts / Anticipation / Emergency Exit, Battle Armor
New Moves: Slack Off, Land's Wrath, Headlong Rush, Earth Power, Stealth Rock, High Horsepower, Stomping Tantrum, Fissure, Thunder Wave, Scorching Sands, U-Turn
Removed Moves:
Justification: This gives mega hera a much more workable typing (hello bug / ground), with recovery it can bully pokemon like great tusk, samu-h, lando-t, valiant, kingambit, kartana, steelix-mega, tyranitar-mega, etc. With a more offensive movepool alongside utility you can easily see this being used on bulkier teams and more offensive ones especially with its high attack stat and surprising bulk with a built in 20% DR with 80/115/105

:pmd/charizard mega x:
Name: Charizard, Mega Zard X
Type: Fire / Flying, Fire / Dragon
Abilities: Blaze / Solar Power, Long Reach
New Moves: Brave Bird, Headlong Rush, Bulk Up, Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, Glaive Rush, Raging Fury,
Removed Moves:
Justification: Long Reach while is a 8% decrease in damage it now will allow zard x to no longer be bullied by helmet, static, rough skin, etc. Glaive Rush gives it a 120 BP stab who is also boosted by long reach and compared to dragon claw is much superior especially against defensive pokemon. Raging fury gives it an outrage clone that works much better compared to it as it has no immunities and it can be clicked late game without thudding into fairy types. Bulk up is a unique option that allows zard x to go into a bulkier route by using its bulk to bully its opponents like a zamazenta, weavile, tauros blaze, melmetal, kyurem-b, kingambit, etc.

Justification: A different take on item counterplay that disables them rather than removes them.

Name: Mimikium Z
Effect: Allows Mimikyu to use the Z-Move Let's Snuggle Forever. Mimikyu gains a 30% boost to its contact moves. Once per battle: if Mimikyu KOs a Pokemon while its disguise is broken, its disguise is restored.
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): No
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): No
Fling Power & Effect: N/A [cannot be removed]
Justification: It's still Mimikyu, so this shouldn't be too overbearing.

Name: Lycanium Z

After the Z-Move is used, the Pokemon receives stat boosts depending on its form.

Justification: I like Splintered Stormshards as a move, and I feel this is the best way to make it worth using a Z-Move slot on. Remove terrain from the field AND set up at the same time.

Name: Knight's Crest
Effect:

681-b.png

Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): Yes
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): Yes
Fling Power & Effect: 10
Justification: You get the old King's Shield back and some healing each time you change stances. However using this item prevents Aegislash from holding Leftovers or an offensive item. This forces players to weigh if the Stance Change healing and extra Attack drop are worth it.

Justification: Acts as a pseudo-STAB for Ice and Flying moves. Articuno is so bad for a legendary that it needs something like this, and it could also let it put that base 85 Attack to use. Delibird is a penguin. Frosmoth is Ice/Flying-adjacent. Suicune learns Ice and Flying attacks and embodies the northern winds. Weavile is based on a kamaitachi and can use Aerial Ace for coverage. Tornadus embodies wind in general and learns Icy Wind. Empoleon is also a penguin.

Abilities: Leaf Guard | Tough Claws | Leaf Guard | Guts
New Moves
: Nature's Madness, Parting Shot, Trop Kick, Play Rough [Both] | Storm Throw [Dada only]
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Regular Zarude are said to be aggressive and to strike fear into other forest Pokemon, so I gave it Intimidate. Dada left the pack to adopt and raise a human child, so it's more noble than other Zarude, hence the Fighting type.

:SV/incineroar:
Name: Incineroar
Type: Fire/Dark
Abilities: Blaze / Intimidate
New Moves: Victory Dance, Sucker Punch, Wicked Blow
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Victory Dance matches Incineroar's show-off persona, and Sucker Punch and Wicked Blow are fitting options for the Heel Pokemon.

:SV/cyclizar:
Name: Cyclizar
Type: Dragon/Normal
Abilities: Rock Head / Regenerator / Reckless
New Moves
: Flare Blitz, Volt Tackle, Head Smash, Jump Kick
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: It's based on a motorcycle, whose riders can certainly be reckless. Flare Blitz is a move Koraidon learns, and Volt Tackle references Miraidon. The idea here is a Shift Gear / Double-Edge / Flare Blitz / Volt Tackle set. Rock Heead is another option to eliminate recoil entirely, referencing helmets.

EDIT: Some of those problems were mistakes on my part, fixed them

Id much rather face a Tusk that takes like 20% less wholesale than a Tusk that can do everything it can do now, with Recovery and a Water immunity. Like Tusk was already the absolute best Ground in the PhysDef no recovery Tank roles that things like Landy T, PhysDef TankChomp (so good TankChomp goes SpD now), now it's also the undisputed best physical Ground outright Wall in the tier, because why would you run Hippowdon or PhysDef Swampert over this? Even physdef Gliscor gets a run for its money because beating the additional Water immunity Dry Skin provides is a very tough sell (I appreciate the Spikes immunity, but Lando can beat every viable Ground sans Shaymin anyway)

That being said, let's get started on our ideas.
:thundurus::thundurus-therian::hippowdon::togekiss:
:ss/Thundurus::ss/Thundurus-Therian:
Name: Thundurus
Type:
Ghost.png
Steel.png

Abilities: Moody | HA: Wind Power | Lightning Rod
New Moves: Swords Dance, Ice Fang, Acrobatics, Power Whip, Spikes, Strength Sap
Justification:
Thundurus's role as a strict special attacking Electric is completely gone, Zapdos and Tapu Koko have special Dragon Dance now.
Base Thundurus will now fully leans into the mixed and physical traits of it's movepool with Moody and these additions, allowing it to have the absolute best matchup against Grounds that any viable Electric type has at the moment. I honestly cannot think of an ability for Thundurus-T, so if anyone has a better idea for its ability let me know (Daredevil competes with Wind Bird).

:ss/hippowdon:
Name: Hippowdon
Type:
Ghost.png

Abilities: Sandstream / Moody | HA: Sand Force
New Moves: Taunt
Justification: Moody vastly improves the bulk of Hippowdon due to simultaneously having a Impish and Careful Nature, allowing it to stomach a wide array of hits from most threats in thw tier, without being necessarily overwhelming since outside of improved mixed bulk its still just Hippowdon. I gave it Taunt because slow Taunt is #cool.

:ss/togekiss:
Name: Togekiss
Type:
Ghost.png
Steel.png

Abilities: Serene Grace / Telepathy | HA: Super Luck
New Moves: Moonblast, Mystical Fire, Hurricane
Justification: Togekiss is a good defensive tool, and after getting buffed here with Telepathy, can serve as a pretty fearsome defensive pivot and stomach plenty of hits. Togekiss isn't passive, and the buffs to it's STAB options will make sure of that while it roams. Mystical Fire trades power for the utility of weakening attackers.

Justification: The ultimate anti setup tool. Burning Jealousy essentially allows you to combine set up, Will-O-Wisp and consistent damage in one go, provided that target has boosted their stats, making this move quite the unique tool. This combined with its inherent Dark type coded flavor, means this move may see even more use there. Flex Off users be warned!

Potential Pokémon With This Move: All Native Users
Justification: Stomping Tantrum and Temper are on the cusp of being good, I just removed a few barriers, increased the BP and added an additional trigger. Now these moves serve to punish Intimidate, Parting Shot and Sticky Web by getting a free 160 BP move in their stead. Move not doubling after a successful Protect seemed to exist solely to prevent this from going crazy in doubles, but this is a singles metagame, so that restriction has been alleviated.

Merry Chrysler!

As a gift I thought I would give my steps for an aesthetically pleasing submission template, because that's pretty much all that matters when it comes to people voting.

Step 1: Make it legible
Text should be easy to read, and information should be laid out in a manner that even the dumbest of PetMods players should be easy to understand. Note the difference between the first and second examples.
Name Fire Blast Power 110 Accuracy 85 PP 8 Type Fire Category Special Priority 0 Effect 10% chance to burn Flags Sheer Force Mirror Move Potential Distribution Current
This example technically gives all required criterium except for the justification, but is a pain to read.
Name: Fire Blast
Power: 110 | Accuracy: 85 | PP: 8 | Priority: 0 | Type: Fire | Category: Special
Effect: 10% chance to burn
Flags: Sheer Force, Mirror Move
Potential Distribution: Current
This example contains identical information to the first, but is presented in a manner that appeals to a reader and allows for easy skimming.
Step 2: Add a Pokemon to your example
People what to know what they're voting for when they see a submission, and adding a pokemon gives them something to look forwards to using if it wins. The best options are gifs, because they catch the eye most easily.
:sv/chandelure:
Name: Fire Blast
Power: 110 | Accuracy: 85 | PP: 8 | Priority: 0 | Type: Fire | Category: Special
Effect: 10% chance to burn
Flags: Sheer Force, Mirror Move
Potential Distribution: Current
By adding Chandelure to this submission, people may vote for this submission because they want to see Chandelure buffed.
Step 3: Add the Type emojis
It may sound stupid, but it works.

I don't want to pile on, but I have to agree that Dry Skin is even stronger than Battle Armor on Great Tusk; Dry Skin Great Tusk basically obviates the Dry Skin change that Silvally-Ground just got too. (Also going to point out that regular Zarude already got Moody and Solar Power as abilities, so Intimidate would be replacing one of those or, better yet, Leaf Guard; Zarude-Dada has yet to get anything though.)

Going to try to be concise for once aside from the adjustment entry that's 3 ("loyal") mons as one. More later/tomorrow:

Justification: Trying to make some of the basically unusable Gen 8 signature moves better, in part by making them multi-hit attacks which all of them sound like already could be and giving them all chances for status. Making them all have properties blockable by Abilities to preemptively rein them, even though they're all also of types that have type immunities, mostly due to said status-giving chances being decently higher than the 10% aspect would seem even if it's thankfully barely 40% even with all five hits.

:iron ball:
Name: Iron Ball :iron ball:
Effect: "Holder's non-priority Normal type moves become Steel-type. Holder is grounded and takes damage from hazards as if it was a grounded pure Steel-type when switching in." (Announces itself now as "[User] is holding an iron ball!")
Can Be Knock Off (Yes or No): Yes.
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): Yes.
Fling Power & Effect: 150 BP, 100% chance to lower target's Speed by 1.
Justification:
Given nothing is likely to unfortunately be done about Gholdengo's obnoxiousness aside from an outright ban again maybe, I'm attempting to make an item to deal with its hazard removal blocking that can also do other things, and Iron Ball's never been that useful in its original form aside from Fling damage, which Knight's Armor has now eclipsed. So besides the minor BP increase to its Fling now with an added effect, this simultaneously lets Rapid Spinners "brute force" past Gholdengo (and other Ghosts) with Steel-type Rapid Spin at the cost of still taking damage from hazards if at a reduced rate and with an immunity to Toxic Spikes; that same immunity means that even Poison mons holding this don't remove Toxic Spikes for free though. Besides Rapid Spin, however, it lets a lot of Steel mons have better STAB via newly Steel-type Normal moves that aren't otherwise boosted by this item since I didn't want to make something that would get really stupid with Explosion since Explosion and Self-Destruct are still Steel with this on--sucks to be Fairy type and, like always, Ice and Rock. (But Quick Attack, Extreme Speed, Fake Out, and whatever other Normal type priority moves I'm forgetting don't get to become Steel because that would likely be miserable for everyone--sorry not sorry Genesect.)

Effect: "This Pokemon's Psychic and Dark moves have 1.2x power. Whenever this Pokemon uses a Dark move it will also set Future Sight."

No.
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No.
Potential Pokémon With This Ability: :absol: (over Super Luck), :darkrai:, :delphox: (over Magician), :gothita:'s line (over Shadow Tag), :hoopa: & :hoopa-unbound:, :munkidori: (over Frisk), :ralts:'s line (over Synchronize or Telepathy and, in :gallade:'s case, Steadfast or Justified), :slowking-galar: (over Curious Medicine), :wo-chien:, :xatu: (over Synchronize)
Justification: Original Forewarn is such a bad ability that it's already been completely erased in this mod from the few mons who had it--I assume Drowzee and Smoochum lost it too--on top of being made redundant by Anticipation anyway. So between that and still feeling like reworked Telepathy is underwhelming I've decided to try to give a Psychic types a bit of boost as well slightly more moveset flexibility, even if a few Dark mons inevitably fit too, since this ability will activate via any Dark move, including status ones like Taunt or Parting Shot or Nasty Plot. (The free Future Sights of course can't stack and are only boosted if a Forewarn mon is still on the battlefield when they go off.)

Removed Moves: [none] (00)
Justification: I've always been of the mind to try to include every counterpart when boosting any mon (or move or item or ability) that has any, even in cases where the counterpart is actually already fine or even great, like Okidogi in this case:

:okidogi: It was already the strongest one by far even before it got Flex Off and unrestricted recovery. So it gets nothing but Strong Jaw as a nice alternative to boost its immediate damage since it has literally all of the damaging bite-moves already save for the Fishious Rend and set-damage Super Fang.

:munkidori: Previously the worst of the three by far, Chicken Dance helps it a lot and the most, to the point where Psycho Boost might now be overkill--ditto Expanding Force. That's part of why Leaf Storm is here too: for Emergency Exit's sake if Psycho Boost is vetoed. Its two new abilities reflect its cowardice, with Long Reach no doubt looking weird but boosting all contact special moves too, which it now has all of save for Electro Drift: Grass Knot and now Draining Kiss, Infestation (+ Parting Shot), Petal Dance, and the dexited Trump Card and Wring Out.

:fezandipiti: The "Try Not to Boost Sand Challenge" is...barely possible for me apparently despite legitimately intending to forego anything sand-related for the next few slates...before the mons I intended got taken again. It also doesn't help that Wind Power fits here and that Fez's statline and movepool are so weird, with it benefitting from Chicken Dance far less than Munkidori due to having less SpA than even Weezing-Galar; I also can't give it Pixilate Boomburst since Scream Tail literally just got that. Still, despite now being the Loyal Three member that focuses on wind and weather the most, which just makes sense since Gweezing is otherwise arguably the better team supportive Poison/Fairy mon still and now has unrestricted recovery too, I've decided to give it Shield Dust instead as its hidden ability just because it would be nice to explore what's essentially "Covert Cloak: The Ability" (or rather Covert Cloak is "Shield Dust: The Item") on a non-Bug mon who is neutral to Rock (read: Salt Cure)--eat it, Garganacl. Meanwhile Levitate is self-explanatory but only making Fez be "Gweezing: SpD Edition" even more.

Justification: Tbh I don't have much knowledge about comp natdex so I'll just sub when I think of neat ideas - this is one of them. You can think of Specialist as a weaker but more versatile -ate ability, particularly since it isn't restricted to only Normal-type moves. Give a high-power or priority option for a type that normally doesn't have one? yep! Get STAB on widely distributed moves like Knock Off, U-turn, or Body Press? yep! Want to skirt around type immunities for stuff like Rapid Spin or Trick? you got it buster! Very high potential idea, can make for some very interesting future adjustment subs.

Since it's giving season and all, the council has decided to expand the possible submissions in each category to FOUR again for this slate! Depending on how things go, we may possibly revert back to a four per each category, but it depends on how quality the submissions are this time around. Happy Holidays!

Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): Yes
Fling Power & Effect:
Justification: Funny offensive version of Leftovers that doesn't entirely outclass it because of the cumulative heal gain. Might be cool? Who knows. The accuracy lowering is because once it's knocked off or removed by Trick the opponent's limbs get greasy because of it.

Name: Dreamcatcher (Re-sub)
Effect: If the holder is asleep, Sleep Talk is used before an attack is selected by the holder. Does not work with Circle Throw, Dragon Tail, Roar, or Whirlwind.
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): Yes
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): Yes
Fling Power & Effect: 40 BP, wakes target up
Justification: As said in the previous submissions, letting RestTalk strategies become usable and something to rely on for most Pokemon can be interesting. Some good potential users can be Ferrothorn, Garchomp, Landorus-T, Terapagos, and Zamazenta, which appreciate the only move slot being required on them for Rest recovery being Rest itself and letting them use other moves to their liking without having half of their move slots taken up.

Name: Bucket
Effect: Prevents the opponent from setting up hazards.
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): Yes
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): Yes
Fling Power & Effect: 50(x) BP; x = The amount of hazards set on the users side, maxing at 200. Does not consume item. BP resets once Fling is used.
Justification: Hazard clearing item that doesn't do too much or too little. Not being immune to hazards on switch-in is intentional to not make it an entirely better Heavy-Duty Boots that benefits the user's and the target's team immediately and adding the opportunity cost of taking chip damage to support the user's aforementioned teammates and itself.

Name: Greninium Z
Effect: If held by a Greninja-Bond with Water Shuriken, it can use Bond Slicing Shuriken. Transforms into Greninja-Ash after its Z-move is used.
Name: Bond Slicing Shuriken
Power: 60
Accuracy: -%
PP: 1
Category: Special
Type:
Water.png

Effect: High critical hit ratio. Hits 3 times.
Priority: 0
Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Slicing
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): Yes
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): Yes
Fling Power & Effect:
Justification: I think Greninja is pretty cool, and it having its old Ash forme back but having to work a little harder for it to actually get the ball rolling. You either have to try and get a Battle Bond boost or go for the Z-move and not hitting as hard as you want to; the former is the most effective way though.
Name: Gale Wings (Re-sub)
Effect: This Pokemon's Flying-type moves have their priority increased by 1.
Permanent (Yes or No): Yes
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No
Potential Pokémon With This Ability: :archeops: :braviary: :honchkrow: :staraptor: :swellow:
Justification: As it was submitted for in the past slate, it aims to add a new layer of priority to the tier to keep offensive playstyles in check while introducing potential viable Pokemon in Braviary for its large Attack stat with Bulk Up + Close Combat, along with Talonflame coming back as a relevant offense check as well.

Name: Luster Swap
Effect: On entry, this Pokémon's gains STAB on its first move that's super effective against an adjacent opponent. Once per switch-in.
Permanent (Yes or No): Yes
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No
Potential Pokémon With This Ability: :deoxys: :genesect: :hoopa: :latios: :latias: :manaphy: :zoroark: :zoroark-hisui:
Justification: Stolen from Megas For All v7. Maybe cool breaking thing? With it being once per switch in it won't entirely make it obnoxious to deal with defensively but besides that, it opens up a unique way of wallbreaking for Pokemon. Not so sure on distribution though...

Name: Aerodynamicist
Effect: This Pokemon's Wind moves do not miss. User's Speed is raised by 1 when hit by a Wind move; Wind immunity.
Permanent (Yes or No): Yes
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No
Potential Pokémon With This Ability: :articuno-galar: :corviknight: :landorus-therian: :moltres-galar: :shaymin-sky: :thundurus-therian: :tornadus-therian: :zapdos-galar:
Justification: With some more focus on Wind moves in general, why not a new ability? It makes Shaymin-Sky more tolerable since Seed Flare cannot be a sure-hit move anymore albeit No Guard means you can't rely on a strong inaccurate move to hit it with though. Depends on which one you value more here when it comes to this ability. Other Pokemon like Landorus-T and Tornadus-T could be nice with the ability. Most notably, the latter can now become an efficient set-up sweeper with Hurricane in exchange for the utility of Regenerator.

Name: Stickler
Effect: When this Pokemon is about to be hit by a super-effective move, it heals 1/3 of it's HP. Once per switch-in.
Permanent (Yes or No): Yes
Mold Breaker (Yes or No): No
Potential Pokémon With This Ability: :avalugg: :corviknight: (:great-tusk: If I choose to remove Morning Sun) :melmetal:
Justification: Something more outside the box, potentially letting a defensive Pokemon have a chance to pull off one last trick before it faints. Can go well with Wish support and other things too while not being super annoying to take down.
Name(s): Ultra Beasts
:blacephalon: - Beast Boost / Run It Back | Energy Ball, Parting Shot, Psychic Noise
:buzzwole: - Beast Boost / Anticipation | U-turn, Whirlwind
:celesteela: - Beast Boost / Heavy Metal | Body Press, Heat Crash, Knock Off, Self-Repairing, Thunder Wave
:guzzlord: - Beast Boost / Sinister | Curse, Earth Power, Land's Wrath, Slack Off, Spikes, Taunt, Thunder Wave
:kartana: - Beast Boost / Light Metal | Body Press
:naganadel: - Beast Boost / Merciless | Mortal Spin, Roost, Taunt
:nihilego: - Beast Boost / Levitate | Haze, Rapid Spin, Recover
:pheromosa: - Beast Boost / Moody | High Horsepower, Knock Off, Thunderbolt
:stakataka: - Beast Boost / Battle Armor | Self-Repairing, Teleport
:xurkitree: - Beast Boost / Galvanize | Hyper Voice, Tri-Attack
Justification: Another Hidden Ability patch to other Ultra Beasts who do not have one, along with slight move additions. Aiming to make either Naganadel or Pheramosa OU legal is a task too hard to the point where you have to heavily butcher most of their traits, so additions were made with an Ubers metagame in mind. Guzzlord also gets some buffs too, with invested bulk its a pretty okay defensive Pokemon; check it out in the damage calc!

:sv/gengar:
Name: Gengar
Type:
Ghost.png
Poison.png

Abilities: Levitate
New Moves
: Ice Beam, Parting Shot
Removed Moves: Nasty Plot
Justification: Levitate Gengar was a unique and powerful Pokemon in the generations it was legal in, and I wanted to bring it back to give it one more shot at possibly being OU again. Without Nasty Plot, it isn't so obnoxious against bulkier teams and remains at a constant amount of strength to not be so overwhelming, but in return gaining Ice Beam to instantly snipe the Ground-types it wants to mess with and Parting Shot to pivot out and become more efficient as a breaker or status spreader.

:sv/obstagoon:
Name: Obstagoon
Type:
Dark.png
Normal.png

Abilities: Reckless / Guts / Moody
New Moves: Fake Out, Extreme Speed, Toxic
Removed Moves:
Justification: FakeSpeed STAB on a Pokemon not as frail as Pikachu can be interesting as an anti-offense pick while still having decent strength in Guts and boosting options in Bulk Up. Toxic is added for more flavor purposes but can wear down checks throughout a game like Great Tusk and Landorus-T without having to trade immediately.

:sv/camerupt:
Name: Camerupt
Type:
Fire.png
Ground.png

Abilities: Solar Power / Earth Eater / Dry Skin
New Moves: Clear Smog, Scald, Spikes
Removed Moves:
Justification: Mostly an adjustment to put it into the spotlight a bit more, but Camerupt learns Slack Off now which makes it a very good tank to use with a unique defensive typing to boot, and with not that much Dragon-types being used that resist both of its STABs (Dragonite usage is like...very little and Mega Lati@s cannot be immune to Earth Power anymore) it has a lot of opportunities to click well. Earth Eater and Dry Skin give it more opportunities to come into a game, Clear Smog just being a flavor pick, Spikes letting it force switches and make progress, and Scald being a mostly flavor pick...gotta hit the Levitate Iron Moth am I right!

Hello, time for sub reviews, if Hidin was Santa of Glacemons then im the post Christmas Hangover. I thought I was too harsh last slate but nah, i wasn't harsh enough.

Dragon Charge: So Charizard becomes Mini Mega Ray huh, yeah this looks like a veto. There´s a reason Gouging Fire got banned and this thing is that but better.
Items: Alternate Mega Stone is a Interesting concept, buffs a lot of Megas, might break a mega or two but in general it improves their viability quite a lot. Like it. Legend Plate is Vaporemons Tera Shard but better, item was very underrated in there so hopefully in here it can be more interesting.

Adjustments: Weavile is a resub so skipped. Tenta changes are not really any interesting and toed could be too much. Ran the Boltund calcs not sure if i'm impressed so it gets vetoed. Mon is just not strong enough.

Buff it to x1.3 otherwise its vetoed for being too weak.

Solrock
Moves: Syrup Bomb is alright, its like a stronger sticky web since it reduces speed and can´t be removed, just waited out. Prismatic laser is alright, I don´t see the need for more tera moves but if that is what people want so be it.
Items: Good item is funny. Very inconsistent but I'm willing to let it slide. Devil's deal is still not interesting enough imo, and given its low popularity last slate I'm afraid we will veto it.
Distortion: Resub, but I appreciate including everything that gets extended.
Sneasler: Another veto. Sub was just not that interesting, frees a mon that people aren´t crazy for in a way that makes it barely viable and it didn't get many votes last time.

Moves: Chopping Axe is quite nice, decent coverage and good physical STAB for grass types now that they don´t have Worry Seed, Work Up is alright, just remove the Baton Pass portion since there´s no plans to unban this any time soon. Dynamic Punch is vetoed, thought I made it very clear in my original review but this is most likely not gonna be used by any mon, those without setup won´t risk the miss, those with setup have better options, most won´t be able to make space for it. I suggest either increasing accuracy significantly or making the crit rate it provides way stronger.
Items: Polkadot is fine, we got lots of these effects last slate so try to coordinate with other to ensure only one of these gets on the slate. Fire items gets vetoed, surely we can make that name way shorter, otherwise the item effect is fine.
Abilities: Gave feedback on the Discord, these two are good to go.
Adjustments: Not gonna even entertain the idea of completely retyping a mon, much less a mega. This gets vetoed sorry.

Moves: Egg Bomb and Meditate are fine, Egg Bomb is probably the best of these. Both Beatdown and Frostlock are vetoed. Beatdown´s only issue rn is that its typing seems to be undecided between Dark and Flying due to the submission post, fix that please. Frostlock was vetoed for having 75bp as a status move, but even outside that the move looks very unimpressive. 75 accuracy is horrendous and its effect is not even that good to warrant that terrible aim. My suggestion? Increase its base power, make it either physical or special, increase its accuracy and make it so the disabling is either until it switches out or its stays for the rest of the match.
Items: MimikyumZ and Knight´s Crest are both Vetoed. Mimikyiumz because its not enough to make Mimikyu viable, and Knight´s Crest because its a buff to Aegislash who was buffed last slate, wait a bit until community forms an opinion on aegi to give it a buff. LyncaniumZ is saved because it buffs Lycandusk pretty decently, But i would reverse the boosts gain on the midday and midnight forms, since Lycanday wants more speed and Dusk wants more attack.
Abilities: Fort Knox and Artic Wind are alright, if a little simple. Boxer gets vetoed. Its effect steps way too much in Iron Fist´s shoes, so distribution for the ability is either gonna fully replace Iron Fist or give two abilities that are functionally the same to a Pokémon, which is not something we want. I suggest just adding these effects to Iron Fist.
Distribution: Very sorry to say this, but we might have to veto all four adjustments. Neither of these adjustments help any of these pokémon scratch any viability, either due to middling STABS, bad stats, and suboptimal typings. Best I can suggest is that Falinks could be Salvageable with better typing, but other than that I don't see us allowing any of these.

Moves: Was close to vetoing Stomping Tantrum due to being yet another meh Ground type, but Temper Flare and Lash Out being buffed makes this acceptable. Burning Jealousy looks a bit annoying, but as long as we don´t distribute it to anything crazy it should be acceptable.
Adjustments: Hippo and Togekiss are cool, Thundy too. Maybe Thundurus-Therian could rock Rock Head to avoid the Overvolt/Supercell/Wild Charge chip.
Overheat clones are nice, Unconcerned is basically Joltemons´ optimistic which is alright I guess.
Adjustments: Fur Coat Grimm is ok, it most likely doesn´t do much for it, given that the mon is slow as Shit but it can serve as a decent Pivot. Glastrier steps a lot in Avalugg´s shoes, but other than that it is a fine sub. Willing to allow Emboar since while its stats aren´t the greatest, a Contrary Emboar is something that will most likely force in Water types or Psychic types to try and stop it, which can be taken advantage of by other teammates, give it Headlong Rush to increase its options. Bulu is cool, Having and ability that makes it viable in sand is cool since its typing is just perfect for it, but we are definitely not in need of more sand abusers with the Wind Power / Rider changes lol.

Abilities: Sniper is Cool, Simple redistribution is whatever. Snow changes are a mixed bag, Snow Cloak and Slush Rush are pretty decent, but Ice Body could probably be buffed to 1/4 hp recovered, especially since Snow lasts so little.
Adjustments: Only one of these that survives is the Armor twins, they are just alright. Articuno is Vetoed because its just not viable enough even with Sheer Force, its typing doesn´t allow it to succeed. Chandelure is Vetoed because Quiver Dance on it is ridiculously busted.

Multihit status moves are cool, Iron Ball is alright, Forewarn can be interesting, Loyal 3 are Vetoed, and it shouldn't take much to understand why. To rework Fezandipiti after it just won last slate, and as sand abuser nonetheless (can people stop subbing these we have enough sand abusers already yall just don´t use them) makes this a pretty unappetizing sub. Rework the Fezandipiti to work with the last slate´s buff or don´t be included.

Pretty good ability, I would buff Shed Skin while we can with a similar effect.

Moves: Fissure and Sleep Talk are both cool, I would buff Fissure to 140 since you do need to get hit.
Items: Was about to veto this, but I guess being able to Knock Off this item means it has decent counterplay. Might need a second opinion but Shed is 100% getting banned if this goes through.
Kanga without Seismic Toss has always been just alright.

Osp´s sub from last slate with a better name but without the announcement on switch-in. This means its currently vetoed for being too unpredictable, we suggest just announcing the ability on switch-in at least.

Moves: Like all of the new moves pretty much, probably like Ribbon the most out of all of these.
Items: Bucket and Dreamcatcher are alright. Greninjium-Z is a bit iffy but it shouldn't cause much trouble. Hamburger is funny and pretty strong.
Abilities: Gonna ignore the resub. Stickler and Luster Swap are fine, Aerodynamically could just be shortened to Aerodynamic, but either way not sure If we really need another Wind ability, even if this one focuses on speed.
Adjustments: Gengar and Obstagoon look cool, Camerupt is iffy but the changes probably make it easier to use the mega. As for the ultra beast, well just don't give Steela Defog nor Stealth Rock, that kills the niches of Corviknight and Skarmory respectively.

Uh...what (at thing I italicized and bolded)? Pecharunt and hidin's rework of most of the Paradox Mons both won last slate (as did Mantine), but hidin's Fezandipiti didn't unless it just didn't get counted among the wins--despite hidin himself being the one to post it--and also didn't get included in the spreadsheet. "All" Fezandipiti ended up getting from Slate 05 was Bobsican's Chicken Dance, which is a buff I'm building on with Wind Power.

Like I'm an asshole, but I'm not that much of an asshole to iterate on something that won, much less just won. Otherwise I'd have subbed a Telepathy buff over Forewarn or a more direct Drapion buff than "just" Barb Barrage. Hell, I'd even still accept the reason for Fezandipiti possibly being (still) vetoed being tired of the Sand aspect, but I can change that much if you want, especially since I broke my "vow" due to being stymied at the time. I don't mind that much, just trying to be clear that I am...confused now.

Regardless, thanks for the feedback. Good to know that the other stuff is fine, even STAB Psycho Boost Emergency Exit Munkidori. [/he needs it :munkidori:]

Apologies I totally forgot Fezandipiti had not won last slate. Veto on that sub is lfited, but I still suggest a different Fezandipiti change.

No biggie. Happens, especially around this time of year. Thanks for the quick reply.

Anyway, since I said I would change Wind Power and the partial Sand focus on Fezandipiti, I have now done so. My Fez now has Shield Dust instead of Wind Power as its hidden ability since it would be nice to potentially explore that on a worthwhile mon that also isn't Bug given that the only worthwhile mon that currently has it now is the much frailer and actually Bug Ribombee. Fez also now has Solar Beam and Sunny Day--the other "beautiful" weather--instead of Quicksand Drain and Sandstorm to both get it away from Sand focus a bit and lean more into overall weather in general; it already learns Hurricane for Rain, likely its now worst weather even with Weather Ball too.

(I was vaguely considering giving Fez Spirit Break as well, but I've both already given it too many new moves and Spirit Break would doubtless be obnoxious on it even with its low Atk just because it has like twice the SpD of the other two current users in addition to recovery unlike Grimmsnarl or Iron Valiant.)

Justification: This is an older idea I had a few slates back, and is me toying with the idea of a move that's not Disable disabling moves. Of course, it is made to serve as a risk-free physical Rock-type move, albeit one that starts with low BP and usually will be needed to be used twice to get some mileage out of it, though to disable a move is a pretty strong effect, so it pays off.

Can both allow sweepers to either steamroll the opposing team, or come in during the late-game and have an easier time cleaning up any stragglers; also has the benefit of not simply giving stat boosts, like Moxie and Soul-Heart, which would be lost when switching out.

Justification: A counterpart to another moderately powered Flying-type move in Squall. | PP: 10 (16) | Power: 65 | Accuracy: 100% | Priority: 0
Effect: If the target has a move disabled, this move's power is multiplied by 1.5x. After damage, the move the target last used is disabled for 2 turns (doesn't apply if a move is already disabled).
Flags: Protect, Mirror, Contact
Potential Pokémon: :ferrothorn::garganacl::iron treads::steelix::tyranitar::ursaluna:

Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): Yes

Name: Big Nugget
Effect: Holder is immune to Status moves. Spent after 1 use. Use of the moves Pay Day and Make it Rain recycles item.
Can Be Knocked Off: Yes

Fling Power And Effect: 130 BP
Justification: Good as Gold on everything. But it is one time only, so you better make it count.

Name: Neutralizer
Effect: Holder cannot be hit super effectively. Cannot hit others for super effective damage either.

Name: Hamburger
Effect: Heals 1/8 of the holder's maximum HP. After three turns cumulatively pass, the item is consumed and the user gains +1 Attack. If item is removed, the opponent's accuracy is lowered by 1.
Can Be Knocked Off (Yes or No): Yes
Ignored by Klutz (Yes or No): Yes
Fling Power & Effect:

Effect: This Pokemon's Ice and Flying-type moves are boosted by 30%.

461.png
641.png
395.png

Justification: Acts as a pseudo-STAB for Ice and Flying moves. Articuno is so bad for a legendary that it needs something like this, and it could also let it put that base 85 Attack to use. Delibird is a penguin. Frosmoth is Ice/Flying-adjacent. Suicune learns Ice and Flying attacks and embodies the northern winds. Weavile is based on a kamaitachi and can use Aerial Ace for coverage. Tornadus embodies wind in general and learns Icy Wind. Empoleon is also a penguin.

Name: Fort Knox
Effect: This Pokemon is unaffected by damage-boosting abilities [abilities that increase the power of moves, abilities that increase the Pokemon's raw stats like Huge/Pure Power are unaffected] or multi-hit moves.

Name: Ice Body / Snow Cloak / Slush Rush
Effect: If Snow is active this Pokemon heals 1/4 of its Max HP each turn / this Pokemon defenses are 1.33x. Immunity to being statused, if Snow activates or gaining this ability in Snow heals status. / this Pokemon Attack and Special Attack are 1.33x and Speed is 1.50x.

Justification: Snow buff<3 i love sand and The Hippo but they getting too comfortable, blizzard is also a wind move so thats that

Name: Forewarn (adjustment)
Effect: "This Pokemon's Psychic and Dark moves have 1.2x power. Whenever this Pokemon uses a Dark move it will also set Future Sight."
Permanent (Yes or No):

Name: Pyre
Effect: For each fainted Pokémon on the opposing team, this Pokémon's Fire-type moves power is increased by 20% of their base power.
Permanent: No
Ignored by Mold Breaker: No
Potential Pokémon: :Armarouge::Blacephalon::Centiskorch::Ceruledge::Chandelure::Flareon::Heatmor::Heatran::Houndoom::Marowak-Alola::Pyroar::Silvally-Fire::Typhlosion-Hisui:
Justification: A rehash of my Victory Star sub, and the general notion of an inverted Supreme Overlord, but now Fire-specific, sacrificing versatility for double the power boost. Can both allow sweepers to either steamroll the opposing team, or come in during the late-game and have an easier time cleaning up any stragglers; also has the benefit of not simply giving stat boosts, like Moxie and Soul-Heart, which would be lost when switching out.

Name: Burrower
Effect: This Pokémon's moves deal 50% move damage against Ground-type Pokémon.
Permanent: No
Ignored by Mold Breaker: No
Potential Pokémon: :azumarill::drapion::excadrill::garchomp::steelix::weavile:

:sv/weavile:
Name: Weavile (RESUB)

1735086159812.png

Abilities: No Guard / Anticipation (Merciless)
New Moves: Switcheroo, Spikes
Removed Moves: Dynamic Punch
Justification: Weavile was always close to being viable but lacked the consistency and utility to make it properly to NDOU, these changes should hopefully fix that by increasing its reliability and potential roles for a team.

Abilities: Volt Absorb (Technician)
New Moves: Gravel Grater, Pursuit, Accelerock, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Ancient Power, Rock Tomb, Pebble Storm
Removed Moves: None
Justification: A wallbreaker and Pursuit trapper that makes the most of Gravel Grater, simple yet effective.

:SV/falinks:
Name: Falinks
Type: Fighting/Steel
Abilities
: Battle Armor / Defiant / Skill Link
New Moves
: Flame Charge, Wild Charge, Attack Order, Defend Order, Rock Blast, Arm Thrust, Pin Missile, U-turn
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Considering their whole teamwork gimmick, I gave them an ability and some moves that actually reflect that.

:SV/incineroar:
Name: Incineroar
Type: Fire/Dark
Abilities: Blaze / Intimidate
New Moves: Victory Dance, Sucker Punch, Wicked Blow
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Victory Dance matches Incineroar's show-off persona, and Sucker Punch and Wicked Blow are fitting options for the Heel Pokemon.
:ss/Thundurus::ss/Thundurus-Therian:

:sv/grimmsnarl:

Name: Grimmsnarl
Type: Dark/Fairy
Abilities: Prankster/Frisk/Fur Coat
New Moves
: Pursuit, Slack Off, Curse

Justification: Cool bulky setup option, Dark/Fairy is a cool typing, WIP

:sv/emboar:
Name: Emboar
Type: Fire/Fighting
Abilities: Blaze/Contrary
New Moves
: Spin Out, Headlong Rush
Removed Moves: Taunt
Justification: Emboar is a contrarian. It's not just a pig. They call him Mr.Pig. And I'm a contrarian because Geko's guide recommends to not try to push ZU mons into OU but hear me out. 123 Atk + Contrary is nothing to laugh at with this boosted Superpower, it can also run Overheat with its 100 SpA to be a cool mixed attacker. It should be held back by its low Speed before boosting.

:sv/glastrier:
Name: Glastrier
Type: Ice/Fighting
Abilities
: Chilling Neigh
New Moves: Headlong Rush, Ice Shard, Slack Off
Removed Moves: None
Justification: This mon really just needs a good typing and a healing move to get good.

:sv/tapu bulu:
Name: Tapu Bulu
Type: Grass/Fairy
Abilities: Grassy Surge/Sand Rush
New Moves
: Grassy Glide, Jungle Healing, Play Rough
Removed Moves: None
Justification: I like Tapu Bulu. Now it can be justified over Rillaboom, and just be good in general. Swords Dance and Bulk Up sets are super good with Grassy Glide to back them up, Band sets hit super hard, Salve Strike was a cool addition. Oh and Sand Rush because apparently people like buffing Sand, and Sand is lacking a really good abuser, and I guess Tapu Bulu could be a really good one?

Abilities: Battle Armor | Sharpness [HA] / Battle Armor | Good As Gold [HA]
New Moves: Sacred Sword. / Chicken Dance.

Justification: maybe too much, gave him everything he would want, but removing one of either sharpness or VD or Sacred Sword should make him fine if deemed broken. / Auspiscious comes from augury, the roman religion of watching what birds do to receive omens. Initially gave him GaG because i thought it came from aurum, the chemical name of gold? but no,,, keeping it because it helps against the toxics and taunts and the like.
