Role Justification: Immensely strong pure ground, that gets a speed boost in either relevant weather. Which is good because it’s a weather abuser that isn’t phased by opposing weather and can work on a wide variety of teams. Main issue comes with the fact that eq is its only stab, and the mon doesn’t offer too much relative to other grounds once the weather is gone, not to say that it becomes useless without sand or snow, it still hits like a nuke but just isn’t as fast.

Role Justification: Dragon's Maw Scale Shot already has you off to a strong start as damage and set-up. Add to that STAB Boomburst, recovery to get back powerful Dragon Energy, and Fire+Ground coverage for anything your STABs don't hit, and you have yourself a very capable offensive Pokemon.

Such strong priority of a very workable Attack stat is not very competitive. Unfortunately, you will need to completely change the ability.

Strength Sap and Sleep Powder off a high speed and now back by a good typing seems difficult to play against. Lower the Speed, please.

The offensive stats along with the benefits from Snow make this too effective of a Nasty Plot user. Please remove Snow Warning's effects.

Dual 140+ BP STABs make this hit ridiculously hard. Please change the typing or remove Rock Head's effects.

Way too fast and strong. I don't know if anything can really be done except devolving Meowscarada.

This Pokemon has a 125 BP STAB move that is boosted by Dragon's Maw and boosts Speed. Please remove Skill Link's effects.

Its stats are way too good for either CM or just launching strong Draco Meteors. Once again, not much to be done except devolving Wyrdeer.

:eldegoss::victini:- I like it mainly as an offensive spinner that can last awhile in the metagame. It's offensive profile is pretty cool, with U-turn access allowing it to always keep up momentum versus threats. Relatively fast Sleep Powder is also always a useful tool to have as well, as many Pokemon in the tier are relatively slow.

:tinkaton::typhlosion-hisui:- My sub. Ghost Fairy is cool. CM and Specs are ofc standard offensive sets, but Tinko has enough flexibility bulk wise to be a decent utility esq threat as well. 94 speed is also surprisingly faster than you would expect, so it's an all around solid.

:glimmora::toedscruel:- Accidentally creating an ability that is quite literally just 2/3rds Stall just to avoid the very calm and not problematic Toxic Spikes setting ability is so funny. Hot take, I don't think this is THAT great. MBeam will be fine but I don't think it hits hard enough to break past the big walls with SpD. Change this ability to what was suggested by Loginator.

:farfetch'd::dialga:- It's a pretty solid defensive glue mon, really eases the pressure on defensive cores and allows them to get more creative. I can see this being a low-key fuckass wallbrraker as well, the tier is slow enough for this to do a good job.

A pretty decent slate all things considered, but it is very clear people are (rightfully) running out of ideas, and I hope the council approaches how they handle this final slate very carefully, take a step and think about EXACTLY what the meta may or may not need right now and then move and guide the submitter base accordingly.

Now the glimmora toedscruel fusion. Now this is confusing but mabye the movepool will make it make more sense.

After an extended break, we return to action with a kinda different approach. It is evident that the metagame is a bit messy at the moment, with the power level being all over the place. So, as means to both help restore balance to the metagame while also keeping the community involved, Council wants to try out a new Balance Slate

During this Slate, users will be able to submit buffs and nerfs suggestions for currently existing fusions. At the end of the week, council will gather all these ideas and select the ones we deem most viable. Do note that having metagame experience will be taken into consideration when council is judging your ideas, so if you have any replays to show, be sure to include them in your post

Suggestions for buffs and nerfs include a type change, redistributting stats, changing the ability (or adding a new one, if applicable), or evolving/devolving a fusion component. You may suggest a buff or a nerf to any of the currently UU Pokémon, but Council has our own suggestions on Pokémon that could be touched upon:

Buff Justification: Now you might think the form switching sucks— but it has its upsides and downsides. One you no longer get auto fucked by appleking chilly, and two you GAIN bulk along with beast speed on your second kill, plus the original spa increase from beast special attack. It makes for quite an interesting cleaner that doesn’t deviate too far from its original purpose while fixing council mistake on stats. As for its typing I do believe that ice fire is superior overall due to its stabs being significantly stronger and more able to pick off weakened targets. While it does suffer vs the likes of Mr meat and decidulax, ghost doesn’t really fix those matchups either, and those require more strategic play to be able to break them.

While this ability is notably very strong, it notably doesn’t save it from suboptimal special defense and very common physical weaknesses (fighting ground). Actively serves as a great knock turn absorber to recover off its glaring chip weakness as recovery reliant on chance was not entirely that great for orthaconda

Corv is a mon that feels like it's so close to being more widely applicable, with a good typing and solid bulk - but being restricted to just a Sand-synergising ability kinda sucks. Giving it an extra ability hopefully makes it more appealing as a utility mon on non-Sand teams.

Power Herb + Meteor Beam Celeblim is a fun sweeper set, but it's clear that giving it the ability to get up Unburden basically for free and then rapidly snowball Special Attack boosts from its ability is problematic. This should hopefully curb its snowballing capability without making it totally unusable as a sweeper.

Swoltres feels like a mon that wants to be a convincing physical wall, but it folds HARD to Earthquake on anything that would want to use it because of its 4x weakness. This change aims to optimise its physical bulk and provide it a better defensive typing that allows it to better check the physmons in the tier, notably walling Conkelbun pretty convincingly unless they bring Ice Punch, which theoretically puts more pressure on its moveslots.

At 107 Speed it importantly creeps mr Electric Dragon again, bringing back a key form of revengekilling, while keeping it under the thumb of threats like Zoinkazenta. Even if defensive sets are mid, I increased it's bulk and gave it a better ability to utilize so defensive sets have some semblance of usability.

Role Justification: Appletun is hard to justify as a good poison type in the current metagame. Many strong or good alternatives exist, and many of the reasons it was created the way it was has fallen by the wayside or is actively getting nerfed, leaving it with little niche. So we turned it into our glorious Regen pivot. Appletun-G is slightly frailer than standard and loses its neutrality to Ice and Fire moves, but gaining Regenerator is so worth it, allowing it to check various threats throughout the match.
