Hello everyone! We are pleased to announce that manager signups for OMPL XIII are now open. If you would like to manage, please read the following details before signing up.
  • There are 8 teams and each team will have one manager.
    • Managers can choose to signup with a co-manager.
  • Managers are required to participate in the auction to draft their players.
  • Managers will have a budget of 100k and can purchase themselves for their teams for 13.5k if they desire to do so.
    • Co-managers can also be purchased for the same price as managers (13.5k)
    • All manager purchases must be sent to the hosts (April, goldmason, Vertigo, UT) before the draft, and all of them will be announced in the administrative thread when that goes up.
  • Managers must select their lineup for the week and send it to the hosts before the week starts. This has been an issue on occasion in past OMPLs, so if you don't think you can do this for the duration of OMPL XIII (it's honestly not that complicated), do not sign up.
  • Managers are responsible for their team's behavior. Make sure members of your team are abiding by the rules and remain active.
  • Managers are expected to facilitate substitutions when necessary.
If you can commit for the next two months or so, go ahead and sign up with your prospective team name. Managers will be decided within one week, by 10 PM GMT -4 on Saturday, May 3rd.

We won last year. We're running it back. This year I am locked in and ready to get the twopeat. (Evie claims to be locked out however, we'll see)
 
Personal opinion, not affiliated with the rest of the hosts or the OM staff team, but going to highly suggest any prospective managers read this awesome post by berry and consider signing up with a legacy name! There's a ton of teams with some awesome history behind them that we'd hate to see go forgotten, and (especially if you hosted under one of these names before) I heavily encourage you to keep the story of these teams going!

I was co-manager back in OMPL XI, making it all the way to the playoffs and even had to break a tie against the SSSSS. I also was a player in CAPPL IX, making it to the finals with my team winning the entire thing (despite me only playing in Week 3 but I am 1-0 in CAP team tours hehe) I unfortunately (and unintentionally) sat out last OMPL, but I am back and ready to take on the tyrants new and old by dazzling them with my knowledge and lack of skill alongside my amazing comanager, a fairy. She has won UMPL, Ubers UU PL, and ROAPL (as a ghost manager), and she is currently doing well in DPPPL and UUFPL right now, plus she is a great egg (good egg isn't good enough). Hope y'all consider us :)

Regarding my management experience, I have managed AAAPL I (Playoffs) , OMFL V (1st place) , NFEPL VII, NDOTSL II (Playoffs) , AAAPL II, OMWC VII (Playoffs), AGWL II (1st place), ELL (Playoffs) and WCOP 2025 currently. Only ever missed playoffs twice in the PL that I've managed. Moreover, Clas has managed OMFL V, TPP and ELL recently. He also played in the past 2 OM Champ with him getting semis in 2023 and then following up with a 2nd place in the following majors.
More importantly, Clas and I were voted the luckiest and 2nd luckiest players in the OM community 2024 and OMPL-UMPL Champion respectively, which is very impressive.

Leru has managed every tour on the site, including OMPL, and allegedly (according to him) has won OMPL as a player before. I'm mostly here to look pretty.

Returning for another year of ompl. I've managed a lot of tours before, including ompl, and Akira has a solid amount of experience of their own, both as a player and managing in tours like HPL. We've also got more bh players than any other signup, so you know we're going to win the tour.

Heart Takers are back for another year. I have managed quite a few om tours already, including ompl, aaapl, hpl and omwc. Sammy is one of the best and most active om players at the moment and has managed draft league team tours before.

We've also got the same amount of bh players as the previous signup, so you know we're going to win the tour because we're better.

Only reason I'm managing is bc I've bet that I wouldn't go for more than 6K during the auctions but now I qualified for the slam cuz I'm too good and I'm afraid people will overestimate me, so only way to avoid that is to manage g_g
 
I'm mildly interested in becoming a manager. I've managed twice before (for BHPL and PHPL) and thoroughly enjoyed it even though my teams didn't win. If someone is looking for a co manager and there is not enough manager sign-ups I might sign up. The main thing holding me back is the commitment required and familiarity with players (I don't know anybody lol) which are pretty big factors. Nevertheless I'm putting this out as an expression of interest or if somebody wants to bribe me. If I don't sign up as a manager I might still sign up as a BH-only builder to have the chance of being carried to a CA for free.

10+ years in OMs. I've won 3 OMPLs, managing one of those and went to finals another time. Tons of experience managing other OM tournaments like OMWC as well. w0rd also has experience managing and winning in OMs and has been around OMs for at least a decade

For me,i have been playing oms here and there,managing various tours like bsspl,btpl,bw wcup etc. i have a succesful rate in all of them. We both are comitted to drafting a good team,a great enviorment and win the tour :3

Why us ? Damflame have been playing om since a long time ago, he has great achievements like final of seasonal, he played a lot of ompl, omfl and OMWC, he has a great knowledge of almost every tier there is this year, he already manage other meta games French tournament and won it, he also played and won teams tour in French discord and other discord. He also reached final of top 16 championship last year. As for me, I managed umpl, nfe pl, and ompl ( even if I did it bad for the ompl), I learnt how to make a team tour great for my team, I also played ompl last year and went in 2-2, I always do as much as I can in team tour to help the team and talk a lot, I’m currently managing umbd right now. I played World Cup last year and went in 1-2 even if I was in negative I think I tried to help in tiers I liked, I played aaapl two times and few aaa tours where I did great run, I went in semi of major last year, I can cover the rest of metagames that damflame is not familiar with.
We both know how to make a great atmosphere for our team and will give our best if you choose us.
Edit : I also since 3-4 tournaments as manager always had great compliments about how I manage from my team and my co manager.
