I never had this problem in emerald (when i Ev train much more that Dp)
So, I begin to Ev train in DP, but i have some problems

For example, i put 252 Evs in atk, so these EVs give how many stats points?

I thinks it is 63, but dont have sure

Thanks ;)

Correct.

But I tryed to confirm in Iv calculator 252 Evs.

For example, withou Evs, the pokemon has 44 Atk but with 252 Evs, it has 59.

What happen here?

252 EVs give 63 stat points at level 100, so before level 100 it'll be significantly less.

But, if i train in low level , i have the same amount of stats points, in lv 100, inst it?

so, I havent problems to train in low level, in the lv 100, the stats points are the same?

How important are natures for competitive battling? I just SR'd a pretty decent Deoxys, but it has a neutral nature, and I'm unsure if I should keep or toss.

Yes. 252 EVs will translate to 63 statpoints at level 100 as long as you level up at least once after earning them (EVs are calculated on levelup).

I have some problems to choose where i train in EVS

What are the best places to Ev train in Attack, Def,Sdef....?

Thanks ;)

Are there any articles on smogon for creating good wifi teams (OU or Uber)? I've gone through the RMT thread, but that's mostly newer players looking for critiques. I'm looking for anything that would explain certain attributes players want to address when constructing good teams.

Well, what environment are you planning on playing in? D/P WiFi, PBR Friend Code Wi-Fi, or PBR random Wi-Fi?

I was wondering what defensive move would better on a Mr. Mime-- Barrier or Reflect? Both moves are good at reducing damage taken, but when push comes to shove, what move of the two would you folks recommend?

What is the approximate CH values for the following:

Normal attack: 12.5%, right?
High CH% attack: ?

Normal Attack under Scope Lens/Razor Claw: ?
High CH% Attack under Scope Lens/Razor Claw: ?

Normal Attack under Scope Lens/Razor Claw and with Super Luck Ability: ?
High CH% Attack under Scope Lens/Razor Claw and with Super Luck Ability:?

Normal attack under Scope Lens/ Razor Claw and with Super Luck ability while Focus Energy effect is active: ?
High CH% attack under Scope Lens/ Razor Claw and with Super Luck ability while Focus energy effect is active: ?

Well, to make that easier, I guess just answer what values Scope Lens/ Razor Claw, Super Luck, and Focus Energy increase CH rates by.

Like the other stats, Critical Hits have stages that can be increased by various things.

Focus Energy is a +2 stage in Critical Hits.
Razor Claw, Scope Lens, and Super Luck have a +1 stage.
Moves with a "high critical-hit ratio" have a +1 stage.

Now, the percentages may actually be off as I haven't had to look into this in a while, but from what I can find out, here are the rates at each stage:

0 (normal attack): 1/16 (6.25%)
+1: 1/8 (12.5%)
+2: 1/4 (25%)
+3: 1/3 (33.3%)
+4 (maximum): 1/2 (50%)

What would a +5 be?

Focus Energy + Scope Lens + Super Luck + High CH% attack = ?

Oh that's dumb. There's no reason to BP off a Focus Energy from Swellow then.
