I beat B as my first Medium Demon and 15th Demon overall in Geometry Dash a few days ago, it only took 823 attempts which was surprising


It may not be as significant as some other things people have been posting here but I’m proud of it and that’s what counts :)

Not much, but after being unable to achieve it when I was a kid, last summer I got 100% with both Mario and Luigi in both Mario Galaxy and Mario Galaxy 2

Also I'm usually top 10%-3% in the Fortnite Festival rankings in voice.

I won a Lobby tournament! That's probably not as impressive as winning a tournament in the more specialized chat rooms, but I'm proud of it nonetheless.

I've been playing nothing but Metronome Battle recently, but I used to play this format a lot, so I joined the tournament on a whim. I think that I played well enough to earn the win, but I also had some pretty favorable luck. As you can see in the above replay, I made some pretty heinous blunders in the finals, but I ended up escaping with my life. I'm going to blame it on nerves.

Overall, it was a good time. To preserve my ego from the inevitability of losing, I will never be entering one of these again.
 
I used to play 15 puzzle when bored or commuting to work or university. Eventually I ended up getting the world record in this app

However getting it has completely killed my interest in the game, I can't beat it aand haven't been able to for a year (you cana see the run I just did is much worse, I play less now too ). I'll never be as powerful as I was for those 6.5 seconds

PLEASE BEAT MY RECORD TO MOTIVATE ME AGAIN
 
I’m ranked #1 on the Global leaderboard for this one specific mission in Hitman. Idk if it’s the actual global leaderboard or just the one among Cloud version players on the Switch but either way I’m really proud of the achievement. I’m actually 5 seconds ahead of 2nd place so the gap is pretty wide. I’ve beaten the mission with a lower 1:17 but the body got discovered that time. It seems like kind of a crapshoot whether the body gets discovered or not with the route I use so idk if I’ll ever try to improve it. But I might do more WR attempts on different missions if I feel like others are beatable. We’ll see!

Time to redownload the game and start hunting this time. Also this is probably only switch users because I know PC and consoles have different contracts so I would image it's the same for leaderboards.

If you do want to have a go at it, it’s the level 1 escalation on the training mission (the one on the fake yacht). You have to kill one of the yacht security guys with a kitchen knife while wearing yacht security gear. I can give you the breakdown of my route if you want to give it a try!

After about an hour of 2 of grinding attempts, I got a time on this mission I was happy with. Did not get first in the world unfortunately.

you had to have used a different route than I did haha, that's nuts and I concede defeat

I looked up a speedrun on YouTube, did you do something similar to this? I didn't fire shots like that, seems very inconsistent but if it works it works I guess

No. I didn't use the exploit of aggroing the front guards to get through the front. I went through the side entrance. Fired 3 bullets near the dude throwing up so he would panic and I could just walk pass him to get the disguise right next to him. Ran up the stairs to the kitchen where I threw a coin in the door to distract the cook and then grabbed the knife. Ran back out the entrance and took a right which leads to a pair of stairs down which puts me right next to where the guard is going to be. Grabbed the fire extinguisher right next to the dude since bashing him over the head is quicker than chocking him out. Grabbed his disguise, threw the knife at him and sprinted to the boat exit.

Might have to try this out…

Tbh I don’t like firing random bullets, it feels like it goes against “the spirit of the game” to me or whatever but I might try the other stuff to improve my time and at least be the first person on Switch to break 200,000 points

EDIT: down to a 1:05 while maintaining my subjective measure of “purity” lol

Same route as you Let's go shuckles for the most part. Here are the differences:

I used 2 shots at the beginning. I think if you hit something metal two shots works so I aimed for the barrels.

Grabbed the fire extinguisher in the kitchen, it’s on the way from the knife to the door and I think it’s faster than waiting to grab it next to the guard.

You may know this but I figured out that post-kitchen if you hug the wall just before the stairs you just run instead of getting the pushing through the crowd animation. This gets you to the guard before he turns his back, meaning you knock him out from the front.

I also think I got lucky in the sense that I got a short animation on the knockout. When you knock out the guard from the front with the fire extinguisher I’ve seen a short animation (just hitting him over the head) and a long animation (stomach hit then head hit) and I got the short animation in this run. Definitely contributed to the 1:01.

All in all very happy with the run. I did get another 1:01 but it was super sloppy so I’m glad I cleaned it up with this one. Here’s hoping that no one on Switch discovers/bothers to do the faster routes so I can hold the 21 second lead :pimp:
 
ive gotten to round 87 on nuketown zombies, for comparison the current wr is 98, this took over 60 hours of some fun but mostly tedious gameplay (also ignore activate windows in the corner lmao)

Update: Hitman is out on Switch 2 and you don’t have to run the shitty Cloud version. Thus, you can get results like this:

Now that I broke the minute barrier I think I’m done with this level lol. Back to trying to silent assassin every mission in the main campaigns

Two shots at the beginning. One shot is doable but I don’t want to introduce that kind of variance/reset

Key difference (and the idea I had that made me try this) is not doing the coin toss in the kitchen. Cut it out completely. You have barely enough time to grab the knife and the fire extinguisher before running out the door, which now remains open without you needing to do it manually.

Finally, approach the guard from the side-ish to get the faster knockout animation. Approaching directly from the front gives the longer animation.

NOW I can safely say I’m happy with this and am moving on.

Congrats. Now you can pursue getting the best time on switch for level 2 of 5 of this escalation.
