Pet Mod Breeding Variants V4 [FINAL SLATE: Ungodly Gifts]

I just wanted to note that I am surprised that Weavile-Rustler, Dragapult-Chemtrails and Oricorio-Pom-Pom-LongJohnSilver were not vetoed based on the rules of the format, primarily due to 1) Dragapult being a solid OU Pokemon (though probably got off on a technicality of not having enough usage due to just dropping from Ubers), 2) same for Weavile but to a lesser extent I supposed, 3) LongJohnSilver's Gulp Missile being a Cramorant-exclusive ability which, to my understanding from the previous slate, means it would not work on Oricorio. Apologies for not commenting on these veto-worthy comments before the votes went up, this paragraph will be spoilered when I edit it shortly to submit my actual votes.

Will update this in a moment to submit my results (there are several choices I am torn between). We were using NatDex OU as a basis and not SV NatDex, but if you mean viable NatDex OU, then we will either veto Weavile-Rustler + Dragapult-Chemtrails, or give them a chance and then make adjustments or ban them with how the metagame adapt. For Oricorio-LongJohnSilver, it may as well be vetoed entirely.

I sincerely apologizes for not helping out with the vetoes, as I got busy with other games and watching videos.

I mean, Weavile wasn't on the banlist for this Mod with the rules it had stated (I always make sure to check). Pult should probably get the boot because it is literally the first mon on the viability ranking listed in the original post., but at the same time, if we can make enough adjustments to allow them to fit into the meta then that's fine too.

Swagodile's Cryogonal-Methamphetamine 2 + 1 + 1 + 2* = 6
Emergence's Froslass-Zero 1 + 2 + 1 = 4
flareth13's Weavile-Rustler 1 + 2 + 1 + 1 = 5
ErrorMon's Skeledirge-Hyperpop 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 4

PQRDG's Golurk-Overclocked 1 + 1 + 1 + 1* = 4
Ayecrusher King's Absol-Jaded 1 + 2 + 1 + 1* = 5
PQRDG's Aggron-Crocodile Rock 1
ErrorMon's Dragapult-Chemtrails 1
Swagodile's Toxtricity-Amped-Neuroshock 1 + 1* = 2
Swampert-Thunderspike 2 + 1* = 3

Dex Entry
: Cryoglimm (Meth Form) drifts silently through alpine caves, releasing a toxic, glittering mist that crystallizes upon contact. Ancient texts describe it as a guardian of poisonous springs, its radiant core pulsing with biohazardous energy. Despite its serene appearance, even slight exposure to the spores it emits can cause frostbite and poisoning. Its petals fracture into razor-sharp shards when threatened, lashing out in a frigid bloom of death.
Competitive: Ice/Poison. Can go Levitate for an offensive set, or Toxic Debris with a Sash for a hazard lead.

Abilities: Adaptability / Cursed Body
Dex Entry: After being exposed to the dubious data inside a mysterious disc, this Froslass variant became erratic and ethereal, as if existing between dimensions. When it finds someone it likes, they will be transported to this interdimensional plane, never to return to their normal existence.
Competitive: Its typing leaves it with one weakness to Dark. Adaptability makes its Shadow Ball or Hex very powerful, and it has a solid speed stat too.

New Moves: Wish, Alluring Voice, Moonblast, Draining Kiss
Abilities: Blaze/Unaware/Pixilate
Dex Entry: (WIP)
Competitive Description: The meta lacks a solid Unaware-Mon, especially with the litany of set-up sweepers. You can either be a defensive unaware mon that now resists Knock and 4X resists U-Turn, or an offensive mon with Hyper Voice + Torch Song.
AMENDMENT: ADDITIONAL WINNER FROM PQRDG
:golurk: :electrode:

New Moves: Agility, Explosion, Supercell Slam, Volt Switch, Zap Cannon
Ability: Iron Fist/Soundproof/No Guard
Dex Entry: Golurk unearthed in ancient tombs are often sluggish and slow to response due to being buried for centuries. It is believed that this breed of Golurk have had their hardware and software upgraded, allowing them to approach the capabilities of Golurk from ages past.
Competitive Potentials: No Guard Golurk with a good speed stat finally, allowing it to make good use of its toolkit.
While Samtendo09 updates the spreadsheet, I'll like to address one of the winners: flareth13's Weavile-Rustler is admittedly a budget :Darmanitan-Galar-Zen:in terms of offensive output within the meta, but I in turn believe we have a couple of checks to it, such as Camerupt-Pumpback & Dachsbun-Frozen Pastry. I don't dispute the possibility of it possibly needing an adjustment in the future, however, though to what degree we'll have to see after the power-creep of the final slate...

The type total before the last slate.

One thing to note is that Ice and Poison are now tied with Steel and Fire (not counting Megas with overlapping types) in terms of second most common type, next to Dragon. Interestingly, the third winner of the five is also made of an Ice-type Pokémon in Froslass but does not have that type in favor of Normal.

Ayecrusher King said about “power creep of the next slate”, and that will be for a good reason. Still, we will monitor a bit more rigidly to ensure it doesn’t get out of control as badly as Gen 7 and Gen 9 did!

:sv/Deoxys::SwSh/Greninja-Ash:Slate 10: Unrestricted Ungodly Gifts :SwSh/Silvally: :SV/Urshifu:

The utilisation of Ditto Goo to breed some unique forms was a discovery that shook the world. In a region unknown to most of the world, however, their regional Professor Pagoda, an expert specialising in Pokemon genetics, saw a hidden potential shackled by the inferiority of Ditto, long believed to be rejects from attempts to clone the Mythical Pokémon Mew. Utilising the fabled Berserk Gene unearthed near the ruins of Cerulean Cave, they managed to produce... an ungodly gift.

To wrap up the slate, we're breaking some of our own rules: You are permitted to submit for more than five submissions, and the donor (and only the donor) must be a Pokemon that belongs to the No Eggs Discovered egg group; for breeding purposes, their compatibility will be treated the same as Ditto (a friendly reminder that :Ditto: itself is part of the Ditto egg group, and thus still banned as a donor or base).

Now, as mentioned, there are major repercussions for power creep, so submissions will be judged more harshly than other slates, and have slightly different rules than usual:
  • Your submission must average out three stats instead of only one, at least one of these stats must be the donor's lowest as well. Any submission that does not have three averaged stats and/or utilises the donor's lowest stat are automatically vetoed. (A reminder to bold out the aforementioned stats as well)
  • If the donor has a Signature move, the submission must also be capable of learning it.
Other rules not mentioned apply as usual. Submissions that are judged to be too strong and/or have elements that are questionable at best and uncompetitive at worst may not be eligible for voting.

Submissions ends at Saturday, nine days from this post. Good luck.

Dex Entry: This Venusaur ate a fucked up ball of Mochi. Now he's a member of the Lousy Three (or four if that'd be more appropriate) but didn't get cool Poison privileges.

Stats: 73 HP / 106 Atk / 68 Def / 100 SpA / 60 SpD / 104 Spe
Type
: Poison/Electric
New Moves
: Plasma Fists, Close Combat, Fake Out, Play Rough, Hone Claws
Abilities: Volt Absorb | Infiltrator
Dex Entry: This breed of Seviper is said to have once slain the Mythical Pokémon, Zeraora, and took over it’s powers. It has mutated to develop arms that allows it to grip their pray and launches Plasma Fists if needed to fight.
Competitive Potentials: With Speed no longer an issue that standard Seviper has, it can now set up Coil or Hone Claws to become a acary sweeper, at cost of being twice as weak against Ground-type attacks.

:bastiodon::chi-yu:
Name: Bastiodon-Ruinous
Stats: 57 HP / 68 Atk / 168 Def / 91 SpA / 138 SpD / 30 Spe
Type: Fire/Steel
New Moves: Overheat, Ruination, Nasty Plot, Will-o-Wisp, Dark Pulse
Abilities: Sturdy | Beads of Ruin
Dex Entry
: An underground experiment have attempted to revive a fossil of a Bastiodon with the cursed beads of a Cho-Yi that passed away. The result is not pretty.
Competitive Potentials: With Beads of Ruin and slightly improved Special Attack, this breed of Bastiodon is able to make the most of it’s expansive Special learnset that the standard Bastiodon cannot. While it remains doubly weak to Ground, Fighting-type weakness became less of an issue and let Bastiodon’s high Defense and Special Defense shine.

:klawf: :diancie:
Name: Klawf-Diamond
Stats: 60/100/132/35/102/75
Type: Rock/Fairy
New Moves
: Diamond Storm, Play Rough, Rock Polish, Body Press, Encore
Abilities: Clear Body | Anger Shell (Regenerator)
Dex Entry: This rare subspecies of Klawf developed a crystalline exoskeleton under immense underground pressure, bonding with rare minerals. Its body sparkles with diamond-like facets that can refract light into searing beams, disorienting foes in battle.
Competitive Potentials: Diamond Storm is more reliable than Stone Edge, and can counteract the defense drop from Anger Shell if you're running that. Rock Polish can also assist in setting up a sweep.

:hitmontop: :Melmetal:
Name: Hitmontop-Alloy
Stats: 92/119/95/35/110/52
Type
: Fighting/Steel
New Moves
: Double Iron Bash, Body Press, Brutal Swing, Ice Punch, Darkest Lariat
Abilities: Iron Fist | Intimidate (Technician)
Dex Entry: The Alloy Form of Hitmontop evolved through exposure to powerful magnetic and industrial energies. Its body is reinforced with living metal, allowing it to spin at high speeds without warping. When spinning, it generates a metallic hum that grows louder as it accelerates—often mistaken for an approaching train.
Competitive Potentials: With Technician, Double Iron Bash essentially becomes 180 BP. Can serve as a spinner and/or sweeper.

:Ninetales: :lunala:
Name: Ninetales-Lunar
Stats: 105/76/82/109/100/100
Type: Fire/Ghost
New Moves
: Moongeist Beam, Moonlight, Focus Blast, Moonblast, Ice Beam
Abilities: Shadow Shield | Flash Fire (Drought)
Dex Entry: Legends tell of a Ninetales that bathed in lunar shadow for a thousand nights, transforming into a spectral guardian of the veil between worlds. Its shimmering fur radiates ghostly embers, and its nine tails ripple like flowing moonlight. When it spreads its spectral wings—formed of flickering flame and darkness—it is said to eclipse the very soul of those who meet its gaze. Those cursed by its fire vanish under the next new moon.
Competitive Potentials: Shadow Shield gives it some extra bulk. Moonlight gives it recovery that's boosted by the sun it sets up. Focus Blast, Moonblast, and Ice Beam are coverage. Moongeist Beam is a powerful Ghost STAB that bypasses abilities.

:inteleon: :palkia:
Name: Inteleon-Multiversal
Stats: 80/85/82/125/82/120
Type: Water/Dragon
New Moves
: Spacial Rend, Earth Power, Aura Sphere, Draco Meteor, Roost
Abilities: Pressure | Torrent (Sniper)
Dex Entry: A mysterious fusion of elegance and cosmic power, this Inteleon variant is said to have emerged through rifts in spacetime. Its tail functions as a stabilizer during high-speed dimensional jumps, while its eyes can track targets across dimensions. It snipes foes with condensed water pulses that warp space on impact, tearing through both armor and reality. Legends say a single shot from this Pokémon has ended wars—before they began.
Competitive Potentials: Scope Lens + Sniper + Sniper Shot and Spacial Rend go brrr

:Throh: :marshadow:
Name: Throh-Phantomgrip
Stats: 120/112/82/30/85/85
Type
: Fighting/Ghost
New Moves
: Spectral Thief, Storm Throw, Shadow Sneak, Drain Punch, Poltergeist
Abilities: Technician | Guts (Mold Breaker)
Dex Entry: Legends speak of a Throh that trained so intensely, its spirit split from its body—yet continued to fight. In this form, its ghostly limbs emerge like smoke, enabling it to strike from impossible angles and pass through defenses before locking foes in spectral holds. It is said to appear in the dead of night to challenge strong opponents, vanishing silently if the battle is not worthy. Its grip chills to the soul, as if dragging opponents partway into the spirit world.
Competitive Potentials: Think Annihilape with slightly less Speed and no Rage Fist.

:tauros: :zapdos-galar:
Name: Tauros-Thunderhoof
Stats: 82/112/95/62/70/110
Type: Normal/Fighting
New Moves
: Thunderous Kick, U-turn, Knock Off, Taunt, Roost
Abilities: Defiant | Sheer Force (Intimidate)
Dex Entry: Bred in storm-wracked highlands, this Tauros subspecies inherited the raw, kinetic power of Galarian Zapdos. Its legs are packed with explosive muscle, allowing it to charge faster than the eye can follow. A single kick from Thunderhoof Tauros has been known to splinter trees and launch boulders skyward. Unlike regular Tauros, it doesn’t rely on horns—it tramples its enemies into submission. Territorial and fiercely prideful, it will challenge anything that moves, especially when thunderclouds gather.
Competitive Potentials: Sheer Force makes Thunderous Kick nearly as powerful as Close Combat, and with no drawback.

:aerodactyl: :Solgaleo:
Name: Aerodactyl-Solar
Stats: 108/105/65/60/82/113
Type
: Flying/Steel
New Moves
: Sunsteel Strike, Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Close Combat, Morning Sun
Abilities: Full Metal Body | Rock Head (Unnerve)
Dex Entry: Forged in the heart of a long-dead star, this Aerodactyl subspecies descended from cosmic radiation infused into a revived fossil. Its steel-plated wings refract sunlight into blinding arcs, allowing it to tear through skies—and opponents—with stellar precision. Ancient texts speak of a “sun-eating dragon” that heralded eclipses. When enraged, Solflare Aerodactyl's mane erupts with a white-hot corona, burning even shadows from the earth below.
Competitive Potentials: Trades some speed for more HP, and more recoill moves to abuse Rock Head with.

Competitive Potentials: Bulky Steel/Flying with Multiscale. Either can wall with moves like Toxic and Roar, or can try to set up with Calm Mind to give it a bit more special attacking power.

Competitive Potentials: Base form becomes a bulky Special Attacking Sheer Force user. Mega trades some physical bulk for special bulk, and has options to go either physical or special.

:sv/Florges: :sv/Munkidori:
Name: Florges-Bloomsidaisy
Stats: 83/65/67/121/154/75
Type: Poison/Fairy
New Moves: U-Turn, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Nasty Plot
Abilities: Toxic Chain/Symbiosis/Flower Veil
Dex Entry: (WIP)
Competitive Description: Florges is really missing a just few things to be solidly good. Now you can spread status, wish pass even better with TC U-turn, and become a bulky set-up mon with recovery and stallbreaking with toxic chain.

:sv/Cyclizar: :sv/Blacephalon:
Name: Cyclizar-PenanceRider
Stats: 62/95/65/118/65/114
Type
: Dragon/Fire
New Moves: Mind Blown
Abilities: Regenerator/Beast Boost/Shed Skin
Dex Entry: (WIP)
Competitive Description: Regenerator + Mind Blown. Incentivises SPECs or Scarf sets which can run dual STABs + utility moves like Knock or Turn due to lacking coverage. You also lack consistent damage in general barring Pulse which is meh.

:sv/Togetic: :sv/Iron-Moth:
Name: Togetic-Mothra (Eviolite Compatible)
Stats: 55/80/73/110/105/75
Type
: Fire/Fairy
New Moves: Fiery Dance, Overheat,
Abilities: Quark Drive/Super Luck/Serene Grace
Dex Entry: (WIP)
Competitive Description: Terrifying special wallbreaker with Fiery Dance + SG, but a hazard weakness and low speed balances you out if you go either eviolite for bulk or Scarf for speed.

:sv/Bombirdier: :sv/Great-Tusk:
Name: Bombirdier-OvertlyUsed
Stats: 70/117/108/55/85/82
Type: Ground/Flying
New Moves: Head Smash, Bulk Up, Rapid Spin, Headlong Rush
Abilities: Protosynthesis/Big Pecks/Rocky Payload
Dex Entry: (WIP)
Competitive Description: Edge Quake without the consequences of being Rock type. Similar to the donor has immense versatility with pivoting, hazards, knock off, set-up, and hazard removal and an amazing type. But, your stats are only good rather than great, especially in terms of speed and bulk.

You know what, because this is the last slate, I will do something interesting and give my own sub reviews. I will not be touching on everything submitted, but at a glance note which Pokemon I think are problematic before council addresses them (plus a few other key commentaries as well).

The Beginning and the End
:venusaur: :pecharunt:
Name: Venusaur-Momotaro

3 words: Triage Oblivion Wing
:comfey: :yveltal:
Name: Comfey-Featherdeath
Two notes on this one: I would love to see the Mega of this Venusaur, as I believe with the high defense and Thick Fat it would actually be very interesting to see. As for Comfey, I do worry about the power of double STAB Triage, especially on a move as strong as Oblivion Wing. Without anything like Queenly Majesty or Psychic Surge, this Pokemon becomes VERY dangerous after just one Calm Mind.

:Pangoro::Ogerpon:
Name: Pangoro-Ragweed

:Delphox::Enamorus:
Name: Delphox-Amour
Not much to say on Pangoro, though I worry it is very underpowered compared to a lot of the options here. My biggest worry is Delphox, as Contrary Overheat with that Special Attack seems like something that could easily snowball out of hand, especially with such a great offensive typing.

:klawf: :diancie:
Name: Klawf-Diamond
Stats: 70/100/132/67/102/75

:hitmontop: :Melmetal:
Name: Hitmontop-Alloy
Stats: 92/119/95/57/110/70
These two Pokemon as they stand are currently illegal; Diancie's lowest stat is its HP or Speed, and Melmetal's lowest stat is also its Speed. No comments on the others at this time.

:zoroark::miraidon:
Name: Zoroark-IronMane
I do worry about this one. STAB Hadron Engine-boosted Electro Drift is will a dangerously powerful move, and with 105 Speed there is potential for Scarf sets or other options to get this out of hand. With only four Ground types in the tier I worry that this might be a bit too potent of a combination, even on something less overwhelming as vanilla Miraidon.

:corsola: :ting lu:
Name: Corsola-King'sRock
Abilities: Hustle/Natural Cure/Vessel Of Ruin

:florges: :fezandipiti:
Name: Florges-Bloomsidaisy
Stats: 83/65/72/91/154/75

:slurpuff: :deoxys-speed:
Name: Slurpuff-StiffPeaks
Slightly upset at your removal of Corsola's best ability in Regenerator, mixed opinions on how viable it will be considering it has the starting stats of, well, Corsola. Florges feels especially strange; the fusion results in having a lower BST than the sum of its parts, so personally I am underwhelmed by it as a submission. The submission here that really worries me is Slurpuff. You talk about Slurpuff as a Sticky Web user, but gloss over the fact that it famously has a Belly Drum+Unburden set, which starts to become a lot harder to face with that buff to its Speed. Now, I may be making a mountain out of a molehill but I figured that was worth flagging.

If you do not see one of your subs here, it is because it is... fine. At my glance at least, neither overwhelming or underwhelming. Reminder that I have no power here, and apart from the two from Swagodile that I flagged, my opinions will have no sway on what does or does not get vetoed by council. Hope to see more from all of you and enjoy this final slate.

Gonna start the 24 hour-ish countdown, the following submissions would require adjustments before they become legal:
:hitmontop: :Melmetal:
Name: Hitmontop-Alloy
Stats: 92/119/95/35/110/52
Type
: Fighting/Steel
New Moves
: Double Iron Bash, Body Press, Brutal Swing, Ice Punch, Thunder Wave
Abilities: Iron Fist | Intimidate (Technician)
Dex Entry: The Alloy Form of Hitmontop evolved through exposure to powerful magnetic and industrial energies. Its body is reinforced with living metal, allowing it to spin at high speeds without warping. When spinning, it generates a metallic hum that grows louder as it accelerates—often mistaken for an approaching train.
Competitive Potentials: With Technician, Double Iron Bash essentially becomes 180 BP. Can serve as a spinner and/or sweeper.
:Throh: :marshadow:
Name: Throh-Phantomgrip
Stats: 120/112/82/30/85/85
Type
: Fighting/Ghost
New Moves
: Special Thief, Storm Throw, Shadow Sneak, Drain Punch, Poltergeist
Bolts: I'd rather it not have to deal with has when facing this. Axe Thunder Wave.
Judo: Not quite veto-worthy, but just correct the misspelling of what I'm guessing is Spectral Thief?
:steelix: :hoopa-unbound: :steelix-mega:
Name: Steelix-Magic Lamp (can Mega Evolve)
Stats: 75/85/130/113/98/30 -> 75/125/160/113/128/30 [BST 531 -> 631]
Type: Dark/Ground
New Moves: Hyperspace Fury, Knock Off, Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt
Ability: Sturdy/Magician/Sheer Force -> Sand Force
Dex Entry: Legends tell of an Onix who wished for the powers of a genie. Upon picking up a magical lamp instead of a metal coat, its form twisted into that of a Steelix with some interesting magical abilities.
Competitive Potentials: Base form becomes a bulky Special Attacking Sheer Force user. Mega trades some physical bulk for special bulk, and has options to go either physical or special.
:avalugg-hisui: :dracovish:
Name: Avalugg-Hisui-Chimera
Stats: 95/127/184/52/58/57 [BST 573]
Type: Ice/Water
New Moves
: Dragon Rush, Fishious Rend, Psychic Fangs, Super Fang, Waterfall
Ability: Strong Jaw/Sand Rush/Sturdy
Dex Entry: A fossil was found during an arctic expedition. An unfortunate mistake in the revival process resulted in the ancient iceberg being revived with some of the properties of the fossilized lifeform within it.
Competitive Potentials: STAB Strong Jaw Fishious Rend, but on a Pokemon with a much more manageable Speed stat.
Genie in a Crystal: The Mega's form has bulk comparable to Ting-Lu, which combined with its Sp. Atk raises alarms. Remove either Nasty Plot, or remove the Mega Form.
The Iceberg that sunk a ship: This thing having the option for Strong Jaw with this Atk stat is something I think is unwise. Replace Strong Jaw, and or replace its Water-type.
:milotic::celesteela:
Name: Milotic-Downpour
Stats: 95 / 81 / 91 / 100 / 125 / 71 (563 BST)
Type:
Water.png
Flying.png

New Moves: Air Slash, Flamethrower, Giga Drain, Leech Seed, Earthquake
Abilities: Marvel Scale / Competitive / Beast Boost
Dex Entry
: This massive Milotic-like specimen is believed to be from another dimension, as it was observed using its serpentine body to create a wormhole in the sky. While considered incredibly beautiful in flight, a small village was washed away by the deluge of water shooting from its body.
Competitive: Tanky with Recover, Marvel Scale, and Leech Seed.
:liepard::miraidon:
Name: Liepard-Purradox
Stats: 82 / 87 / 75 / 88 / 50 / 106 (488 BST)
Type:
Dark.png
Electric.png

New Moves: Electro Drift, Parabolic Charge, Volt Switch, Dazzling Gleam, Overheat
Abilities: Hadron Engine / Unburden / Prankster
Dex Entry: Believed to be a Liepard from the far future, it stalks prey silently before pouncing at lightning speed. Fiercely territorial, a battle between two of these Pokemon leaves the land scorched and trees torn in half.
Competitive: Hadron Engine go purrrr. Hopefully more balanced with its lower base SpA requiring the Hadron Engine boost or Nasty Plot to do meaningful damage.
Mirage: Water/Flying's defensive profile shouldn't be underestimated. Either axe Earthquake, or Giga Drain & Leech Seed.
Kitty from the future: If it already has pivoting options, I'd rather limit them. Axe Volt Switch.
:miltank::buzzwole:
Name: Miltank-Moosquito
Stats: 95/110/122/47/70/100
Type:
Normal.png
Fighting.png

New Moves: Drain Punch, Close Combat, Darkest Lariat, Poison Jab, Roost
Abilities: Thick Fat/Scrappy/Beast Boost
Dex Entry:
This Pokemon squirts a liquid that looks like and has the consistency of blood as a defense mechanism. Disgusting.
Beef: Limit its methods of offensive recovery. Axe Drain Punch and/or Roost with Close Combat.
:sv/Corsola: :sv/Ting-Lu:
Name: Corsola-King'sRock
Stats: 110/83/95/65/95/40
Type
: Ground/Water
New Moves: Ruination, Whirlwind
Abilities: Hustle/Natural Cure/Vessel Of Ruin
Dex Entry: (WIP)
Competitive Description: Very solid special wall with ruination for progress making and whirlwind, is less bulky on both sides but has access to recovery.
:sv/Floatzel: :sv/Ho-Oh:
Name: Floatzel-DeathAndRebirth
Stats: 85/118/73/85/102/115
Type: Fire/Water
New Moves: Sacred Fire, Will-O-Wisp, Recover, Earthquake
Abilities: Regenerator/Swift Swim/Water Veil
Dex Entry: (WIP)
Competitive Description: The meta really lacks fast pivots, so here is a relatively unflashy offensive pivot with unblockable flip turn and sacred fire minus a lot of Ho-Oh's unreasonable bulk.
:sv/Slurpuff: :sv/Deoxys-Speed:
Name: Slurpuff-StiffPeaks
Stats: 66/80/86/90/76/126
Type
: Psychic/Fairy
New Moves: Spikes, Psycho Boost, Taunt
Abilities: Pressure/Unburden/Sweet Veil
Dex Entry: (WIP)
Competitive Description: The meta lacks a real sticky web setter, so you can use unburden+sash and great speed to be a key asset for Web HO teams. However, you are generally unsuitable for most balanced playstyles and can be a bit of a suicide lead.
:sv/Togetic: :sv/Iron-Moth:
Name: Togetic-Mothra (Eviolite Compatible)
Stats: 55/80/73/110/105/75
Type
: Fire/Fairy
New Moves: Fiery Dance, Overheat, Discharge,
Abilities: Quark Drive/Super Luck/Serene Grace
Dex Entry: (WIP)
Competitive Description: Terrifying special wallbreaker with Fiery Dance + SG, but a hazard weakness and low speed balances you out if you go either eviolite for bulk or Scarf for speed.
:sv/Bombirdier: :sv/Great-Tusk:
Name: Bombirdier-OvertlyUsed
Stats: 70/117/108/55/85/82
Type: Ground/Flying
New Moves: Head Smash, Bulk Up, Rapid Spin, Ice Spinner, Earthquake, Headlong Rush
Oh deer: With this level of bulk and reliable recovery, axe Whirlwind.
Saving hope: I know from making Camerupt-Pumpback that this type combo is deceivingly useful. Axe Will-O-Wisp and Recover.
CanDNA: I agree with PQRDG about the concern for a Belly Drum set. Either swap to a different Deoxys form, or swap out Unburden.
Be Not Afraid: This is shaping to be a bit too terrifying, and I don't want to see hax either. Either remove Serene Grace or Discharge.
Lando at Home: First off, this has six moves. My preferences are one of your Ground-STAB, as well as Ice Spinner.

Name: Unfezant-Black (Unfezant + Zekrom)
Stats: 80/137/80/65/78/92
Type:
Electric/Flying
Abilities: Big Pecks / Super Luck // Teravolt
New Moves: Bolt Strike, Fusion Bolt, Thunder Wave, Brick Break, Zen Headbutt
Pokedex Entry: This form of Unfezant is noble and proud, it will not obey trainers who have lost sight of their ideals.
Potential Competitive Role: A medium-speed Physical Sweeper with strong STAB moves.

Countdown is complete, any more new subs following the posting of this post are subject to being vetoed without opportunity for amendments if they are found to be of concern, and the following subs have six hours from this post to fix amendments to become legal:
:aerodactyl: :Solgaleo:
Name: Aerodactyl-Solar
Stats: 108/105/65/60/82/113 -> 108/135/106/70/102/133
Type: Flying/Steel
New Moves
: Sunsteel Strike, Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Close Combat, Knock Off
Abilities: Full Metal Body | Rock Head (Unnerve) -> Tough Claws
Dex Entry: Forged in the heart of a long-dead star, this Aerodactyl subspecies descended from cosmic radiation infused into a revived fossil. Its steel-plated wings refract sunlight into blinding arcs, allowing it to tear through skies—and opponents—with stellar precision. Ancient texts speak of a “sun-eating dragon” that heralded eclipses. When enraged, Solflare Aerodactyl's mane erupts with a white-hot corona, burning even shadows from the earth below.
Competitive Potentials: Trades some speed for more HP, and more recoil/contact moves to abuse Rock Head and Tough Claws with.
A beast from the sun: With this stat spread, the Mega form is going to be busted even in Ubers. Remove the Mega form and Knock Off.
:vikavolt: :kyogre:
Name: Vikavolt-Stormbug
Stats: 89/70/90/145/108/67 [BST 569]
Type: Water/Electric
New Moves: Calm Mind, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Origin Pulse, Surf
Ability: Levitate/Drizzle
Dex Entry
: This insectoid creature has been blessed with the gift of weather alteration. The beat of its wings sounds like distant thunder.
Competitive Potentials: Do you like the rain?
The incoming storm: Boltbeam coverage with this Sp. Atk is concerning, particularly if it can boost it further. Axe Ice Beam and/or Calm Mind.
Name: Unfezant-Black (Unfezant + Zekrom)
Stats: 80/137/80/65/78/92
Type:
Electric/Flying
Abilities: Big Pecks / Super Luck // Teravolt
New Moves: Bolt Strike, Fusion Bolt, Thunder Wave, Zen Headbutt, Dragon Dance
Pokedex Entry: This form of Unfezant is noble and proud, it will not obey trainers who have lost sight of their ideals.
Potential Competitive Role: Medium-Speed Physical Sweeper with strong STAB moves and Dragon Dance.
An 'ideal' pheasant: There's an issue with the stat spread. Namely, I'm pretty sure Unfezant's attack isn't 137. Also, remove Dragon Dance.

Without further ado, the voting phase will begin for the last time.

We will vote for up to five submissions, with the topmost (or leftmost if horizontal) counting for three points this time, while your singular self-vote accounts for two. The submissions with the top three amount of points after at least 48 hours will be accepted. In the face of a tie between multiple winners, we will then account for how many votes were cast for that particular submission.

As usual, you may only self-vote for one submission, and self-votes cannot be put as your first choice.

Example:
User 2’s Submission [3 points]
User 1’s Submission (SV) [2 points]
User 3’s Submission [1 point]
User 5’s Submission [1 point]
User 4’s Submission [1 point]

Good luck to all. o7
