I like Staraptor.
It's really fast, really good attack, 2 STAB's and potential to learn Close Combat. Also combos good with Facade. Fave moveset:
Staraptor@choiceband

Brave Bird
Close Combat
U-Turn
Facade
 
Maybe I'm the only one who feels this way, but c'mon man stop with the threads. You already have four on the front page as it is, none of the really contributing to competitive play. Sorry if I'm being a douche, but it's making you look pretty bad.

(If this is considered backseat modding I'll delete my post, but I'm just speaking my mind)
 
Can't help but feel like I'm mini-modding since I have no authority in this forum, but please read the Stark Mountain Rules in this thread http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22582 as your last thread also violated a few.

For what it's worth, I'm quite a big Gallade fan. He's as strong as an ox and has a lot of interesting options; his coverage is exceptional making him almost impossible to wall. I also like Electivire mostly due to the mindgames that he promotes. It's always fun when your opponent constantly avoids using Thunderbolt, even in situations where he may have netted himself a KO. Other than them and possibly Azelf, I'm not overly keen on the 4th Gen Pokes.

I didn't think doing my job (and trying to help out a new member) qualifies me as an "asswhole" but obviously you know better.
 
Mismagius with out question. Tri immunity makes it super easy to switch in and set up a sub to calm mind behind. As long as it can outspeed your opponets poke, if you sub and stat up right, your unbeatable. I swept 5 then 4 of tuskates poke with this thing when it was my only poke left....and he knew my team the second time. Im so mean to my partner.

BluMew-Don't listen to those asswholes above. You have mad some good threads that promote good discusion about compedative battling. Just don't post so many so quickly. Like only do 4-5 a month.

Best 4th Gen Pokemon?

Garchomp. Easily.

No Pokemon has straddled the divide between non-uber and uber like this guy. I think someone in either the way-too-long Garchomp thread or the Policy Review forum said, and I agree, that when GameFreak designed this guy, it was if they were daring the competitive community to fit this guy into OU.

A highly debatable trait, fantastic typing, unique speed so that it ties with no-one and outspeeds a very dangerous speed group, defenses that are nothing to laugh at, and a movepool that allows it to put even it's worst stat (S.Atk) to use, to say nothing of Swords Dance and it's monstrous Attack stat.

You simply cannot play competitively and not take this guy into consideration. Whether you think he's uber or not, I think he easily takes the award of best 4th Gen Pokemon.
