I hope this isn't against the rules but I have a couple pressing questions.

Is it still possible to "clone" pokes in D/P and have them be legit? I was under the impression that the GTS exploit had been fixed.

Will the legit poke detection system detect a Celebii or a Jirachi as hacked that you obtain with a GameShark in Ruby/Sapphire if you migrate it to D/P?

What is the opinion on using Nintendo Event or unreleased berries? I had some cool ideas for using the Crit Raising berry but I didn't want to use it if it was considered cheating.

I think so. GTS still works, but it is still just as hard to get it. There is an AR cloning code. Unfortunatly, I can't really give it to you, since I don't have it. Search it up on google as "Catching Darkrai/Shaymin/Arceus" and one of the choices should be a forum about AR codes for D/P. Scroll down and you will find the code.

Choice Band SPINDA? Yikes. Spinda makes Glalie look godly...

Let's see, Spinda gets Sucker Punch, Double-edge/Return, Focus Punch, Rock Slide, Psycho Cut. Take your pick.

The analysis also has a Trick set that might have some use.

But still, it's not easy to get a lot more NU than Spinda, is it?

for yourself, 25+ (in important stats) is okay if your new
if you want to trade, you will need at least 3 31s

@Usbus- Mixed Mamo .... hmmm, well Naughty would be alright, or, if you were going to make a bulky set you could use something like Brave or Quiet. What moveset are you doing?

They aren't banned only if they're not holding Soul Dew.

I'm almost sure that they are considered uber even without a soul dew, unless they have started to use them in ou on shoddy.
Anyway shoddy's OU is not the same as smogon's.

- Not possible, pokemon pal parked can never return to the GBA games. If you don't have 2 gameboys and link cable the only option is a gamecube, gba/gcn cable and pokemon box.
- Synchronize and everstone don't work on FR/LG only in emerald and DP. It's more difficult to breed for good IVs AND good nature on FR/LG and R/S for that very reason but Nintendo didn't think that people would be doing that I think.
- That's for the mods/people doing research to determine. Shody is not smogon and if they are allowed on smogon's OU it will be done after much testing.
