Hey skipper great to see you in a NOC again

Do have to point out that I haven’t really been active or inactive bc no game has happened yet

If anything I’ve leant inactive bc my body and brain shut down when it’s hot and it sure is hot in the United Kingdom rn
 
And yeah on the Neon front he’s also been playing more off-site which I think has helped his development as a player in general (NAI) bc we let him get away with a lot that other sites would prob just have voted him out for

So I don’t read the development as towny or scummy and the trend of becoming a better player also started ages ago at this point even just in Smogon games

Any role speculation on scum you could do using the base material? For example is there someone who’s a natural fit for “third party”, I.e. against both the town and mafia factions? If so, what uh weapons / items does each of those characters have?

I did a cheeky wiki scan yesterday and I think the characters all have a specific item that defines them, and those items are therefore gonna be the basis of their roles in this game. My role certainly seems to make sense for my item, though I don’t know the base material well at all.

hi flavor knower here, the third would either be an Abnormality (the monsters from which EGO tend to be based off) or Distortions (a person who’s turned into a monster when theyve gone insane enough) of which the latter is more likely the flavor

noting the read expressed by flandrs in #96; tbh the only other time i played with neon was 6 months ago (oml) and the only thing i remember of it was he subbed into a town slot mid-game and was struggling to catch up with 100+ pages of posts

Unfortunately I can’t apply “always scum at sod” theory because I missed sod, and I feel at least you and ck would know that’s uncharacteristic of me so i would think that scum weren’t necessarily immediately trying to assert thread control

i want to say i agree with the trs NE posted but i feel like skip has posted too little for me to solidly endorse a tr on them

someone massping me to read the rest of the (more than one)posters later on but for now i'm content to shelf everyone else who has (more than one)posted as "not scummy" since i haven't seen anything particularly egregious
though it would imply that scum is in the inactives which is mildly annoying

And both of these are different to corroded forms? During my 5 minute look at the wiki yesterday I think I saw a pic of a corroded guy and he looked both abnormal and distorted :row:
