Alright well I maintain that there is no way skipper and Evie are mafia together. Id like to hear what Chemdah has to say about Evie because if Evie is mafia then its not Skipper.AP you’re not just gonna blue-ball me on the skipper stuff are you
Im in a neighborhood with Skip for today. Skip admitted to me what his role is and the he targeted M2H last night. I didn't post that info here right away because I townlean Skip and I thought it was towny for him to offer that info to me for free, knowing that it would likely look bad for him. I posted that part of it after a while because I do think we should try and do some PoE about action usages N2 to mech solve who may have killed M2H and in case Skip is mafia I wouldnt forgive myself if I let him slip a scummy claim under the rug in future days.
But I dont see why he would just claim it to me, what is the mafia motivation?

Im kind of surprised to hear this actually. Im not gonna lie I haven't been tracking the you/NE dialogue as well as I should be, but I thought you weren't too serious about your NE vote earlier. Do you still believe hes an unlikely scum pairing with some people?

Ok, sure. I target one player during night and see whether they are an information role or not. I checked Evie and NE and saw that their roles weren't info roles, I checked those two because if I saw that they were info roles, then I'd see that they lied, and hence I could confidently vote them. I also have another ability, but I'm not allowed to use that yet.

why did you reveal to everyone that skip targeted m2h? I don't understand your motivation in doing so, either you think he's town and you keep that to yourself or you think he's mafia and we vote him, no? am I oversimplifying?
they would say that either way as town or mafia so doesn't mean much to me
why do you think so? every role that has flipped is normal. you probably have played more NOC than me, have you ever seen a role that has you guess a number and if you're right you get some sort of benefit?
I think this was cleared up but ap = Hal/aprcitiy AP = angry pigeon sorry for the confusion I'll find a different way to refer to you probably just pigeon or something idk I'm open to suggestions.

No, I think skipper is scummy based on actions and joey is scummy based on interactions with him which makes skipper look worse in my view. Skip was borderline towncore for me until I heard about his target and went over the Joey stuff.
An info cop? Interesting. I think that'd fit the power level of the game as far as we've seen.

Because I think we should at some point in the game make an attempt to mech solve the N2 kill.
I didnt want to risk being killed on Night 3 and having the information about a scummy sounding claim be buried with me. It also makes a compelling case for Skip/Evie not being paired which I made. To be clear, I dont want Skipper voted today.
Day 4 I advise massclaiming and attempting to PoE the N2 kill. If Evie IS mafia then there isnt much to say about that. How confident are you in your Evie scumread?
No when you put it that way I have not heard of that role before. He is allegedly a governor variant and pseudo information role which is able to learn things about the number of failed actions. It certainly could be a convenient claim for mafia because he could always just say he failed the guess to justify not really doing anything. And I dislike that he (still?) hasnt claimed what his guesses were on N1/N2 or whether they were actually successful (though presumably they were not successful since the VC doesnt show him having any extra votes). Neon is also claiming some mayor variant which does negative votes and tbh Ive never personally seen a negative vote mayor either but Neon cited a game which had them. What I don't like about NE's role claim from a game designer PoV is that it doesnt target a player, it targets..a number, so I would consider it an unusual role for that reason, but other than that, nothing about sounds inherently unbelievable to me. And to be honest, I dont recall scum making wild roleclaims most of the time in my games either. Usually scum players will keep claims relatively simple if they fake them at all. So whether its a real role or a made up role its still an unlikely occurrence.
To be honest I have mixed feelings about NE and the wagon.
I think their is nothing too weird about Evie's claim aside from the fact that it could be a convenient claim for scum to lie about. But from a game designer perspective it is some sort of "Weak" modifier variant if it is in fact real.

If I had NEs role I probably would have asked HyHy a million questions about what does and doesnt count as a failed action. That to me seems like the silly thing about the role is youd have to very carefully understand the mods NAR policy
