How have you been unlocking characters then? The easiest way to get a lot of the good ones is through Subspace. Have you done 400 matches or something?

Send the pics to friends that have SD cards and have them upload + convert them for you? That'd be a pain in the ass however, since it seems like you can only send one picture per day to a specific friend.
