Sub review
Firstly I think we should make suggested sets for Pokemon we make going forward mandatory. It really helps put stuff together on exactly what these Pokémon can do in this metagame.

Base form is probably gonna be completely unviable in a slate or too, it's just how the cookie crumbles. It's Tera form is pretty solid though especially since it doesn't really have any competition so far in regards to Tera usage. 124 speed is nice, and Shattering Scream makes it very powerful as a threat with Psychic Noise and Booming Sands. Throat Spray might go crazy as an item here as well. Either way, if you use this Pokémon, it's just going to be for it's Tera form, so I would plan accordingly.

GMax Centi looks great as a wallbreaker, would most likely showcase itself as a top threat to check in the metagame due to how bulky it is while still having a lot of power behind it's attacks. It's Base form is probably very good too but I can see a reality where it eventually gets power crept out of being a major threat.

Ana seems just a shy bit too frail to really be effective as a defensive wall long term in the metagame, and I am unsure of how appealing Normal Poison is right now or asa starter defensive piece.

I think this cat is pretty decent actually, the unique signatures go a long way in being a strange form of progress making, while itself has many tools to help it out as an ok utility pivot. No Earthquake as a consistent accurate STAB move sucks cheeks, but it can do its job, especially with Spikes.

Not gonna lie I am not swayed by Mimikyu without Swords Dance. Mimikyu is generally an ass Pokémon that has a free turn of set up to do stuff. But it doesn't have that anymore, so that free turn imo is just not as impactful anymore. Certainly not to the point where a slight attack bump and 2 extra moves improve.

Venusaur Mega at home is imo barely ok. I can't really see what this does particularly great in the metagame long term, it is comparable to all of the existing Poison Grass types in standard play and all of those are RU at their highest. I don't think this does anything that will sway too further from that.

Credit where credit is due - this thing hard counters the fuck outta Zapdos, and Zapdos is arguably pound for pound the best Pokémon in the tier. Big Crammer can do serious work between Hydro Pump or Surf though, so I am not really going to bank on it as a matchup. Looking at this thing wholesale, I see bigger problems going down the line, mainly on how passive the Pokémon is. However I still think it's one of the best things here, because it's statline is ok, and the ability to trap and Toxic stall threats is pretty unique and interesting against unprepared teams.

I think this guy is pretty alright. It has a positive matchup into everything in the tier, and even with a slightly middling statline it's offensive tools and unique typing + ability gives it a leg up versus many things right now. Even with age I can see it still serving as a cool anti-meta pick, as Meteor Beam + Tbolt + Ice Beam hits alot of Pokémon hard and 110 speed is pretty nice right now.

It is another ok Pokémon, but being a potentially strong Water type does paint it in a better light imo, as Band will always be a very useful breaker thanks to Wave Crash hitting everything in the tier like a truck. It does hate that the two Electric types in the tier right now comfortably out speed it, but it still seems like a good wallbreaker.
Firstly, requesting that all the subs get the Notable Moves list, so I can know what the mons can do with reading through paragraph worth of useless moves to find them.

Base form is pretty blegh, mainly being a hard stall mon with a funny way to activate Rain, but no Recovery at all, but the Mega is pretty interesting. The Defensive typing + bulk would immediately make it a solid pivot and something that cansoft check many possible targets, (even if none are in right now). The ability is pretty bad all things considered, I think the Umbrella STAB is probably preferable as a Water move, but I guess STAB U-turn is better than nothing.

Crazy looking Pokémon purely on an offensive basis. Immediately jumps to the fastest in the tier and is hard to handle due to it's potent Attack stat and honestly formidable Dark type Earthquake over there. Question, does Velvet Blade work with Analytic rules? Because if it does this is a HELL of a Pokémon to switch in on, this definitely needs clarification before vetoes. Final statement....you should be obligated to explain ALL the customs for a Pokémon you submit or don't mention the Customs at all. What the fuck is Racism 2? Seriously what does it do?

It's cool. Tailwind is a pretty strong and borderline problematic field effect and giving it essentially a slightly delayed auto setting effect. I can see this on many a teams to be the setter and give a heartache. On its own, pretty sub average. Offensively it's decent, we all know how good Ghost STAB and Flying STAB are, and can possibly be a threatening wallbreaker in its own right.

This thing is exactly what I mean about the whole move thing. I can barely find like 10 moves not in Usually Useless Moves and barely find anything this mon would use outta that ten. Ok in regards to the Pokémon itself — it's extremely bulky, but doesn't really do anything else. No Knock, No Twave, No damage output, No hazards, No removal. I would invest more into explaining why someone should vote for this into a metagame than the flavor paragraph.

As far as slow, sorta bulky Psychic types go it could have been worse. That being said without Calm Mind or Recovery I feel a lot less impressed with this guy, and it's ability feels very bad. 20% damage increase on a pure Psychic type does not feel worth having to do literal 50/50s every single time your opponent switches something in. And then it's other options are like Foreskin. Idk this feels like a bad gimmick to run into, I'd lose my mind if I lost a game because I got auto infatuated.

See most of the compliments I gave to Gabo's Meteor Beamer, remove its positive matchup versus Filn and Grounds in general (really, really huge selling point if we being honest), and crank almost everything else up just a bit. This guy kind of fucks on everything in the tier right in this specific moment and SD can get pretty solid. Triage is good, and even though it's nowhere near as potent as Draining Kiss (it's the healing) I can see this cleaning well if you managed to remove any Ground types on the field. I think how good it's Mega is will deepen as the metagame grows, because I presume it's biggest flex is being able to stomach an Earthquake from a Ground type and retaliate hard, which isn't relevant when the only Ground is using EPower. Honestly on hindsight, I think no Horny Leech (or strong anti Grass moves without Mega) really hurts this thing's longevity in the long run.

Anarider got giganerfed so this does not do what it is currently reported to do. Also need a side, I think this metagame needs some solid stability before we introduce Rain to make the current S tier threats in Zapdos and Big Crammer unstoppable.

Honestly still surprised at how good this mon actually is. Samuraiai is a phenomenal progress maker in the tier with how strong it hits, how annoying Ceaseless Edge is and how great of a Choice Scarf user it is, as well as a great mod speed wallbreaker. As for it's place in the emtagame right now? Like every sub 100 speed water type, it is a Electric Bird victim, but I don't think that is a slight against it more as a testament to their dominance. Not sure if I personally will be voting for this mon at this moment, we all have agendas, but I would certainly not be disappointed if it won at any point of this mod's existence, including right now. It's like Zapdos in a way, a Mon that can be reliably good, without the threat of being consistently overpowered. Nice boy.

I think you should give Aurorus a bit more credit than being a defensive Calm Mind Crammer check. Aurorus here is like one of nuttiest Nasty Plot wallbreaker in Paleomons, held in check mainly by just how anti Ghost the majority of Paleomons is - and notably this metagame is NOT very anti Ghost. Regardless, I think Aururos would be an excellent threat in the field, as even without Thick Fat it has a pretty great matchup versus most of the top tiers in the field, allowing Specs Spectrate Hyper Voices to echo into the metagame, or just a potent Nasty Plot.

And then there is Zangoose. I think Zangoose is kinda faulty here, and that's mainly by design. CS Micro 2 is an extremely small metagame, where there are like 1 or maybe 2 Pokemon for every possible role ever. Zangoose's thing is that it's very strong in raw power for the purposes of CSM2, but it has to sacrifice SR immunity for healing and powerful secondary STAB. That sacrifice in CSM2 is kind of easy to make, but in a much strong much more diverse metagame like Brawl is shaping up to be I can see Zangoose falling behind. I still think purely in concept it's an excellent mom, but I worry for it's long term health.
Aight here goes nothing I guess.

I don't like the trend of crappy mons with mid and/or bad Megas that Delibird established, but I for one am not interested in Megas that play like regular Pokemon without an item slot. This doesn't really feel like a Mega Pokemon in the confines of OU based meta. Megas should be a step above the average Mon, makes sacrificing that item slot and the competition worth it. It feels like a regular old Pokemon that you could find in OU. Feels like a waste of a Mega slot, esp if Megas from metagame like Mega Revisited or any Fusion meta comes out and just invalidates their existence. As for their actual presence in the tier, you are right, it does more or less hard counter Kiln, and serves as a great offensive check to Zapdos. It has a poor matchups versus Crammer but who doesn't.

It's pretty ok. 100 Attack with Grassy Surge isn't that impressive in Gen 9, esp if it cannot Tera, so as an offensive threat it's really banking on potential late game sweeps rather than explicitly wallbreaking. The ability boosting Defense is pretty solid, and once more PhysDef attackers come in I can see it leveraging it nicely to force switches to facilitate sweeping itself. Get rid of Steels before doing so though, I can't see this breaking past much by itself.

Very versatile, powerful, yet frail (and respectfully kinda slow) wallbreaker or sweeper if you like Swords Dance E-Speed sets. Sheer Heart allows Specs Lucario to hit like a freight train, and I would be hard pressed to even see bulky Zapdos successfully swap into back to back Echo Chambers (or two Focus Blasts if you are The Goat). Like the calcs I imagine are asinine, but Lucario does have problems. Physical sets are more like lures for it's Special Specs sets, and are nothing special at all, especially when divorced from the tools that Vape give it the ability to utilize. Specs is very powerful, but prediction reliant, especially once more consistent bulky Steel resists are introduced (honestly Crammer would be great if it wasn't 1Shot by Specs Focus Blast). And the speed and fragility only hurts it more the further down the line we go. That being said, if you REALLY like wallbreaking Steel types, Lucario is your man. (I actually really wished you made ANY attempt at explaining anything Lucario does not only in the context of Brawl but in general to the voters so they are actually aware of what they are signing up for).

I see the vision of what a Tyranitar with the speed Intimidate can do and I think it's overall a decent mon (Tyranitar is Tyranitar after all), but I can't help but think overall Tyranitar would be better if it just had Sandstream. That ability really does wonders for TTar and personally I am having trouble envisioning TTar without it. That's just my own opinion though.

Kinda based, and does exactly what it promises to do on the label. Checks everything and comfortably beats them in a 1v1 sans Delibird funny enough, and I feel confident you only need a few shifted EVs to 1v1 that crapslot dead weight of a Mon. My only bias is I wanted to sub a Dragon Psychic of my own next slate, but that doesn't have nearly as much of the defensive utility this has so I think this is one right here to cosign.
(Forgot Meta Knight but I don't feel like rewriting. Ig banded sets probably 1v1 you too)

Based metagame. Seems like it's an overall cool Pokémon here but the stats are cutting it slim. It feels like it's ok right now but is subject to power creep later down the line.....is what I'd say if we didn't make it the best TR setter in history lol. The ability + Adamant Orb does wonders for it and for the play style as a whole, so if you are looking to invest in a metagame where TR is a powerful and respected play style, Dialga is probably Mon number 1 to slot onto a team. Otherwise dude is kinda mid.

I was thinking Deez Nuts doubles your base stats and was thinking this kinda sucks but learning this doubles your stats like Huge Power so like Oh Wow Waow Waow. It's speed is equivalent to a 139 Base Speed Pokemon if positively invested, and a 150 Attack Pokémon, which is actually nuts, easily making it the fastest Pokémon in the tier...as long as you can keep your item. I don't know how I feel about not only Swinub but the concept of the item in general. Sure it makes like so many more Pokémon viable but it feels very strange to balance, so I hope both council, submitters and the voting populace pay VERY keen attention when handling Deez NUts abusers going forward.

I'd pass on a Mon like this if we didn't have an item to justify it's existence for (also realizing we did this for Deez NUts too y'all are so). I don't care about that though so at a glance...it kinda is alright. I'm not a fan of defensive Grounds with x4 weaknesses without something to really justify it, and purely by Type Grass Ground doesn't do that. The idea of a Ground type that Zapdos absolutely cannot switch in on is very intriguing, but Zapdos also punishes it with a now perfectly accurate SE Hurricane to fry it with. Tsk tsk tsk. My thoughts on the guy are undecided leaning negative, I guess this is up to how voters feel about it.

palossand: Really good in the generic cookie cutter ticks all the boxes type of way, and honestly, not how I like my Bulky Water Grounds. Those mons gotta earn healing to me, getting instant reliable free recovery feels too cheap on a guy like this. I also prefer Aquatic's take on the genre last slate with Mud. That's how I prefer my style of Water Grounds, but others may differ and feel Crammer and Zapdos's presence justifies having a more robust and sturdy bulky Water/Ground in the tier. This one is also up to user's preferences but I'd be notably less peeved at it winning than if Gravlord did.

Big Tink does what Tink does sans stealing items after an Air Balloon (wow we really didn't see that one in hindsight) but irregardless Stinky has a lot of cool tricks up its sleeve, having different means to force progress in the tier depending on what shapes up. Mold Breaker can be very useful to get up Rocks versus possible Magic Bouncers, Counteract is a general safeguard against ability reliant foes, and Blunt Force makes it FAR less passive and much more of an immediate threat to take action against while still providing good utility. Overall a pretty good pick for a first draft pick for a bulky Steel, even if it doesn't immediately target anything right now specifically (and kinda hates Kiln's guts). Also say thank you G-Luke that Tink can Defog if you need that.

Adds the ever treasured offensive Fighting type with a hidden flare of Grass as well. Leafeon is honestly pretty neat. It has two abilities that provide it with two distinct inches and apparatus in regards to how it can play, and Leafeon has the perfect Movepool to fully abuse it. Sharpness makes it a dedicated hard wallbreaker with massive 135 BP STAB moves with no drawbacks and very powerful coverage to boot, while Cotton Down gives it a very potent role as speed control while still having very serviceable STAB moves to allow it to fulfill this role well, honestly may be even too well purely on a statline basis. I was planning on writing this off fully until I saw that this thing has Mongolian Stone Edge in its back pocket for Zapdos, masterful gambit here. It's probably not a Pokémon id personally vote for right now, but like its Sharpness boosted cousin up above I wouldn't be mad at all of it made it into the tier, it's a very well rounded and solid pick, even if it's not anywhere nearly as successful in its home meta as Samuraiai is so it would be hard to confirm how great it moves.

Pretty bad long term to be honest. It looks weak as a bitch, very, very slim on utility and it's only real niche it could pull off rn is that of a SR setter that isn't OHKOed by Crammer. But honestly if the Crammer is LO or Specs I'm not sure if it still has that niche, it's very frail especially. Also a reason I am not sold on it being particularly great at checking Kiln as the submission suggests, it is definitely clapped by Earth Power without SpD investment, and at that point, if you do that you can't really check anything anymore wholesale. This thing def needs to go back to the drawing board. (Also to attempt to check anything you have to drop your utility and or STAB options for a coverage move, basically doing the same thing as investing in your SpD...you kinda sorta maybe check 1 Pokemon but are horrible into everything else period).

I'm over the mixed wallbreaker of it's not like, Kyurem nowadays, I just had to rework one in my own mod a few days ago, but I can at the very least respect that this is a very unique and dare I say inspired way to pull off the goal...on paper. I'd like to see some replays of this working in practice because while the idea seems solid and easy to work something in the back of my head says it isn't as clear cut as you think. You should borrow Spicy Extract from TeraMax, would make this overall much more scary to face.

This is a funny Mega. We had to ban Recovery on this I think, but never the less it does a job as a freaky little defensive pivot with it's oddball starts. The idea of immediately pivoting out after using Stealth Rock, even if Magic Bounced, is such a fucked up but good concept for "hyper offense" or offense in general. Pray the gods that this does not have access to Encore.
Edit: This is the last paragraph I typed I just realized the whole point of these subs are gimmick mons so here are my quick small thoughts on this concept of gimmick mons as a whole

Very funny gimmick. I doubt this is like a very viable and great Pokémon at all in the grand scheme of things and therefore wouldn't vote for it, but I think the gimmick it has is funny and has immediate real world value in a match without question (unlike Delibird). We probably are clocked out on gimmicks and I personally would advise against subbing this or voting for it, but if you like gimmicks and are headstrong on having them be a versed part of the metagame, this is as viable as it gets.
There are my thoughts, finally I think we should hold off on any sort of play testing until after Slate Three first. The meta is fully unplayable now (it's 6 mins exactly one sucks and the other is also Ditto), and even if 10 moms win rn I still don't think we would get enough room to begin anything close to reasonable play testing. Rn the focus should be on padding out basic metagame fundamentals before we start becoming meta specific (unless something crazy drops). Crammer checks are the exception but they get super bonus points if they are also just good mons regardless (Dramp, Ferro, Lap)
