Done Link Replays, Calculator, and Rooms

Currently, there are 5 linkable "rooms:" Replays, Damage Calculator, All Rooms, Bug Report Forum, and Suggestion Forum.

For some reason, as a regular user, the ability to <<encode>> these rooms is limited to just bugs and suggestions.

Why are we not able to link the other locations? This seems like a silly oversight and should be easily fixable.

(When attempting to link the 3 mentioned rooms anywhere but PMs it returns a "Please link public chat rooms only." message)

Ah, yeah, that filter got made before some of these shortlinks existed.
Previously it covered appeal, appeals, roomsuggestions, suggestions, suggestion, teambuilder, adminrequests, bugs, rules, faq. I've updated it to include replays, rooms, damagecalc, calc, devdiscord, resources, forum, forums

Resources, damagecalc, resources, forum, and forums don't work as intended (still unlinkable.) Tested in order of your list in image.
