Cresselia's my favourite pokemon yet I have never used it seriously in DPP OU before so this was hard to make. I ended up deciding to make a team with Dual Screens Cresselia as among the primary 3 sets defensive just feels far too passive and calm mind feels VERY hard to work with. Dual Screens was good, I just had to make use of the advantages Cresselia had over Uxie and Azelf which was Lunar Dance
I chose a Gliscor lead of all things for a few reasons. It's matchup spread felt quite solid, being pretty good against Metagross Jirachi and Heatran leads and I still accomplish something even if Stealth Rocks don't go up by U-Turning against Azelf and Aerodactyl. I had Roost at first to try and get some mid game value from Gliscor but then I fought a Skarmory lead and immediately changed it to Taunt which is good anyways against something like Metagross. I wanted a lead that could set Stealth Rocks generally quite efficiently while not being too vulnerable against taunt. I did not like how Metagross is slow and really wants Bullet Punch against the focus sash leads and Jirachi is probably ok but it's matchup into Metagross and Heatran leads made me choose Gliscor over it. I made Gliscor faster than Roserade and EVed it to survive Choice Specs Heatran's Flamethrower
The actual Cresselia itself, I just took the sample set with dual screens as the Evs felt good. The 4th move slot had options but I chose Ice Beam as Taunt Gliscor stifling my setup efforts was problematic and I didn't want to go HP Ice on Rotom-Heat, plus Thunder Wave was nice but 1. I didn't super need it and 2. I could give it to Starmie quite easily
One of my 2 big sweeper chaps is Suicune. I chose it because I had experience using it alongside dual screens Uxie in the past and it felt like a good complement to the Dragon Dance sweeper I would have alongside it. I went with a standard Timid Supercune set, not feeling a need to calculate anything as dual screens would keep my Suicune safe and if anything got messy I had Lunar Dance so I just made Suicune as efficient at sweeping as I could. It felt good not needing lum berry thanks to Lunar Dance too.
Between Dragonite and Tyranitar I went with Tyranitar as I wanted to have something good into Latias and Rotom-A. I went with maximum offense with Jolly for Starmie and lum berry as this meant I could save Lunar Dance for Suicune and didn't need a resist berry too much thanks to dual screens, though I did consider Passho Berry. I have Dual Stabs and I chose Fire Punch as the final coverage move over my other main option in Earthquake mostly for Breloom which I could take Mach Punch from even after chipped thanks to of course, Dual Screens.
My favourite Choice Scarfer in DPP OU and probably the best for this team, excellent revenge killer for Dragon Dance Gyarados, Swords Dance Lucario and Rotom-Heat gives me access to Overheat for Breloom while Trick even handicaps the pokemon on bulky teams, mostly Clefable which opens up Suicune immensely. It's as simple as that, adds a lot in one slot
This slot might seem out of place, and to be fair maybe it is but while using the team I just found Starmie's Rapid Spin alone to be so much more useful than I expected from a team that doesn't seem to switch around too often with the only U-Turn user being a lead that isn't lasting very long and 2 sweepers. I trained Starmie to outspeed base 100s with a speed boosting nature as well as Rash/Modest Raikou and had it survive +2 Adamant Gyarados's Earthquake after Stealth Rocks. Item is colbur berry to help escape Pursuit Tyranitar or just tango with it for a bit, potentially saving me against a rampaging Dragon Dance Tyranitar. Regardless I knew I wanted significant Physical Defense investment to give me positive matchups into the Stealth Rock users while Thunder Wave was just nice to spread here and there on the switch ins like Latias Jirachi and Rotom-A

Team feels really weak to Breloom at times but in practice I tend to have a good spore absorber and from there Cresselia and Offensive Suicune make the matchup a lot easier. Tyranitar is scary if it goes unchecked but Choice sets give my own Tyranitar setup and non choiced just do so little damage with Reflect up. Calm Mind Jirachi is something I can see myself losing to but Thunder Wave Starmie makes that matchup generally fine. Not a single steel type means I have literally no Draco Meteor switch ins against Latias or even Flygon potentially but I also punish -2 Latias with my setup options, either outspeeding with Ttar or being fat enough with CM boosts on Suicune for the next time Latias came in
