Keldeo acts as a highly dangerous special sweeper in the National Dex tier thanks to the combination of Substitute + Calm Mind, good Speed tier, and excellent offensive coverage between its Water and Fighting STABs. Its base Speed of 108 allows it to outspeed threats like Garchomp, Great Tusk, Heatran, Landorus-T, and Kyurem without investment, making it difficult to stop its progress when it finds a setup opening. Substitute is essential for creating safe opportunities to use Calm Mind, blocking opposing Toxic, Thunder Wave, and Scalds that would compromise your sweep attempt. With Calm Mind, Keldeo increases power and resilience, allowing it to win duels against special attack users that would normally hold off Water-based breakers, such as Rotom-W, Slowbro without Psyshock, and even some Toxapex without Haze. Once behind Substitute and with accumulated boosts, it becomes extremely difficult for defensive teams to stop Keldeo from advancing.Scald is the most consistent Water STAB option, providing total accuracy and the threat of burn, which weakens physical checks like Mega Scizor and Rillaboom. The burn potential also limits the repeated entry of some defensive pivots. Secret Sword complements Scald by ignoring the target's Special Defense, allowing Keldeo to overcome walls traditionally reliable against special attackers, such as Ferrothorn, Blissey, Alomomola, and Gastrodon without immunity abilities. Waterium Z provides Keldeo with an extremely powerful move in the form of Hydro Vortex, allowing it to break through targets that would normally withstand its hits, such as an already weakened Toxapex, Ting-Lu without special investment, bulky Heatran, and even certain Slowking-Galar after chipping.

In offensive and balanced teams, Keldeo plays both the role of breaker and late-game cleaner, being especially valuable against opponents who rely on slow, defensive structures, like stall or fat. The set works especially well against defensive structures based on passive or predictable responses, taking advantage of Pokémon that rely on status or slow pivots to gain momentum. The lack of recovery options makes Keldeo heavily reliant on positioning and controlled entries by pivots or hazards. Pokémons Like : Slowking,Slowking-Galar,Alomomola,Corviknight,Tornadus-T can bring keldeo to the match. Entry hazards are essential to maximizing the set's potential, as they reduce the ability of bulky responses to repeatedly enter and ensure OHKO range for Hydro Vortex. In offensive and balanced teams. Pokémons Like : Ting-Lu,Ferrothorn,Garchomp,Toxapex,Gliscor can set hazards. Keldeo break wall pokémons like: Chansey,Ferrothorn,Zapdos,Ting-Lu,Alomomola,Gliscor,Corviknight. And Pokémons like : Samurott-Hisui,Volcarona,Mega-Scizor,Landorus-T,Ogerpon-Wellspring can benefit from this. Pokémons Like : Tapu-Fini,Toxapex with Haze,Mega-Venusaur can wall Keldeo, And teammates like : Kyurem,Tapu-Lele,Mega-Medicham can alleviate this, Because both of the aforementioned Pokémon put a lot of pressure on Keldeo's walls.

as medasus said the formatting is still incorrect, i appreciate that you attempted to fix it though, great effort
so for this check all i'm going to do is tell you what should go where and what to add/remove, then after that's done we can start editing the content

The set works especially well against defensive structures based on passive or predictable responses, taking advantage of Pokémon that rely on status or slow pivots to gain momentum. <= move this to paragraph 2, as the second sentence; later you'll see which sentence should be first Substitute is essential for creating safe opportunities to use Calm Mind, blocking opposing Toxic, Thunder Wave, and Scalds that would compromise your sweep attempt. With Calm Mind, Keldeo increases power and resilience, allowing it to win duels against special attack users that would normally hold off Water-based breakers, such as Rotom-W, Slowbro without Psyshock, and even some Toxapex without Haze. Once behind Substitute and with accumulated boosts, it becomes extremely difficult for defensive teams to stop Keldeo from advancing.

Scald is the most consistent Water STAB option, providing total accuracy and the threat of burn, which weakens physical checks like Mega Scizor and Rillaboom. The burn potential also limits the repeated entry of some defensive pivots. <= move this to paragraph 1, right after talking about calm mind; moves should appear in the order they are in the set Waterium Z provides Keldeo with an extremely powerful move in the form of Hydro Vortex, allowing it to break through targets that would normally withstand its hits, such as an already weakened Toxapex, Ting-Lu without special investment, bulky Heatran, and even certain Slowking-Galar after chipping. <= move this to the end of paragraph 1 Secret Sword complements Scald by ignoring the target's Special Defense, allowing Keldeo to overcome walls traditionally reliable against special attackers, such as Ferrothorn, Blissey, Alomomola, and Gastrodon without immunity abilities. <= move this to paragraph 1, right after scald The lack of recovery options makes Keldeo heavily reliant on positioning and controlled entries by pivots or hazards. <= give examples of pokemon that can position keldeo i.e. pivots such as what? Entry hazards are essential to maximizing the set's potential, as they reduce the ability of bulky responses to repeatedly enter and ensure OHKO range for Hydro Vortex. <= give examples of hazard setters In offensive and balanced teams, Keldeo plays both the role of breaker and late-game cleaner, being especially valuable against opponents who rely on slow, defensive structures. <= move this to the start of paragraph 2 instead of the end
some more things to consider, since now paragraph 2 will be quite short:
what are examples of pokemon that benefit from keldeo breaking walls (and before that, restate / give new examples of what walls does keldeo break?)
what are some examples of pokemon that wall keldeo, and what teammates can be used to alleviate that (and how? pressure, lure, trap?)
what are some examples of pokemon that check keldeo, and teammates that can switch into them?
