i wanted to shoutout some of my friends who i think are more than deserving of a chance to show their worth and ability at the highest level competitive pokemon has to offer and some of em havent had the chance to do so yet
not sure how little my words matter, but i’m not totally shrek, i’ve played in some PLs and WCs and managed team italy to an rcop win, plus currently managing it in adv wc finals.
these are players id genuinely feel good about buying and id love to team up with. solid prep, good teammates, and will step up under pressure
Tizio Potente Ao dpp mastermind, won GC, had a crazy good year (#1 bw circuit seed and #2 dpp circuit) and was the best player in rcop going 7-1 (beating two goats such as void and marcop and going 2-0 in tbs). also won BW GC and played very good in many tours like ROAPL for example
im sure hes one of the best and most creative builders and a player able to perform at the top adapting his gameplan very well to any given situation. his team presence is top tier too
lolebruh clutchest player ive met yet, hes just like that. went 6-1 in rcop in SS (with his only loss because of turn 0 disconnection), good results across many different PLs and with team europe. but whats crazy is how meticoulous and precise he is about his prep, it was a pleasure to help him and then see him do exactly what he was preparing for in game. i was so happy to have him in team italy and hes a perfect teammate. such a big steal
evakiyama! one of the best teammates ever, such a nice presence and super dedicated player. she has all you can ask for, great prep and support, building, in game skills and nerves of still. her versatility across many different PLs (from GSC UU to BW OU) shows how good of a player she is, not only in her main of ADV OU. also her cats are lovely and subscribe to her youtube or she is gonna destroy my car
cyberacc the man whose head is the same of a dragonite’s. other than being a super strong caveman (like me), you are also a good SS player and a great GSC player (unlike me). your circuit run was great and you showed tremendous progress, and im sure you will continue to perform this way
Figull400 a strong player, but an even stronger man. he already defeated cancer, there’s nothing stopping him now. awesome guy and great help in prep, one of the best ADVers of the last few years (mushi top player, 2x circuit participant and ladder tour winner) even with all the problems. when sometimes we disagree in prep he always makes reasonable points and shows me my (rare) mistakes, and in game plays like a true seasoned veteran
coco it is due time that he plays another SPL. past dpp GC winner, past SPL winner, classic playoffs, top cut in revival and undefeated in ADV WC, one of the best GSC players around. if he decides to sign up he needs a spot on a roster, his experience and ability in every old gen is an invaluable asset to every team
Cow he is another player in due time to make SPL. his BW performances across the last years have been amazing and his recent performances in SV OU in side PLs like PTPL and OUPL show that hes a force to be reckoned with in those tiers too. great guy, great builder and player, cant wait to see you play here
Laroxyl he already played SPL before, but not in his main tier RBY. being consistent and being able to perform under pressure in this tier is so complicated but he makes it look almost easy, his results in circuit and RBYPL speak for him. next time we meet up you’ll need to teach me lol (oh right, also delivering clutch performance for team italy in both wcop and rcop and to send his team to playoffs in SCL)

aminita another carapinga caterpie, after years of consistent great results and training in GSC, i think that every team could give him a chance in a supporting role. he’s an awesome guy and presence, after being at the top of the gsc scene, his abilities are very valuable
BlazingDark mister sauce sensei, his ability to play at a high level many different old gens is amazing, his experience is a lot and his crazyness and creativity will always give him an edge, be it in-game or in the builder. id like to see him play spl again, be it in gsc or in another tier, cause he definitely belongs here
Patatexv every time we teamed up you always surprised me with incredible builds and great gaming, also taught me some french MDR. after wcop and scl i need to see you here too
Prinz after giving him teams for the past few months, i can retire. jokes aside, winning revival and rcop, with an adv wc final yet to play, is no easy feat, but he made it look effortless. he may be a bit crazy but he’s my uncle, and unc still got it. we beating the washed allegations

I would like to revisit my recommendations.
The BW pool is due a major mixup this year. The last few years I don't think the drafted BW players have been reflective of who the actual top 10 players in the tier are. Without naming names, there's a few underperforming new players who make it in year after year, coasting on nothing but hype. We're due a de-fresh.
And I'm saying that as a 2009 join-dater. The new generation are just really fucking shit. Pick the oldies.
The players below have not performed in BW OU for years at this point but would be major snubs if they didn't get picked. I truly believe they are better picks this year than many of the SPL "rising stars". Fuck brine, harshest, and cow specifically.

Lets not talk about BW WCoP. Fresh off the back of top 8 in invitational with 100% Cresselia usage. This year is the year of Walter and he needs to make it in.
