FRLG (FireRed/LeafGreen) OU​

FRLG OU is an other metagame format where only mons, moves, and items that are obtainable in FireRed/LeafGreen are usable. See the resources for the missing mons and moves. Uses the [Gen 3] OU ruleset, otherwise. Also of note is the Roaming Pokemon IV Glitch, which means Suicune, Raikou, and Entei are all significantly worse.

Just a quick correction: this format is not a lower tier format. Its not related to the ADV tiers, its just a different OU metagame, as its said on the threads title.
Edit: where is aero on threats list?

Lack of Choice Band and Liechi Berry honestly makes me skeptical of Aero's worth, but I could be wrong.

Also Dugtrio crying in the corner bc it can't reliably 1 shot Tyranitar with Banded Earthquake, base 80 even with Adamant hits like a weenie.

Also, no Swampert & Metagross, but there's Magneton to trap Skarmory?! Dios Mio, DD Tar's gonna be the stupidest thing ever.

Dugtrio cannot ohko ttar with cb either

Id argue that ttar with focus punch+special attacks looks stronger, but dug without Band and no salamence makes fighters much better....

Hey, just wanted to pop in and say I remember you asking about what you needed to do to make this idea a reality in the ADV simple questions format. Really awesome to see you put so much work into this and I hope it goes well!

Keep in mind Gengar loses the punches and will-o-wisp so I think it'll even out? It can still tbolt/giga drain/hp ice/psychic/taunt/explosion/perish trap.
 
In case anyone is curious how bad they have it, these would be the base stats of the legendary beasts with 31/7/0/0/0/0 (add +0.5 to each base stat for defense, spatk, spdefense and speed)

Suicune is kinda salvageable. HP didn't change, and is bulkier than 6IVs Vaporeon in the physical side even with the bad IVs, and Vaporeon can't calm mind. Worse but usable, and without Swampert, god knows we need bulky waters.

Compared to 6IVs Jolteon, Raikou is worse in every stat (except HP). I doubt Calm Mind will save it considering it wasn't OU before the nerfs
