I think that some of them may follow or break the rules depending on who you ask.

I didn't know that such thing exists, I don't think that anyone is allowed to post there anyway due to the vague rule against necro-posting.
There are a decent number of "ongoing threads" that end up falling to page 2 or below, just because people post new threads fairly often. Stuff like the memes threads, SMOGOFF DOOM, and Gaming Achievements all have a pretty clear topic/purpose, and sometimes it takes a month or two for people to have something relevant to post there. If your post is relevant to the thread, and it's not several years old, it should be fine to post it there.
I bought the megaman battle network collection volume 1.
the first one suffers from "first game syndrome", but at least it was beatable.
the second one was an improvement from the most part but I ended up rage-quitting during the part with the ice and the earthquakes. that part is impossible. what on earth were the developers thinking?
I have started the third one, we will see if it is any good.

I think this meme originates from some viral tweet where some guy noticed that racists tend to have diverse groups of friends or something like that.

anyway, unrelated to your post, is Sega expecting us to believe that a bunch of nations met each other and said "independence is overrated, let's unite under one government ruled by a royal family" or they want us to buy "it is a bad thing when Eggman does conquest but a good thing when her family did it"

This outdated mentality is mostly why I can't quit my job for an other one.
Even when I was unemployed I still hated having to run here and there for interviews that would reject me.
