Orre Colosseum recommendations
MUST DRAFT:
Oopsgtg - One of the top Orre players, arguably the #1 right now. However he won't have the time to put in a lot of prep, so a strong prep against him can bear fruit. Orre just happens to be a tier where Goodstuffs teams, like what Oops uses, can't really be counterteamed to get any significant advantage that could make up for a skill gap.
Pigma22222 - The most promising newcomer of Orre who won our biggest tournament yet, the Smogon Kickoff tour (69 participants), which was also Bo5 CTS. They also shot to rank #1 of the Orre tournament ELO ranking with consistently very good performances. If I was a manager, I would draft Pigma.
Oh the guilt - She consistently reaches Top Cut in Orre tours and always brings the heat!
SOLID PICKS:
Charliezard - Have to give a shoutout to my boy who once won a game vs me using Farfetch'd. One of the most experienced Orre players of the pool and very unpredictable. With good support I could see him being a tough opponent to have to prep for.
AKhant - Has had good results across several Orre tours and is someone I know to perform well in many other Doubles formats. Definitely a player that needs to be respected.
Shiritu - Consistent player. There's a reason that Lhions keeps drafting him besides them being friends.
Estuardo19 - Got Top 4 at the Smogon Kickoff tour. Looking forward to seeing more of them.
JunkyardDunc - Reached Finals of Mt Battle 7 (Orre Draft League, 40 participants). Have yet to see a strong showing in standard Orre but he definitely knows what he's doing.
PHB1167 - Got Top 8 at the Smogon Kickoff tour and is quite well-versed with Orre.
POTENTIAL TO PERFORM WELL:

Managers guide to this year's Doubles OU Pool!
Top Threats
- Actuarily - One of, if not, THE scariest players in the pool. Actu is incredibly consistent with his performances across Doubles tiers and is guarantied to put in work. If you can snag him for any less then 10k then that's a STEAL
- NinjaSnapple - Fresh off the heels of a spectacular LGBTPL run (3-1!), Lily is an absurdly good player with an amazing grasp of the tier and how it functions. I can confidently say she will have an excellent record this tournament and be a lovely presence in the teamcord.
- crow crumbs - People really underestimate their skill in this tier. They had a really solid VDL and is one of the most difficult people to play and scout against thanks to their aggressive playstyle. Would 100% recommend if in need of a cheap player.
- xzern - The tier's creator himself is back out of retirement this ADVLTL, with his unique building style and extraordinarily good fundamentals - he's bound to have a good run thanks to a lot of the big names not signing up this year.
- sheepie - A genuine jack-of-all-trades and an astonishingly good clicker, Shepers has had some really impressive runs in non-ADV DOU tours and won numerous titles. A premier player that just needs some help in the builder.
- Genesis77 - Genesis is one of the few people to have won the title of ADV DOU Swiss winners, back in 2024. Very very very good player but I'm not sure how well his knowledge of Boom DOU will transfer over.
- oh the guilt - OTG's Orre experience transfers over incredibly well to the tier - being an incredebly good clicker and very good at punishing mediocre plays from the opponent. Deffo should be bought as can help with Orre asw.
My lazy ass is too tired to go in-depth analysis about these so we'll do a lightning round
- Good Doubles Players - AKhant, Razachu & grayblood are all Doubles players who have promising results across Doubles as a whole with great potential in this tier that are self-sufficient and strong at teambuilding.
- Good General Clickers - Joaf, Charliezard7, Loneling, & Theycallmephil are all really really good players that just need some Builder support to thrive.

Goldmason's list of people he would buy to play ADV Rands but will get him flamed by violet river
