Idea is Clefable sets up cosmic power togekiss stes lucky chant to prevent
CHs. health gets low recover using either moonlight or snatching togekiss' roost,since it's apparent I cant obtain softboiled w/magic guard.
Now attack according to respective oppoenent. meteor mash increases attack stat 1 of 5 times as well as 20 to 60 % chance of burn depending
on my attack choice.

Ok This sounds kind of lame.

You can obtain Softboiled with Magic Guard... you just need a bit of luck when evolving Clefairy.

As far as I'm aware they can't change if bred/caught on D/P.

Yes, abilities are set for D/P Pokemon, but Pal Parked Pokemon do have a chance to change on evolution, which is why you can get Magic Guard Softboiled Clefable, Extremespeed Gluttony Linoone and so on.
