I use Sucker Punch, and the opponent uses Sleep Talk. Does Sucker Punch succeed/fail just using that information, or does it depend on whether or not the move Sleep Talk picks is "Sucker-Punchable"?

No, the IVs and EVs remain the same. The pokemon received is exactly the same as it was in the GBA games, the only thing that can happen is that once it evolves it could change ability if its species has a new DP only ability.
 
What do I do? My feebas egg has been glitched due to me screwing with the time and I just learned that it was really really good. I wanted to catch my Mesprit on Valentine's Day, so I switched the DS clock, and when I looked at my eggs again, they all said "Egg received from Mystery Zone on January 0,2000." I have not hacked them in the least and I know the parents are legitimate. What should I do?
 
Are these usable stats for an HP Electric Milotic?
352/X/268/269/286/180

352 is the next best leftovers number, 269 is perfect for Garchomp, and the defenses are rather durable too....

Is it alright?
 
Are the characteristics for pokemon (like "like's to thrash about" etc.) based on any particular pattern if the highest IVs on a poke are tied? Or is it psuedo random?

What are your IVs?

From what I'm using a 31/31/31/30/31/31 Milotic with an EV spread of 148 HP / 224 Def / 136 SpA gets...

The characteristics indicate the highest IV on a Pokemon as Likes to Thrash About is 31 Atk IVs or lower.

Here's a table on the characteristics and what they indicate.
 
Oh, well there's the table. The characteristics are random if a Pokemon has 31 Attack and 31 Defense it would be either doesn't depend on a certain IV.

Nothing. You could have not obtained an egg from Mystery Zone on January 0, 2000 without hacking.
