dpmba472.png

Gliscor@Leftovers
Impish Nature -Sand Veil
252hp/252def/4spe

Earthquake
Ice Fang
Aerial Ace
Roost

Physical Wall, Aerial Ace helps against inswitching gengar which I don't have a clear counter to. Ice fang for chomp and eq for STAB. Roost is to heal off the damage.

dpmba134.png

Vaporeon@leftovers
Bold Nature - Water Absorb
188 HP / 252 Def / 68 SpDef

Wish
Surf
Protect
Hidden Power [Electric]

Wallish pokemon, Wish suporter, gyara counter. Protect can help me scout if the opponont is choiced, helps me take no damage while I await the wish boost. Surf gives STAB and OHKO's mixape whitch tenta does to but it's always nice having somekind of back up ^_^. Wish can really help raiko if he's been damaged before.

dpmba073.png

Tentacrual@ LEftovers
Calm Nature - Liqued Ooze
252hp/220spdef/36spe

Toxic Spikes
Rapid Spin
Surf
Ice beam

Special wall, Spinner, Suporter and mixape counter. 36 spe allows to outspeed Ttar and some other stuff I forgot. Toxic Spikes help with blissey who walls raiko. Rapid spin to get Rid of spikes and stealthrock that can take a huge chunck out of raiko to. Surf for mixape Ice beam for Specmence.

dpmba068.png

Machamp@leftovers
Adamant Nature - No Guard
188 HP / 94 Atk / 216 Def / 12 Spd

Ice punch
Dynamic Punch
Rest
Sleep Talk

Sleep Absorber, takes out tar that can possibly hurt raiko. Ice punch for all those subseeders that can take advantage of the few CM raiko will have up. Dynamic punch has a 100% acc with No guard so it will confuse opponont and Phaze them since they don't want the confusion.

dpmba243.png

Raiko @ leftovers
Timid Nature - Pressure
64 HP / 96 SpA / 96 SpD / 252 Spe

Thunder Bolt
Hidden Power [Ice]
Substitute
Calm Mind

The core of the team, Every other pokemon on the team is there to get rid of anything that can get in the way of raiko setting up. Once this thing gets a couple of CM's in its almost unstoppable, leftovers can heal of the sub damage

Try this spread for machamp instead

252 hp/ 238 def/ 12 atk/ 8 spe

outspeeds no speed blissey
survives +2 Outrage from chomp (apparently)
and Ko's back, iirc.

I don't like how all them EVs are invested into Defense without a benificial nature to boot. Consider a different Machamp spread: EVs: 188 HP / 94 Atk / 216 Def / 12 Spd

It seems like you're taking control of the VE spread in this one, where as the other spread needed alot of questions asking. I mean for one with the Adamant nature you should atleast add another 4 EVs into Attack for the 2 stat points for only 4 EVs.

Vaporeon could do with Protect over Roar. This is so you only have to take one attack from a Pokemon without having to take another (which might 2HKO depending on the Pokemon) and it's a risk you just can't take. In addition, you can scout the opponent's next move if it has Choice Band / Choice Scarf / Choice Specs.

I don't understand Taunt on Gliscor unless he was using Baton Pass. Please consider a 3rd attacking move (Aerial Ace) allowing you to hit Gengar on the switch for more damage (who is a pain to the team). Even a situational sweeper isn't somehting to be forgotton about, which would require you to add Swords Dance. The Taunt strategy needs an example for me to be convinced how it works, because whatever you Taunt will most likely switch out or attack Raikou (when you bring him in).

Finally, try the standard, yet more effective EV spread on Tentacruel: 204 HP / 96 SpA / 172 SpD / 36 Spe

It seems like you have nearly everything covered, and Toxic Spikes plays a great part in it. However, I'd be weary of Gengar and Zapdos. Zapdos' only counter here is Raikou, and you can't afford to bring him in early and everytime you're faced up against him, especially when there's a chance he has Thunder Wave - ruining your entire strategy. Gengar hits alot of teams hard no matter what the set, so this might further you and your decision into using Aerial Ace on Gliscor for more coverage and the dreaded Gengar switch-in.

I'l go with aerial ace great idea

there are so many sp. attackers that tentacruel will benefit from evey extra sp. def/hp EV, again I'l test it

Well I guess it seems fitting to ask how you're progressing with the new team.

The Tentacruel EVs I gave you were standard, yet you seem to have given me a reason why you don't want to use it. 204 HP and 176 SpD isn't exactly not focusing on Special Defense (I believe it has plenty there)....I mean are they for hits in general or something that lets Tentacruel be 3HKOed instead of 2HKOed?
