Is there some sort of thing with the Everstone trick not working on other Language pokemon? I have an Italian Salamence from negator and its' Rash. None of the babies have had Rash Nature yet, and I've bred about 28+ eggs. Why is this?

Because your assumption is correct. Other language Pokemon while breeding won't work with Everstones.

Since it does Belly Drum, yes, it loses 50%.

Usually Dittos. Abras if you don't have the Ditto of the right nature.
